Chapter 74 - 43

Now In America :

Izuku was watching out the window from the airplane, seeing the clouds go by. He had been writing in his notebook while watching some videos for the most part, but was now focused out the window.

"We're descending," said Miruko, her foot tapping the flooring.

As the plane descended past the clouds, Izuku could finally see the land mass as well as the city lights, as it was night when they arrived. Izuku noticed that the plane, instead of heading towards the commercial airport, was descending down towards a more private runway, specifically within a military base.

"It's said that Star and Stripe's agency is actually within a military base in California. She's the only one that has an agency in there, as well as another at a military base close to the White House. We're arriving at the one in California," said Kaina from her seat, "She's one of the few heroes that's more intertwined with the government of the country. Most heroes work through the Hero Public Safety Commission, or some form of that in other countries, via agencies, a more indirect path. She, however, works directly under the government. Because of that, she has her limitations, but also access to technology and powers beyond most heroes. For instance, she has her own personal squadron of X-66 fighter jets at her disposal, something that heroes usually can't even purchase even if they have the money. And there are rumors about her being given special authority to launch surface-to-air missiles."

"That much power to the number one hero of the US? Is that wise?" asked Izuku cautiously.

Kaina shrugged, "So far, it's worked. She hasn't abused that trust, nor has the government abused hers. There might be skeletons in there, but so far, nothing solid. It helps that she looks up to All Might and does her best to emulate his acts. To be honest, not even All Might would've gotten such a privilege had he stayed in the US instead of coming back to Japan."

"Really? Why?" asked Izuku curiously.

"Think about it, and you'll get the answer," replied Rumi.

Izuku took some time to think about it before realizing the core problem.

"He's not an American citizen," answered Izuku instantly, "He studied at a hero university for four years and graduated while working there for one year before coming back. He was on a student visa, but he's not a US citizen. That alone would disqualify him unless he became a naturalized citizen, and even then, he wouldn't be a natural-born citizen."

"Correct," nodded Kaina, "And you can't have dual citizenship if you hit high in the rankings, otherwise you'd have a conflict of interests. It's why most Pro heroes only have a single citizenship, and rarely travel to other countries other than leisure."

"And how do you know this?" questioned Rumi with suspicion.

"I work for the HPSC. It's common knowledge," said Kaina, deflecting the question easily.

They didn't get to say anything else more as the plane had landed, prompting them to quickly disembark under the cover of night. Their luggage was already transferred by an automated railway.

"So you are the ones working here," said one of the men sitting in the waiting area as they arrived, using English. There were 12 of them sitting there, wearing black tank tops and military cargo pants.

"Don't seem much," commented another, "Just fresh meat, a bunny, and some suit."

"Huh!? This bunny can kick your ass!" shouted Miruko back in a heavily accented English tone.

At that point, the door burst open to reveal….

"Chill out, my brothers!" laughed Cathleen Bate, aka Star and Stripe, in full uniform, strode out, "This young meat has my spiritual master's stamp of approval! And Miruko is the number 5 hero in Japan, which is impressive. The suit is debatable, but she came with the approval of Nezu and the HPSC, so it means something."

The other men just shrugged or nodded, not diving deeper into that.

"So, let's give them a warm welcome," declared Cathleen as she turned around to greet them, "Nice to meet you all! Hope to get to know you all better!"

While Kaina and Miruko gave their greetings, Izuku already had his hero notebook out for Cathleen to sign. While he had the signatures of all the heroes he worked with in Japan plus a few more, he didn't have any foreign ones, and there was no better time to get one right now, especially from the number 1 hero of the US, and possibly the strongest hero after All Might.

"Hahaha," laughed Cathleen when she saw the notebook, "Eager, aren't you? I don't mind signing it….., Ooh, looks like you wrote something about me. Let's take a look."

Cathleen studied the notes, her eyes growing slightly bigger. It was impressive, in her opinion. Her quirk, New Order, wasn't a national secret or anything, but not a lot of people understood how it worked. Moreover, he even theorized that she applied a rule on herself to become stronger, leaving one more to use in different situations. That was something that almost only the top brass and her 'brothers' knew about.

'Not bad,' thought Cathleen, 'He certainly knows how to apply his mind. Too many people think All Might and me are brainless brawlers, but we know control and how to use our abilities wisely.'

"Well then, welcome to America," said Cathleen, easily transitioning to flawless Japanese, "Hope you all enjoy your stay here. Let's get you all settled first."

With that, she led the trio to their temporary sleeping quarters. Though they all shared a room, Miruko and Kaina didn't mind. Both of them were adults who had acclimated to changing in front of the opposite sex without much thought. Kaina especially, considering her past. Izuku had knocked out instantly after the adrenaline wore off from meeting a foreign hero as well as staying up for several hours.

Next morning

Izuku was doing some basic stretches while watching Miruko spar against two of the soldiers with a malicious grin.

"Shit, for a bunny, she kicks hard!" cursed one of the fighters.

"I'd make a comment about putting my head in between her thighs if it wasn't the fact she proved she could rip a man's neck off with those thighs," gulped the other as he glanced at the dummy she had been using, performing her Luna Tijeras, "Still one hell of a way to go."

"Then get over here!" shouted Miruko as she leaped over towards the man.

Cathleen laughed while watching his brothers fighting Miruko before looking over at the disguised Kaina, who was still wearing a suit, "You should get in there and practice, too."

"I'm just a bodyguard and a lookout," replied Kaina.

"Yea, but you need to get in shape as a bodyguard too," said Cathleen, "You look like someone who's been on the bench for too long. You kept your body in shape as much as you could, but your reflexes are shot."

'She's sharper than I thought,' thought Kaina as she looked away. While she had maintained her body while in jail, it was true she was rusty. Not being able to fight at Tartarus would certainly do it, though she was confident in her aim.

"Think about it while I go talk to young Midoriya," said Cathleen as she patted Kaina's back, "I'm sure my bros will be willing to spar with you, too."

Kaina watched as Cathleen called Izuku to her private office, pondering about her words.

'She's right, my reflexes are rusty, even without my quirk,' thought Kaina as she began changing out of her suit, 'It's been a while since I've actually fought someone. This is a perfect time to shake it off.'

"Sit down," advised Cathleen as she sat down on her chair, gesturing Izuku to do the same, "We got to get into some details to discuss about your internship here. It's rare that I even do work studies even within my own country, let alone a high school freshman student from another country, even if it is U.A. You got a foot in because of the HPSC and All Might's recommendation, as well as Nezu's. But something is amiss here. It's not really known, but there are rumors that Principal Nezu and the HPSC don't get along, and yet both of them are sending you to me."

Cathleen leaned back as she continued, "I've been keeping up with Japan's news every now and then, along with other nations. However, the biggest one was in regard to the Kamino Ward incident. A villain that could actually go toe to toe with All Might himself. Even though All Might won, he had to retire. But there was another thing. I've heard this villain has the ability to steal quirks."

Izuku had to stifle a shiver when Cathleen gave a pointed glance at Izuku, "And before that, there was a video of the said villain actually grabbing you, and from what it seems, trying to take your quirk, only for it to backfire somehow. While one would think that with the villain now locked behind bars, you would be safe, and yet here you are. Something isn't adding up, and it's my business as a US citizen, hero, and technically soldier as well as government worker, to know what I'm going into."

Izuku took a deep breath as he tried to think of a way to explain everything without tipping all the information. He was inexperienced at this interrogation, which was why Cathleen purposely isolated Izuku alone. Miruko could bluster through easily with her straightforward attitude, and Kaina knew how to deflect any of her questions with roundabout answers, so that left Izuku. Cathleen did feel a little guilty about her interrogation, especially since it was All Might's recommendation, but she needed to know less she be blindsided.

