Few months later 8th july 2024 me and Anamika were now close friends,I was early to campus and was just entering my lecture hall ,I heard a voice from back
Anamika:"Prem how am I looking".
I turned back and saw Anamika was in saare for a second I was shocked and thought Oh my god she is looking dam pretty what's the reason why did she wear saare today, the black saare with kajal in her eyes and a small bindi just made her look more beautiful than the moon itself.
Prem:"You are looking as beautiful as moon ,but why saare today?".
Anamika:"Its my birthday Prem".
Prem: "Really you never mentioned about it".
Anamika :"I wanted to give a surprise to you ".
Prem:"I really got suprised".
I didn't know that it was Anamika's birthday i didn't even brought any gift for her and thought if i would know that it was her birthday then i would make it more grand like i would give her a very cute gift and even give her chocolates.
Anamika was really looking pretty i couldn't take my eyes of her , she sat beside me and all were jealous of me cause a very beautiful girl is sitting beside me, today for me even the lectures went rapidly my lectures got over .
Me and Anamika had free time so we decided to go to temple first and then celebrate her birthday in her home .
We had four to five hours of time so we decided to visit near by temple which was just 5km away from our college ,
We took the bus reached in 30 mins ,after we reached the bus stop we had to walk for 1km and we started to walk.
Anamika:"Prem do you have your earphone's".
Prem:"Yes do you wanna hear songs".
Anamika:"yes for sure".
Prem:"Ok let's listen then".
I plugged in the earphones and this time I got left side and Anamika got right side of the earphone , the first song which I played was "Tum Prem Ho" of Radha kirshna me and she were just lost in song and the second song which I played was "Ram ayege" these two songs got over and we reached the temple.This time we were in Lord Shiva's temple we both offered our prayers to Shiva and left to Anamika's house .This was for the first time I was in Anamika's house ,we reached her house by 3.30 .As soon as I enterd her house I saw her house was empty there was no one .
Prem:"Anamika where are your parents".
Anamika:"I lost both of them when I was six years old and the only thing which I have as their memory is this house".
Prem:"I am sorry I didn't know about this ".
Anamika:"It's ok Prem ".
Anamika had tears in her eyes and I couldn't see that so I wiped her tears and said her to not cry I am here ,she was still crying and I wiped her tears again she was emotional,she hugged me and started to cry this was for the first time that any girl hugged me ,she was crying and I somehow made her stop crying.There was a knock at the door and there was an old lady she entered the hall and Anamika went near her and said grandma everything is ok he is my friend Prem .
Prem:"Namaste grandma ".
Grandma:"Namaste beta".
Grandma:"You guys sit I will bring some snacks".
Prem:"Ok grandma".
Prem:"Are you ok now Anamika ".
Anamika:"Yes I am and thank you for wiping my tears".
Prem:"It's ok I will always be there to wipe your tears".
Anamika:"Thank you for thinking so much Prem " .
Anamika's grandmother brought cake and snacks . Anamika was still looking beautiful even after crying for half an hour , she blowed the candel,me and her grandmother sung the birthday song , I asked what's your age Anamika. She replied I am 19 years old . I thought,She is just 19 years old and she lost both of her parents how much difficult it would be to live without parents,what about mothers love ,fathers scoldings she missed everything at such a young age.
We had cake and snacks and kept the dishes in the kitchen, It was almost 5 in evening .
Anamika:"Prem wanna visit the lake? ".
Prem:"Yes let's go even you will feel better".
Anamika:"Let's go ".
We walked for few mins and reached the lake there was a bench near by we sat on it everything was just so slient I could understand Anamika's feelings but i didn't had guts to ask her how it happend ,but somehow I gathered all my strengths and asked .
Prem:"How did your parents die ".
Anamika:" I was six years old, me and my parents were going for Kerla everything was going just well suddenly a truck came infront of our car and we had a great accident I survived but my parents died ,so from then I am staying with my grandmother".
Prem:"That's so sad to hear don't worry whenever you need any sort of help or anything just remember that I am always here to help you ".
Anamika:"Thankyou for your concern Prem let's walk now and get our mood better".
Prem:"Yes sure wanna hear songs".
Anamika:"yes why not".
I again plugged in the earphones and started to play songs as her mood was sad I played some mood booster's songs .We walked for half an hour and it was already six even I had to leave for my Pg I thanked Anamika and her grandmother and left for my Pg I reached my Pg in half an hour today's day was so shocking I never knew that Anamika didn't had parents.I was tired and todays day was also sad so I decided to sleep, I texted Anamika before sleeping that 'once again happy birthday dear take care and don't worry I will not let you cry again'.
