After some time in the party when everyone is engroced in their own activities, I managed to get Neptune alone.
"Nico Robin,... The only one person in the world who could still read the ancient language on the poneglyphs..." Neptune greeted.
"King Neptune I believe I have something to tell you that you should be interested in. And their is also something I want to know from you if you have any knowledge about them." I greeted back.
"First ask me the questions." Neptune told me.
"It's about Joy Boy. I believe you know about the existence of the poneglyph in the sea forest. I have read it. But I want to know about this person Joyboy." I told him.
"Joy Boy lived during the Void Century and the apology he wrote was to the Mermaid Princess of that time, apparently for breaking a promise to the island. While I do not know the details, it was passed down through the Ryugu family that someone on behalf of Joy Boy would fulfill the promise which is why I was determined to protect Noah so it may be used on the "promised day.". But I don't know much about Joy boy himself." Neptune told me.
I nodded.
"The Noah is on the sea floor beneath The fishman Island now. It has not been damaged.
But I have another question. It might not be I related to what I read but from the knowledge I have collected so far, do you know anything about the warrior of liberation, the Sun God Nika ?" This time I asked a different question.
"Neptune's eyes widened for a moment.
"*sigh* It is a folklore among the fishmen. Only the royal family knew about this secret. The sun God was used to exist. He was real. But apart from that I don't know anything else." Neptune answered. It seems that he also don't know anything about the void century.
"Well now it is my turn. I red a Poneglyph that I found in Skypiea, which told of the location of the Ancient Weapon, Poseidon. And from the apology letter I assume that the mermaid princess at that time was actually the poseidon ? But that's not all, the Poseidon exists even now. It's princess Shirahoshi. It is not only the name that they have in common, is it ?" I asked Neptune.
"*sigh* Yes, she is one of the three legendary weapons along with Pluton and Uranus. But it would be trouble if the World Government were to find out about her." Neptune told with a solemn manner.
"It is indeed a serious matter. I know I am in no position to give you any suggestion but no matter what please do not let princess Shirahoshi go to the surface. Especially anywhere near the holy lands. World government is more powerful than you think. It would be really dangerous not only for the princess, but also for the entire fishman Island is the government somehow find out about her. But that's not even the most concerning thing. From what Jinbe san told us about the story of fisher tiger and queen Otohime, the upper echelons in the world government, might already know about her existence. So I would suggest not to let her go to the surface in the first place." I said seriously. I didn't know what exactly happened in the Revery, but Vivy and Shirahoshi were in the target list of Imu. So it would be better if this stay away from that place.
"You are right. I will seriously considered this suggestion.
Now is there anything else you want to ask ?"
Neptune replied.
"Yes there is one more thing that I wanted to ask you. Actually I saw a second empty place for another poneglyph besides the apology letter. I want to know about that. Was there any real poneglyph used to exist at that place ?" I asked with a little hope. In canon Neptune was unaware about the location of the road poneglyph that use to exist in the fishman island alongside with the apology letter.
"Unfortunately, there used to be a second poneglyph in that place. But one day after Gol D Roger's execution that poneglyph disappeared mysteriously. I have no idea who took it or where it is now." Neptune told me. I sighed knowing that the conversation was not that informative for me.

Meanwhile, Luffy and Jinbe broke away from the party to talk, running into the other members who were taking a break as well. Jinbe took this opportunity to explain the straw hats about the changes happened in the world.
"Many things have changed in the world while you were training. Firstly, Akainu has become the new Fleet Admiral. After Sengoku recommended that Aokiji take the position, the Five Elders interjected, wishing for Akainu to take the job. Aokiji objected strongly to this, so both admirals went to an island to settle the dispute with a fight. After ten days of fighting, Akainu came out as the victor. However, he spared Aokiji's life who left the Marines sometime afterwards."
"I was wondering about the changes in the Marines... If that guy became the fleet admiral then it will create a lot of trouble for us." Nami commented thinking back about the news she red two years ago. Akainu has been given a major credit for killing Ace and supressing Whitebeard.
"Indeed.
The Marines have becomes stronger with Akainu at the helm and there is also the threat of the Blackbeard Pirates who have conquered Whitebeard's territory since his death." Jinbe continued. "The World Government has marked him alongside Shanks, Kaidou, Big Mom, as one of the Four Emperors. The Blackbeard Pirates are now "power hunting". They were searching and killing anyone with a strong Devil Fruit power and taking it from them. So Luffy, you should stay away from him. Or at least be aware of him. I know that you have bad blood against him since the war. But please think about consequences before taking any action." Jinbe warned him.