"Could you tell me what's your connection with All Might?" asked Izuku meekly, "I've followed his career quite religiously, and there's not much mentions of you and All Might besides a few meetings when you both attended a world peace summit."

Cathleen rolled this statement over her mind before deciding it wasn't anything harmful, "True, despite me calling All Might my master, I never actually trained under him. I call him my spiritual master because of how he inspired me. It's why I dyed my hair blonde and styled it with eight distinct tufts that bear similarity to his own. It began when I was just a kid, on an innocent drive through the city, heading to Santa Monica Pier with my family in California. Then, two villains came bursting out from a casino with their ill-gotten goods of about 10 million dollars. One was a giant blue beast with six arms while another was dressed in red, whose quirk allowed him to shoot missiles. The police came, along with two heroes, Electaplant and Cow Lady, but they failed to stop them in time. The villain jumped over the police barricade and intended to land right where my family's car was. We were almost crushed to death, unable to do anything. I cried out in fear on that day."

"I can still recall that memory vividly. My eyes were open, locked onto the scene in front of me as the villain came closer. I covered my little sister, hoping it would it would help somehow when All Might suddenly appeared, jumping right in front of the villain before punching him away. I still remember his voice that day. 'It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!' Those words and that day made me realize just who I wanted to be. A hero worthy of standing next to All Might."

"I saw All Might taking care of the rockets heading towards us before the villain ran. Then his sidekick back then, David Shield, came driving out of nowhere with an impressive red vehicle, taking All Might with him before giving chase. It was later that I found out that All Might had been a college student at a nearby university."

"You saw David Shield, too?" asked Izuku in amazement.

"Yea, didn't really get to meet him though," humphed Cathleen, "By the time I was a pro hero, he had already transferred to I-Island. I heard about what happened then, and was disappointed about the whole situation, but All Might still vouched for him. America was ready to extract him back to the US if his treatment was harsh, as well as protecting his daughter, but she ended up going to Japan with All Might it seems."

"Anyways, that's enough of that," dismissed Cathleen, "Now for my question. You haven't answered it."

Izuku took a deep breath as he thought about what to say. Nezu's little surprise lesson was helping him a little.

"What do you know about the League of Villains?" asked Izuku.

"Not much," admitted Cathleen, "A lot of red tape trying to investigate that, especially since it's not my turf. All I know is that it's a group that worked under the Kamino villain, and managed to escape arrest for now."

Cathleen paused, her hand stroking her chin, "Wait, this is what this whole thing is about, isn't it? Sort of a witness protection program for temporary measures. This means that something has happened after those months that has changed the status quo. They must've gotten something good. The nomus. Those biological freaks aren't something that any old lab can make, but they cost money. And there hasn't been any news about them. But the fact that the HPSC and Nezu are having you transfer here for a while means that they found out the League of Villains have gotten their hands on some resources that now make them a threat, and yet are untouchable for now."

Cathleen tapped her desk for a bit, "Nothing comes to mind that would make them a credible threat, at least not with the information I have now. But it's enough for them to send you here, where you'll be out of their reach for a while. Most likely they were afraid of you being targeted before they could iron out a plan. Am I on track?"

Izuku couldn't help but gulp nervously. Just one statement, and she had already hypothesized about 80% of the whole plan. She didn't know about the Meta Liberation Army, but that wasn't a surprise, since the original organization had been located and more popular in the Eastern Asian countries.

"So you're here for your own protection and also to hide the fact that you've left Japan. Miruko will only be here for a week before she heads back," concluded Cathleen before chuckling, "Certainly a conundrum," continued Cathleen, "Says here that you need to go undercover under another identity for a bit, too. Nezu already has a costume set out for you, apparently, to go with your quirk. On the document it says that your quirk is some form of energy emitter, allowing you to create energy tendrils when focused, and smoke when unfocused. Sounds like two quirks to me, but what do I know? Quirks these days start to get a little varied."

Izuku sighed a breath of relief as Nezu had already covered up his previous quirk records with the help of Melissa and Aiba. That meant he couldn't use his stretching, enhanced strength, or Float out in public, but he could still practice in private. And if he was using float while swinging himself across with Black Whip….. well it would be difficult to tell if he did so. Nana had already suggested some private practice tips while he was alone. Now he just needed to convince the number one hero of US to take him on.

"Still a little confused since I remember watching the U.A. games. It's not often I catch it, but I do certainly remember you having a different move set," said Cathleen with narrowed eyes, causing Izuku to freeze up. Cathleen kept it up before relaxing.

"Don't worry, I intended to take you in no matter what," chuckled Cathleen as she relaxed onto her chair, "All Might asked a favor, and I intend to repay it no matter what. Plus, if you are his disciple, then technically we are brother and sister in discipleship. If he trusts you, then I have no reason to doubt him."

Izuku took a deep breath, trying to relax from his nervous state, not even realizing he had been sweating.

"Some details to go over. While I have an agency here, I do have another one near the White House. Since I'm more wrapped into the government than others, I do have to do my patrols there too. So since you'll be coming with me, you'll have to get used to traveling a bit as well as the time zone differences," continued Cathleen, "But I'm sure you can get used to it. So, are you ready?"

Izuku nodded in anxiety and excitement, "Yea!"

"Then welcome aboard, little brother," smiled Cathleen as she stretched her hand out to shake his.

Back in Japan

Katsuki Bakugo was in a grumpy mood. Fucking Deku had ditched to go somewhere without telling him, and he bet that All Might and the girls knew where. He couldn't just ask though. His pride wouldn't allow it. So instead, he took his frustrations out on training bots, thoroughly destroying his opponents.

It was when he visited his parents back home during his rare allowances from U.A. that he got the news.

"You guys are what?" blinked Katsuki with a blank look.

"We are going on vacation!" cheered Mitsuki as she danced with Masaru, "We won an all-expense paid trip to Hawaii for a month! We'll be leaving in the middle of March!"

"... How?" asked Katsuki.

"Dunno, must've been one of those lotteries I filled out," sang Mitsuki, "I remember filling some out when I was at the supermarket, and it looks like it finally hit home!"

"I went ahead to verify the authenticity of it," said Masaru as he managed to stop Mitsuki from dancing, "It's legitimate. The whole funds are there, ready to be used, provided by a legal corporation. I even reached out to Inko's fiancee to have him double-check."

Katsuki blanked out for a second before realizing that All Might had proposed to Inko. While slightly jealous of Izuku having All Might as a stepfather, it would mean that he had a better chance to have him sign his hero NFT as an 'uncle'.

"Too bad we can't take you," said Mitsuki, "The vacation package allows a total of three people to come, but knowing you, you'd want to stay in U.A."

"Damn right," scoffed Katsuki, "Needa show the extras who's going to be number one!"

"Yep, which is why we offered it to Inko instead," said Mitsuki without a second thought.

"Old hag, you didn't even think about me did you!?" shouted Katsuki.

"Shut up Katsuki! It's because I know you that I didn't even need to think for a second," roared Mitsuki.

The mother and son got into their usual spat as Masaru sighed, cleaning up the mess.

The family ate their dinner, getting into some small talk before Katsuki noticed the letter that had informed them the family had won the trip. Being bored, Katsuki took it upstairs into his room to look at it. Reading through it, he noticed a strange hole, as if punctured by something, on the side. Looking behind, he saw a small drawing of a syringe. The alarm bells were already ringing as Katsuki glanced out the window right where the neighbor's house was. The light flickered on for a second before turning off.

Taking a deep breath, Katsuki walked to his backyard with an excuse of getting some air. Before long, he was leaning against the wall.

"I know you're there. The neighbors are never there during this time," said Katsuki.

He didn't flinch when a knife suddenly pierced through the stone wall. The knife pulled back, taking some of the wall with it to reveal a perfect small circle at waist height.

"So you know," whispered a voice through the hole.

"What do you want with my family, spikey bun?" growled Katsuki.

Himiko Toga giggled before replying, "Honestly, nothing."

"Huh!?" voiced out Katsuki in a disbelieving tone.

"I'm actually serious," said Himiko in a more genuine tone as she sat down against the opposing wall.

"Something is coming. A storm you can say," said Himiko, "I'd want you on my side, but you'd refuse."

"Of course," replied Katsuki.

"This was a way to make sure at least your family is safe," said Himiko, "You don't know how much it took to do this."

"Hmph," scoffed Katsuki before adopting a contemplative look, "So something is happening. Maybe about… two to three months?"

While Himiko had to stifle a shocked gasp, Katsuki continued, "You purposely put the date in the middle of March. That means whatever you guys are planning will happen while my parents are gone. While I don't know what's happening, but its gotta be big."

He didn't mention that he had his suspicions about Izuku gone, the book that Hawks had given Endeavor, as well as the mobilization of all heroic students. Making first years taking mandatory work studies had been unheard of in the past.

"You really do have a brain with all that ego, bluster, and firepower," giggled Himiko, "You'd be a perfect fit with us with your quirk and attitude, but that hero thing is in the way."

"I said I'm going to be the number one hero," declared Katsuki, "If I back away from that dream, then I'd be a liar and hate myself."

Himiko sighed, "Well, I should go. I can't stay here long, otherwise, that annoying long-haired bastard will get suspicious."

Himiko turned around, facing the hole with her mouth open, "You know, this would be a perfect hole for you to 'relieve' your stress. I'm willing to help out."

With a coy tone, Himiko breathed out hot air out of the hole, her tongue extended out in a suggestive way.

"Now may be our only chance before we have to fight," said Himiko, "C'mon, don't you want to do it?"

There was a pause of silence before movement could be heard. Himiko could hear him coming closer to the hole, unable to see just what it was. While Himiko had been joking about the hole, she couldn't help but feel anxious and excited, and kept her mouth wide open.

She felt something enter, and used her tongue to probe it. It was long, a little salty, and fleshy. It was thinner than she thought though before she noticed something off. Having unlimited access to the internet without parental control as well as having attended sex ed, she knew what a male genital looked like, and the way her tongue was probing, it was missing some key parts.

Himiko quickly leaned back to take a better look to see that the phallic object was a hotdog that Katsuki had shoved into the hole.

"So did you enjoy my hotdog?" grinned Katsuki with a malicious tone that Himiko could feel.

"Meanie!" pouted Himiko before biting the hotdog in half to show her displeasure at being teased like that.

Katsuki merely laughed as he pushed the rest of the hot dog through the hole, allowing Himiko to catch the rest before eating it up.

"I owe you one," said Katsuki bluntly, "But don't think I won't catch you next time we meet. I'll kill you and arrest you."

"And I'll kill you and drink your blood," giggled Himiko, "And you already paid me back."

Himiko wasn't going to go into detail about using Katsuki's blood to deal with Curious, as it might reveal too much information, even if they were in a somewhat weird relationship.

The two left, with Himiko quickly donning a disguise to escape.

Week later

Izuku stretched out his limbs, getting used to the time difference. Today would be the day that Miruko would be heading back to Japan without him, leaving him and Kaina in the US. So far, he was doing well, and thanked all the times he studied English well enough to hold a conversation, albeit with some stuttering. Kaina was able to flawlessly transition to English and Japanese when needed, serving as an interpreter when Izuku couldn't understand.

As for the soldiers, they slowly warmed up to them. Especially when they showed that they could hold their ground and fight in close-quarters combat. Even Kaina, who was specialized in sniping her opponents, was no slouch when it came to fighting up close. Especially when she landed a liver shot against one of her opponents, causing the man to collapse in pain.

It helped that Cathleen declared Izuku to be her littlest brother, and since the men working with her were her bros, they adopted him as part of the family.

"Alright brat, don't get too relaxed now that you're here," ordered Miruko as she got on the plane to head back to Japan, "I expect you to take names and kick ass here! You worked as my intern/work studies student, so you represent me in a sense! So you better do something impressive, otherwise, I'll be back to use you as a testing dummy, especially with that move that you showed me!"

Izuku had been given approval/forced to show Miruko his dojo's secret and forbidden technique on a dummy by Rekai. Miruko obviously loved how violent it was and learned it quite quickly, inputting her own technique into it.

Izuku could only sigh as he waived goodbye before heading back into the base. It was time for his personal lessons with Nezu. He had to admit, Nezu's lessons besides academics always made him think harder, coming up with random scenarios involving heroic or quirk usage that pushed his brain to its limit.

"He's probably using some specialized lessons for first years," said Izuku to himself.

Nezu was indeed using specialized catered lessons, but they were meant for seniors. Nezu was gleefully giggling at raising such a talented student, one who would become his hands to take over the worl…. protect society.

'I'm not sure this is a good idea,' thought Kaina as she saw the one one-on-one lessons Izuku was getting with a sweatdrop, 'Pretty sure the HPSC would flip over this.'

Izuku was getting ready to finally try out his new uniform. Albeit different from his old design with a full head cover to disguise his face. In fact, it looked similar an old design he once drew before he had his devil fruit powers, though obviously with an updated touch.

It was a black jumpsuit with dark green highlights, with black shoes and gloves. The gloves had been modified to allow him to use Black Whip without compromising the uniform, made thanks to Power Loader, Mei, and Melissa. The helmet was constructed with a titanium alloy to protect his head, covering his face with a black paint scheme. The eyes of the helmet were colored teal, and yet clear when he looked through it. And finally, as a small motif to All Might, two antenna's that bore similarities to All Might, yet could also be used to relate to Star and Stripe. The antenna did have the function of connecting to the internet, allowing the communication function as well as the map function to be used. The eyepieces were retractable in case of damage to the lens that hindered sight. The shoes, or rather combat boots, also had a little surprise for him. By compressing smokescreen into the bottom of his boots, he could use the build up of pressure to shoot himself forward a bit.

"I'll have to get used to this," mumbled Izuku as he put on the costume to test it out, "Maybe I'll use some of these in my original costume in the future."

"You ready for your first patrol?" grinned Cathleen, wearing her hero costume, her cape flaring up in the wind, "What's your hero name?"

Izuku had to stop and ponder about that. He had never thought about having a second hero name. His mind temporarily flashed through all the names he made up in the past, but none of them exactly fit. Nor could he just use his regular name, otherwise, that would ruin the whole undercover story.

He thought about using the two quirks he would be using and their names, but the whipping hero or smoke hero didn't seem to shout to him. He then thought about their primary purpose. To trap, to ensnare his opponent. It was then he made up his mind.

"The trapping hero, Ensnare.D" grinned Izuku.

"Interesting name," chuckled Cathleen, "Let's go then! Call me Star and Stripe, or Star for short if needed. Off to patrol, the American way!"

As the two began to ready themselves for patrol, Kaina was left pondering what she needed to do. She was supposed to look over Izuku, which she could do in base. But if they left for patrol, then she would have trouble looking over Izuku.

'Do I just have to trail them from behind in a vehicle like a bystander?' thought Kaina with a sigh.

"Hey, bodyguard, why aren't you dressed up?" asked Cathleen.

"Huh?" blinked Kaina with a blank face.

"Yea, you're supposed to be HPSC representative as well as his overseer, right?" questioned Cathleen, pointing to Izuku, "Can't really help protect him if you're not going on patrol, too. Nezu told me that you're a semi-retired hero looking to ease back into work after a situation out of your control forced your hand. We have your hero costume here already from Nezu."

Kaina kept an empty face, but was cursing up a storm against the principal who was a stout/rat/bear/whatever species it was. Meanwhile in Japan, Nezu sipped his tea with a malicious smile, somehow feeling whoever was cursing him and empowering him.

"It shipped in yesterday," said one of the soldiers, giving Kaina the suitcase, "Man, if I knew you were a semi-retired pro, I wouldn't have eaten dirt."

"That's your fault for underestimating her," laughed another, "We work with Cathleen. You think there wouldn't be another woman that can kick your ass?"

While the soldiers began teasing/riposting each other, Kaina grabbed the suitcase before marching into a changing room.

'Hopefully, the rat didn't make it too similar to my old costume, otherwise, my identity might be blown before I do anything,' thought Kaina as she opened the suitcase.

Looking down, she saw a dark blue dress similar to her hair, along with a waist belt that housed different utilities, like smoke grenades or special ammunitions. A scouter that could easily hook onto her right ear and over her eye fed various environmental information to her, such as windspeed and various others that could affect her shot. A gauntlet for her left hand that could transform into a small shield to defend herself with a grappling hook inside that could extend up to 30 meters. And finally, armored boots that if she was reading correctly, had pressurized air that could help her not only jump higher when activated, but also push her in any direction in the air depending on where her soles were located. The air pressure would build up itself by the mere act of walking, though it would take some time to fully charge up. A full charge wouldn't allow her to jet away, but enough to dodge something if she was in the air, or help stabilize her body if she went for a rifle with power.

"Interesting, but even with all this change, I'd still be exposed," mumbled Kaina as she put on her ensemble, "My rifle is the biggest giveaway. Even if the US heroes don't recognize me, the kid might considering he seems to be a bit of a hero nerd, as well as getting private tutoring from Nezu."

It was then that Kaina noticed the styrofoam attached to the top case was removable. Taking it off, she saw a few hollow pieces with some instructions on it. Connecting them together, Kaina found out that they made a rifle similar to her own quirk. Getting the idea, she put her elbow inside the hollowed stock before activating her quirk. Her quirk, Rifle, quickly filled up the hollow pieces of the assembled rifle, allowing her to use quirk with ease.

Kaina realized that this hollow construct would allow her to disguise her Quirk, especially if she carried it behind her back with ease since it was so light. She grabbed a piece of paper that had been attached to the suitcase, reading through it quickly before crumpling it up and burning it. Her official 'quirk' was called Elbow Blaster, allowing her to shoot projectiles from her elbow. The 'rifle' was a support item that allowed her to modify her projectiles. The bullets that had been supplied were all made from her hair that Nezu's barber cut, meaning she wouldn't need to actually pull some of her hair out for bullets unless needed.

"Crafty rat," muttered Kaina as she inspected her bullet supplies. Besides the usual sniper rounds she usually made, there were a few modified bullets, such as explosion rounds, EMP rounds, and even rubber bullets.

"Well played. I can play with this," hummed Kaina as she put the fake rifle on her back, finding a magnetic clip on her back that quickly locked the rifle in place.

Kaina tested out her mobility, finding she could move quite freely. Though her dress fluttered in the wind, it was not loose nor long enough that an updraft from below would block her vision. Not to mention she wore sports shorts underneath the dress. Even if she did wear revealing clothes, she was trained not to feel embarrassment on the job. If anything, it just made her job easier if her opponent was distracted.

Finally, she tested something she long thought about. Swing her elbow, she made a small barrel appear, not utilizing her full one, and then pulled the trigger. A small puff of compressed air fired out, firing no bullets, but enough to have confidence in her theory. She could use it in close-quarter combat and utilize the potential energy to deal more damage.

'Elbow Blaster indeed,' smirked Kaina before wondering just how long Nezu had this planned out. Deciding it was better not to think about it, Kaina finished up her preparation, stepping out to ready herself to go on patrol with Star and Stripe and Ensnare. D. It would be a long time since she had gotten into this game.

It wasn't long before the two foreigners noticed a difference between Japan and the US during their patrols.

"It's a bit more violent," breathed out Izuku as he used Black Whip to swing himself forward to catch up to Star and Stripe.

"... The crime rate in Japan is actually quite lower when compared to other countries," said Kaina as she swung herself forward, "Almost by 20%, really. Though that rate has been decreasing since All Might retired. Surprising how one man can make such a difference. Even in the US with Star and Stripe, who is acknowledged to be one of the top heroes of the world, can't do what All Might can do, though the areas she patrols do see a marked decrease in crime compared to other locations."

Still, Star and Stripe was on her A game. Perhaps because her brother-in-discipleship was watching her, she seemed even more motivated to showcase her moves. Izuku really had to catch up, not only using Black Whip for mobility, but Smokescreen to increase his jumping speed, Float whenever he could get away with it, as well as Danger Sense and Observation Haki.

'I thought Miruko was fast,' thought Izuku to himself, 'Then again, this is the number one hero in the US.'

Perhaps the fact that there seemed to be more crime/accidents prevalent than compared to Japan that Izuku managed to make himself useful. A drunk driver veered off, almost crashing into a group of people had Izuku not quickly swung in, scooping them all away, letting the vehicle crash into a wall.

If Izuku had access to One for All's strength enhancement, he would've been confident in stopping the car itself. However, since he was limited in his strength right now, he knew he couldn't stop a 3,000-pound Ferrari driving at 100 MPH without risking the lives of civilians.

The Ferrari crashed into the wall, deploying airbags that luckily saved the driver from serious injury…. though the fact he had thick flabs of flesh and scales helped.

"Whew, managed to get them to safety," sighed Izuku in relief as he put the civilians down, which were two teenagers and an adult.

"Hey, you!" slurred the driver as he got out of his Ferrari, "Yeah, I'm talking to you, hero! You owe me a new Ferrari!"

"What!?" blinked Izuku.

"You should've caught my damn car!" shouted the drunk driver, "Now it's damaged, and it's your fault!"

Izuku blinked, not comprehending the logic behind the man, but decided to try his best.

"Sir," began Izuku, "You should wait for the paramedics to arrive. You were in a terrible car accident."

Luckily, Izuku had been working on his English with Cathleen and the others, along with having studied English thanks to his …. fanaticism with All Might. Though he did still have a slight accent.

"Fuck you!" shouted the driver, "You owe me two Ferraris now! You know who I am!? Who the hell do you think are? You're just a lowly sidekick! Give me your name and agency, or I'll-"

The man didn't get to finish as Cathleen strolled up right behind the man. Without hesitation, Cathleen turned him around so he was facing her.

"What's your name?" ordered Cathleen.

"What's it to you, broad?" cursed the drunk driver.

"I have an ID here," said Kaina, tossing a wallet over to Cathleen from the Ferrari.

"Good, let's see here," muttered Cathleen as she kept one hand on the drunk driver while the other flipped through the wallet, "Michael Wallache. Alright then."

Clearing her throat, Cathleen activated her quirk, [Michael Wallache will be sober for 5 minutes.]

The driver blinked as he felt the haze lift away, his vision becoming clearer. He was still angry though, and wanted to curse and blackmail his way to a new Ferrari without spending his own money. He opened his mouth only to realize he just whom he was talking to.

"Star and Stripe!" squeaked the now named Michael, "I didn't see you there!"

"Not surprising considering your blood level alcohol is 0.2%," said Cathleen with a cold glare, "You were driving under the influence, and you could've killed civilians with your recklessness if it hadn't been for my intern. And yet you have the guts to not only insult him, but try to force him to pay for your own consequences. Needless to say, you're under arrest for driving under the influence and public disorder."

With that, Cathleen slapped handcuffs on the driver before he could do anything else. He tried to bluster his way out, but Cathleen didn't let him as she shoved him towards the police officers who arrived.

What surprised Izuku was that Cathleen didn't need to stay for post-op reports, but could just leave immediately. Even Endeavor and All Might had to report to the police, even if it was brief, but the authority Star and Stripe wielded allowed her to just leave immediately.

'Then again, Japan's heroes aren't directly involved in the government as much as Star and Stripe is,' theorized Izuku.

"Yo, Star and Stripe! Rare to see you patrolling!" shouted a voice.

Cathleen, Izuku, and Kaina turned around to see an American hero walking towards them.

"Elecplant!" greeted Cathleen, "Good to see you! Still up and running I see. When are you going to retire, Cow Lady has already gone ahead with that."

"Ha! I'm still young enough and able to move!" laughed Elecplant as he postured, "But…. maybe soon. I was in my late 20s when All Might made his debut here. Hard to believe it's been roughly 30 years now."

"Let me know when you do," said Cathleen, "I'll throw you a retirement party that you won't forget."

"Will do," chuckled Elecplant before glancing over to Izuku, "But you still haven't explained why you're doing patrols when you excluded from doing them. And who's the two new faces?"

"Oh, the boy is my temporary foreign intern," said Cathleen as she quickly introduced them, "His hero name is Ensnare.D, a highly recommended student that I couldn't just bear to refuse. The woman is his handler/caretaker from the agency. I decided to go on patrol to show him the American way of heroics!"

"Well that explains it," laughed Elecplant, "Though you'll be heading over to the Capitol soon, right?"

"Yea, and I'm bringing them with me," nodded Cathleen, "Now we should head back to our patrols. Crime never stops, after all!"

Elecplant nodded, and was about to leave when he felt a tap on his shoulder. Turning around, he looked to see Izuku holding a notebook that he had grabbed from….. Somewhere.

"May I have your signature, please?" asked Izuku, his hero otaku side coming out. He had already managed to get a signature from Cathleen, but having another one from another American hero was something he couldn't resist. Especially since the man had stated he had been there when Toshinori made his early debut in the US.

Electplant chuckled as he signed the notebook before leaving.

"Alright, let's go!" said Cathleen, "We'll make the most of the time we have!"

Izuku and Kaina quickly went to catch up to Cathleen, who had already sprinted away to stop a robbery in progress.

Week later

Izuku was listening to his private lessons with Nezu in another military base, this time located close to the capital of the US, near the White House. Cathleen had to meet up with some high-ranking officials, so Izuku was stuck in the base for now.

"Now then, before we close for today, could you call Harumi Jolie in?" asked Nezu as he was wrapping up the lesson.

Izuku nodded, sticking his head out to call Kaina in.

"Principal Nezu wants to talk to you, Fox," explained Izuku, "Should I leave?"

"No, stay. This lesson involves the both of you," instructed Nezu, gesturing for both of them to be seated.

"Wait, this isn't a recording?" asked Kaina, filing that as dangerous to have Nezu personally tutoring a student, maybe a successor.

"Now then, what do you know about your bodyguard?" asked Nezu, pushing away that question.

"Not much," admitted Izuku.

"Indulge me," pushed Nezu.

"... Her ID seems weird," admitted Izuku, "She said she was a semi-retired hero who might be coming back onto the field, but she's not someone I recognize. Her skills, even rusted, show that she has skills deeply trained and refined. As a hero otaku, to which I admit, I would say she would place in the top 50s at least. Especially with that rifle of hers. But no hero matches her description that I'm aware of."

Nezu waived for him to continue to which he took a breath to gather his thoughts.

"I began looking into some old records, specifically the HSPC," continued Izuku, causing Kaina to blink.

"You gave him access to those records!?" Kaina half-shouted as Nezu merely replied with a cackle.

"Going through a few files, I began to narrow them down," said Izuku before pulling up some photos.

Kaina felt a sweat trickle down when she saw her photo on the list, along with 5 others. Three were men and two were women.

"Interesting. And why do you have men on the profile when she clearly is a female?" asked Nezu.

"Because I can't rule out crossdressing," stated Izuku with a serious tone, "Knowing you, you might do that."

"Excellent," smiled Nezu, "So have you narrowed it down?"

"Out of six of them, two were full-time villains in the last few years, and I don't think you'd completely trust a villain here," said Izuku pointing to two photos, "The rest were heroes or vigilanties. But what caught my eye was these two."

Izuku pointed at Kaina and another male, "She was a pro hero who turned villain when she killed a fellow hero. He was a vigilante turned pro hero turned villain after an incident with a case. Both details about the whole case are very vague though, no real trials."

Nezu smiled as he waived for Izuku to continue.

"At first thought, I wanted to eliminate them, but knowing you, you probably know the real story about them," sighed Izuku as he tapped on the photos, "So I can't eliminate them."

After thinking about it, Izuku disposed of two heroes, knowing that they were still active in Japan, having seen them on the news recently. Leaving him with Kaina, the male hero turned villain, and another female hero. Izuku still didn't have enough information to make a final choice. However, he did have one more trick to use.

"I think this one," said Izuku slowly as he grabbed the female hero, holding it up for a few seconds. Izuku was using his peripheral vision to look at Kaina, who had her face schooled perfectly to not let out any emotions. It was subtle, but he heard a small breath of relief pass her nose with his sharp ears.

"...is not the candidate," finished Izuku as he tossed the photo away. He almost grinned when he heard Kaina choke on her spit for a second before schooling her face.

"Very nice tactic," laughed Nezu, "So then who do you think it is?"

Izuku closed his eyes, "I didn't want to think you'd actually hire an ex-villain, but you must have your reasons for it. All Might trust you, so I'll also put my trust in you as my tutor and principal."

"It's good to hear that you would trust me," smiled Nezu, "Not many would do so thanks to my rather eclectic past as well as my species. Though I should warn you that you shouldn't do so so easily."

"I'll take my chances," sighed Izuku, "Even if it feels like making a deal with the devil."

'You actually might get better odds if you made a deal with the devil than a Nezu,' thought Kaina privately, though not knowing that Izuku was currently hosting one in his body.

"So your final guess?" asked Nezu.

"... This one," said Izuku, making his choice, "Kaina Tsutumi. That's who Harumi Jolie is."

"Interesting? And why not the male? You said it yourself, you can't push away the fact that Harumi is a crossdressing male," asked Nezu.

"That is true, but there is one argument against that," declared Izuku as he took a deep breath, "She changed clothes in the same locker room with Miruko and Star and Stripe. Both would've figured out if Harumi was a he, and Miruko would've kicked the crap out of him for changing in the same room as her."

Nezu blinked before laughing maniacally, "Oh that's hilarious. I didn't take into account to that. I forget you humans are so sensitive to that sort of thing. Well now that you know, what will you do?"

Izuku glanced over to Kaina, who had frozen, before replying, "Keep playing along. She clearly hasn't hurt me despite the chances, and you were the one who assigned her to me. I'm sure with the access Star and Stripe have, she probably will figure it out soon."

"Excellent," nodded Nezu, "Now then, be sure you finish up those problems I assigned you. You wouldn't want to fall behind your peers, now would you?"

With that, Nezu disconnected the call as Kaina managed to shake herself out of her trance.

"So you really are Lady Nagant?" asked Izuku.

"... Been a long time since I was called that, but yea," said Kaina, "Aren't you afraid I'll kill you? I was sent to Tartarus because I got into a disagreement with a fellow hero and killed him."

Izuku shook his head, "Principal Nezu hired you and trusts you, that's enough for me. Plus, like I said, when I was looking up your file, there wasn't enough information to draw a proper conclusion. The case that led to your arrest never stated just who you killed, just mentioned a body. If it was a hero, it would've been plastered on the news with a name. Yet you were locked up without a trial."

Kaina let out a sigh of relief that she hadn't noticed until she noticed Izuku holding a pen and notebook from somewhere once more.

Kaina looked at the objects in confusion before Izuku cleared his throat with a slight blush, "That being said, may I have your autograph? And is it true that you can accurately snipe up to 3 kilometers? I saw Snipe's interview when he was asked whom he considered was the best long-range sniper, and he proclaimed it was you hands down."

'Is that why that man asked for my autograph?' thought Kaina with a small blush before signing the notebook.

As Kaina handed it back, she suddenly saw blood on her hands once more, and dropped the notebook in fright. She blinked as she saw it was just in her mind, but it had been there.

'I still have a lot of red on my ledger,' sighed Kaina to herself as Izuku picked up the book, 'Maybe I can never make up for what I've done.'

And yet, there was a spark of hope that she could. For some reason, the blood seemed less pronounced this time.

Alright next chapter, I might actually put in the third movie, though still up in the air for that. There's a character I'm rather eyeing at.

Reminder, I have a pat reon, look up azndrgn making fanfic. Donators get to read my chapters earlier!

Now then, time for an Omake! This idea was stuck in my mind for a bit, so I decided to roll with it

Omake: If Izuku gained the power of Nika after PLF was successful with their 'revolution'. No One for All Izuku, quirkless Izuku. Takes place after the revolution.

Izuku was chained to the ground facing upwards, with a crowd of people jeering at him. Ignoring them, Izuku's mind pondered off to how this happened.

Perhaps it was when the Paranormal Liberation Front, or PLF for short, launched an attack that crippled Japan before the heroes could carry out an effective raid, leading to people embracing the Meta Liberation Army creed. Stupid, in Izuku's opinion, as the current theme for it fell far away from its original meaning.

Or maybe it was when All Might died after killing the Kamino Ward villain. The death of both the number one hero and the biggest villain caused the crime rate to skyrocket even with Endeavor being the number one hero of Japan. The villains were pouring out of the cracks, trying to take over the rift that had been left fresh to harvest without the strongest hero watching over the civilians as well as the boogeyman of the underworld.

Perhaps it went further back, back when he first met All Might on the ceiling, asking if he could be a hero, only to get a stone-cold no.

"It's not bad to dream, but make sure they're realistic," was his parting words before he left.

Mr. Anyone Can Be A Hero was a hypocrite in his own words. Sure, Izuku understood why, but it was such a harsh rejection. Especially later in the future, he found out that All Might had been quirkless himself, only to become a hero when the quirk had been passed down to him.

What made it even worse was that for some inane reason Izuku couldn't understand, All Might passed his quirk down to the biggest bully of his life, Katsuki Bakugo. As if being fed on a silver spoon wasn't enough, he was now given a golden ticket. Perhaps it was his impressive quirk that drew All Might, but Izuku didn't think Katsuki deserved One for All.

Speaking of Katsuki….

"Hey Deku! Having fun down there and realizing what your place in life is!" laughed Katsuki Bakugo.

Katsuki, who had been given everything, who had gone into U.A. Hero course, ended up ditching the heroes and joining the PLF, embracing unregulated quirk usage so he could beat up anyone he wanted. Somehow, the PLF managed to get through U.A.'s security and gave Katsuki an offer he couldn't refuse. Katsuki became a double agent and sold information to them, allowing them to strike at the HPSC and other hero departments before they could finalize their raid. The betrayal shook U.A., especially its students and staff.

It had been seven years since the PLF took over Japan. There were resistance movements, struggling to uphold justice and order, but the PLF's corrupted creed had been too widespread, and the civilians were too scared to do anything.

"Greetings everyone!" announced Trumpteer, shaking Izuku off his thoughts for now, "I'd like to thank you all for attending this public execution! Today we will be executing the most heinous criminal ever to exist! His crime? His whole existence!"

'Of course, that's what they would go with,' sighed Izuku, 'The fact I'm a quirkless person, a relic of the past, as they would say. Not the fact I helped fund several different resistance groups, and have been successful in a lot of my attempts.'

Izuku, after being rejected by All Might himself, decided not to attend U.A. High. Instead, he didn't even attend any hero high school, but opted to go through remote learning, allowing him more free time to himself without being bullied or scorned by students and teachers. Withdrawing from Aldera Middle School was easy, as the principal was eager to get rid of him.

With the extra time and not being denigrated daily, Izuku managed to go through some self-reflection before realizing just what he could do. His ability to analyze quirks with just his brain and imagination. So he began a side job of selling his quirk analysis. At first, it had gone slowly, but it suddenly accelerated. So much that he even got an interview with principal Nezu of U.A., who offered him a scholarship for the General Education Department or Business Department. Though what once thrilled Izuku to attend U.A., that dream had died along with his desire to become a hero, and so Izuku rejected Nezu.

Time passed, and then Izuku made the most unlikely of allies that he wouldn't have thought possible. It had been towards the end of middle school when Izuku was walking by himself to clear his head when Eri had bumped into him. This was, of course, followed by Kai Chisaki, aka Overhaul, who had appeared to take Eri back.

While everything was rather hazy in his mind, the end result was Izuku being taken back with Overhaul to the Yakuza to become Eri's caretaker just based on the fact that he was quirkless. Overhaul considered Izuku 'pure', and thus not someone who would dirty Eri and his precious experiments. This allowed Izuku access to a few things he couldn't, such as looking into Overhaul's perspective. It took over a year of constant debate, threats, and various other means before Overhaul capitulated to Izuku's thinking. How Izuku did that, he wasn't sure, but Overhaul stopped his research, stopped butchering Eri, and even restored the previous Yakuza leader out of his coma. There had been words, threats, and slaps, but in the end, Overhaul remained in the Yakuza.

With Izuku and Overhaul by Boss's side, the Yakuza were once again pulled toward the Boss's original dream with the two acting as advisors for the Boss. That ended when the PLF launched their attack, killing the Boss and Overhaul. Before the two died though, in front of the rest of the Yakuza members, the Boss named Izuku as the head of the Shie Hassaikai. While this might have caused outrage among some members, the higher-ups were more than aware of Izuku's analysis skills and charisma, and so easily obeyed that order.

Having access to funds hidden within, Izuku began to fund several Heroes hoping to restore peace while taking care of his family. For seven long years, Izuku had been a thorn in the PLF side, digging into them, and causing them to bleed excessively. To be honest, the only reason Izuku had been caught was that some grunts and heroes had betrayed him, allowing the PLF personal teleporter, Kurogiri, to warp him away.

Which now leads to today's event. His execution was being held at U.A.'s stadium. U.A. had been forced to activate its evacuation protocol, evacuating the main buildings of U.A. towards another location, so now it was occupied by the PLF.

"Thought it is poetic to have this here, Deku," spat Katsuki, "You always wanted to come here. Well, aren't I being so generous for having your last moments here?"

Izuku ignored him, as he was chained into the ground, unable to move at all. All while Katsuki was jabbering about his victory here during the U.A. Sports Festival and his path to greatness.

"Are you ignoring me Deku!?" roared Katsuki as he fired an explosion at Izuku's face.

Izuku winced, but remained stoic. He had been used to having explosions in his face.

"You won't be looking like that for long Deku," sneered Katsuki, "Not for what we got planned. I want you to see despair and realize that it's your own fucking fault for living before I kill you. Bring in the prisoners!"

Izuku strained his head in time to see just who else had been captured.

"You asshole!" shouted Izuku as his eyes widened, "It's me that you want, isn't it! Let them go!"

"Nope," cackled Katsuki, "I'm going to enjoy doing this. Blasting away any trace of you to make sure you'll never be remembered and only cursed while making sure my legacy lives on!"

Being dragged into the arena were Ochako, Momo, Neijire, and Midnight. What was significant about them was each one of them was special to Izuku, to the point of lovers. Fighting in a war while constantly having to be weary about your surroundings was stressful. One sort of release was, of course, sex. Each one of them had their own story of how they met Izuku.

When the PLF first struck, Midnight had been one of the first responders in trying to stop Gigantomachia. Unfortunately, she had been ambushed by Mr. Compress, who had been hiding within Gigantomachia's hair, tossing several obstacles that prevented her from approaching the giant while injuring her. Then several villains, all wearing gas masks and wielding guns, approached the injured Midnight, all of them gaining a perverted leer at the sight of a defenseless Midnght.

Before they could attack Midnight, Mimic opened a hole beneath them, trapping them in a pitfall. Midnight could only blink in shock before Izuku came swooping in, carrying her to safety with his men.

While shocked and slightly angry that she had been rescued by the Yakuza, she was completely in awe to hear that Izuku, a quirkless man, was in charge of the group, and was willing to let her go without hesitation once they had rescued her. She returned back to U.A., but only after promising Izuku that she wouldn't turn them in. Something that Izuku didn't even ask for.

The years passed as Midnight and Izuku kept in contact to exchange information as she became the representative for her resistance group that worked with Izuku to fight against the PLF regime. Those long and late-night talks, reminiscing about the past, drinking alcohol, and the years of stress (Also the fact that Midnight was still single) lead to the two fumbling against each other on the bed, clothes flying off each other.

For Momo, it surprised Izuku that the Yaoyorozu corporation actually had ties with the Shie Hassaki. More specifically, Momo's grandfather was drinking buddies with the previous boss, and was Momo's unofficial godgrandfather. Momo's parents sent her to Izuku for protection, knowing that she would be a target alongside them. Momo didn't want to leave but had been drugged by their loyal butler before being delivered to Izuku for hiding. The very next day, the Yaoyorozu main headquarters had been blown up, instantly killing the parents.

However, their fortunes could not be stolen and used to fund the PLF as Momo, the heiress to the corporation, still lived. When Momo woke up in time to find that her family was dead, she cried in grief over Izuku's shoulder. The whirlwind of emotions she felt, she invoked, became too much that she ended up tackling Izuku, begging to have sex to take away the pain. While Izuku would've chosen to be a gentleman and refuse, Momo was just too aggressive, and the fact she had a smoking hot body did not help at all. In the end, they did the deed, and while Momo was embarrassed and slightly regretful about what she had done afterward, she decided to continue her relationship with Izuku. The man, was after all, someone her father trusted, and he never tried to take advantage of Momo and her funds.

Finally, Izuku met Ochako and Neijire in a rescue operation. Ryukyu had transformed her agency into a formidable base that was able to stop villains from invading, providing a safe space for the civilians. Unfortunately, after a few years, it was overrun by the top brass of the PLF along with sleeper agents and traitors. Ryukyu died trying to protect the civilians, along with several of her sidekicks. However, before she fell in battle, she ordered Ochako, Tsuyu, and Neijire to evacuate the civilians and to live. Tsuyu ended up being severely injured when Geten, aka Iceman, froze the streets, forcing her into a hibernation state despite trying to resist it. It left her open to an attack, and would've been killed had it not been for Izuku intervening once more, ordering Hekiji to shield Tsuyu and the others with his quirk as he suddenly appeared behind Tsuyu. Geten summoned ice soldiers to try to kill, only for all of his soldiers to be eaten by Soramitsu.

While Tsuyu was in surgery, Izuku got to know Ochako and Neijire while waiting. It was a simple conversation, but everything just seemed to click with them. Izuku, despite his rough past, was still the same curious boy who loved to analyze quirks and mumbled a lot. Neijire, an energetic woman, could understand his mumbles and blasted Izuku with questions at the same velocity as his mumbles. Ochako was a kind soul who wanted to help anyone that she could, something that rang with Izuku.

Izuku was surprised and slightly crushed when he learned that the two were actually dating each other, and was content to leave it at that until Neijire bluntly asked if he wanted to sleep with them. She flat-out admitted that their relationship needed a man, or more specifically, a dick, to satisfy them. Ochako blushed before nodding in agreement about needing a man. Izuku was a patient and kind man, but when asked for a threesome with two hot ladies who might want to be in a relationship with him, he wasn't going to say no.

Izuku strained, but the chains on him that were ironed to the ground were too tight for him to even move.

"Well, well, how the mighty has fallen," said another voice.

Izuku turned his head before his peripheral vision allowed him to see Rikiya Yotsubashi, aka Re-Destro.

"You know, for a quirkless man and a relic of the past, you sure caused a lot of trouble for us," said Re-Destro, "Then again, your kind was a cancer to this world. It was only a matter of time before exercising out the mutinous cell, letting the flames of our revolution shine brightly, allowing us as a society to achieve true freedom.."

"And you're delusional if you think that you're actually doing this to free the oppressed," snarked Izuku back, "It's sad, really. You claim to be Destro's descendant, and yet you never understood his real message. Just blindly adopting it to your own selfishness."

"Silence! How dare you, a quirkless person, say that you know Destro's message better than I, his son! You, who share the same traits as those animals that drove my father from greatness, and suppressed our meta-abilities!" shouted Re-Destro.

'And yet you don't mention your grandmother, who coined the term quirk. Even Destro used that word for his own powers in memory of his mother,' thought Izuku.

Re-Destro pulled out a syringe, showing it to Izuku.

"This little thing is a special concoction that we extracted from a weird spiral-shaped fruit," began Re-Destro, "One of our soldiers took a bite, thinking it was just a Yubari King fruit, only to die of a heart attack minutes later. However, we did notice that he seemed to gain some sort of super strength before he died. So we tried to see if others could live through it with minute amounts. Unfortunately, all soldiers who volunteered for this died from the same problem. This is the last extract, and while it loathes me to give it to you, it is only fitting that you die from experimentation, just like your kind did to mine. You'll die, but you'll live long enough to have those whom you cared for curse your existence before forgetting you ever existed. Your precious yakuza members won't save you. I bet they're even celebrating your departure!"

"C'mon already, I wanna feel those Yaoyorozu Oppai!" begged another PLF member who was holding Momo's rope. Mineta Minoru, another ex-hero student who joined the PLF, jumping to the 'winning' boat in hopes of getting more ladies. And right now, the ultimate prize he had desired was in front of him. He was also one of the heroes responsible for Izuku's capture, luring him into a trap with a distress call.

"You're right, there's no point in delaying now," smiled Re-Destro, "Now then, let us proceed with the festivities! The elimination of the quirkless relic who has been a thorn to our side as well as re-educating these women shall begin!"

With that, Re-Destro plunged the syringe into Izuku's chest, directly towards the heart. All while the villains began to mercilessly strip the heroine's clothes. Though they knew it was inevitable, each woman kept a strong face, spitting at their captors, swearing that this wouldn't break them.

"You should've accepted my offer, round cheeks," grinned Katsuki as he approached Ochako, calling first dibs, "You would've been my woman, the woman of the number one hero, the strongest hero!"

"You're no hero," spat Ochako, "Just a megalomaniac! Why All Might chose you is a mystery in itself! He was blind to see just what you really are!"

"Say all you want, but I'm going to blast every bit of Deku away from your mind until you can only think of me!" cackled Katsuki as he began taking off his pants.

Meanwhile, Mineta was drooling as he viciously groped Momo's chest, fulfilling his dream. His next step, was to knock her up and make her fall hopelessly in love with his dick.

"Get off me you gremlin," snarled Momo, "I can't believe you even got accepted into U.A. A background check should've caught your perversion!"

"My mom was part of the U.A. background advisory group, and made sure none of my accomplishments were reported," grinned Mineta, "Now then, time to make you mine!"

Neijire and Midnight were also struggling to get their captors off, especially with their quirks being sealed away by the quirk-sealing handcuffs.

"Now then, gaze upon the future!" said Re-Destro towards Izuku.

Izuku strained his whole body, trying to do something, anything. But it was useless. He was just a quirkless man, captured and unable to do anything. And yet…

'I….. can't accept this. I won't accept this! I won't let these tyrants who claim revolution for the people continue to lie to the masses and become dictators!' thought Izuku.

Izuku felt his heart rate accelerating, pounding harder and harder. It was becoming harder to see and breathe, but Izuku gritted his teeth, using the pain to keep himself awake, trying to do anything.

Katsuki and the other 'heroes/villains' were getting ready to enjoy themselves when they heard it. At first, it was a low static. Then it became more prominent, causing them to be distracted. It sounded like drumbeats, but they weren't sure where it was coming from.

"Look!" shouted one of the spectators, pointing at Izuku.

Everyone turned to look over Izuku to see his body was starting to emit smoke for some strange reason. Then, they heard a loud sound.

Ba-Dump

A loud heartbeat could be heard emanating from Izuku's chest. The beat kept pounding as if it was the main tempo for the drums.

Drums of Liberation OST

The beat was starting to get faster, and everyone was watching in shock as more smoke began to flow out, along with Izuku's hair beginning to change. Izuku's mouth, which had been a frown, had slowly morphed into a smile.

Re-Destro, having seen enough, decided to end the farce by smashing Izuku's face in with a punch loaded with 100% output on stress.

Before his punch could land though, Izuku's hand suddenly somehow stretched out, stopping Re-Destro's punch with ease. Before Re-Destro could comprehend what was going on, Izuku's metal bands that should have been holding him suddenly stretched as Izuku moved, as if they had become rubber instead. Izuku pulled Re-Destro's enlarged arm through the band before letting go, slipping out all of the chains that had been binding him.

Izuku moved before anyone could really react with a kick that somehow stretched out beyond normal human limits, as if he was made of rubber, and swept the villains all off of his girls, slamming them into the stadium walls.

Ochako and the others quickly scrambled to recover what clothes that were still left, when Izuku grabbed Momo's quirk-nullifying bracelet and stretched it beyond what it should've been capable of, allowing her hands to slip through. Once her quirk was returned to her, she instantly created clothes for them to wear.

"Izuku…. Are you alright?" asked Neijire.

"Alright?... I feel good. Better," grinned Izuku as his green hair turned pure white, "This is getting fun!"

With that statement, all his clothes turned white while a blast of aura could be seen emanating off him. The bright light ascended towards the cloudy sky before it blasted the clouds apart to reveal the sun.

Izuku took a deep breath before he began bouncing about, thrilled at his newfound powers. At one point, he jumped up so high that the sun outlined his figure as people looked up at him.

Underneath the stadium were prisoners, heroes and civilians who protested against the PLF, or were considered weak, labeled as Omegas. Slaves would be more accurate, and they were gladiators for the PLF's amusement. They heard the jeers earlier and looked down, not wanting to witness the execution, only to change. Peering out of the small windows that they could, they looked up to see someone jumping up high, his figure outlined by the sun. Just by seeing the image, they felt hope grow inside their heart. That this person was the one who had come to free them.

"An unseen situation," admitted Re-Destro as he easily broke free of the chain, though puzzled why its nature had changed just a moment ago before pushing it away for now, "But you're still outnumbered! And nobody will be coming to your rescue! And do you know why? You're just a quirkless relic who should have been erased long ago!"

Re-Destro released all his stress into his body, his body hulking up as black streaks covered his body. Not only that, but he called upon Claustro, his specially designed armor built to amplify his own quirk to 150%.

It was at this point, everything changed.

Suddenly, half of the stadium crumpled, opening up a huge passageway. The audience members sitting there screamed in pain or shock as the seats they had been on suddenly shifted away.

"Oyabin! We're here to rescue you!" shouted Rapper as he led the charge with all the Shie Hassaki members. But it wasn't just them, though.

"Heh, didn't think you'd call us into the action to rescue your boss, but screw it! I'm tired of hiding and all this guerilla warfare, it's time to kick some ass!" roared Miruko as she hopped forward.

Beside the yakuza members, which had grown significantly under Izuku's leadership, were heroes, both young and old, who fought to restore order. Everyone who had been hiding was coming out swinging.

"Get ready to ROCK OUT!" screamed Present Mic as the U.A. staff were amongst the crowd, with Cementoss having brought the stadium down.

"Can't believe we're running along with heroes," muttered Toya Setsuno.

"If it means rescuing the boss, then I don't care," replied Yu Hojo.

"Fuck this! Die!" roared Katsuki as he managed to pull himself out of the wall, pointing his left hand at the charging rescuers, letting One for All run through his body and empowering his quirk. A giant explosion blasted from Katsuki's hand, one that threatened to engulf half of the stadium.

Before Cementoss or Pixie Bob could try to pull some sort of defense, or anyone with defensive quirks, Izuku's hand suddenly came crashing down, grabbing the ground in front of them. It was then that everything seemed to be a cartoon. Izuku was pulling against the floor, straining himself as his feet kicked the air for a few seconds before being dragged down, though his mouth and eyes seemed to stay in the air despite the fact his face was already hurtling towards the ground. As if remembering that they should stay on the face, the said organs quickly flung back down to Izuku's face as Izuku landed in front of them…. and then proceeded to pull the ground up, forming a giant wall that covered them.

Yet instead of just blocking the attack, the blast was sucked into the middle of the wall, going forward and yet still trapped, as if the wall had gained elastic properties. Izuku held the wall tightly in his grip with a grin before Katsuki's blast lost its forward momentum. With a roar, the blast was bounced straight back at Katsuki. Katsuki's eyes widened as he quickly held his right hand up and fired another blast to defend against his own attack. The result was a blast located nearer towards the PLF, sending many flying.

Izuku laughed as he landed in front of the yakuza and heroes, who looked wary at Izuku. The Shie Hassaki thought it was Izuku, but the changes made them doubt a little until….

"Nii-san!"

Eri cried as she rushed forward, tackling her guardian/brother, her eyes filled with tears and relief at his presence. That alone was enough for the Shie Hassaki to bow in respect towards their boss in confirmation.

"It's good to see you all," smiled Izuku, putting his hands on Mimic and Chronostasis, his lieutenants, "All of you. Today is a new day of hope."

"So you have some reinforcements! So what! You can never hope to beat us!" roared Re-Destro, "You think you can change the system back? It's too late, nothing will be the same!"

"Perhaps," admitted Izuku as he turned to face the PLF, many whom were starting to get up, "But can you hear it? The rising tide, the people whom you enslaved. They call out for change. This beat is the drums of LIBERATION!"

With that, everyone charged forward to battle. The tides were swiftly turning, especially when the prisoners were being released by La Brava, who was hacking through the system while simultaneously wresting control from Skeptic, triggering his trypophobia with all those dancing cats with large eyes.

Geten, aka Iceman, was rendered helpless by Soramitsu eating all his ice constructs with no limit, and almost caused Geten to faint in anger at his quirk, which he had so meticulously polished, being literally demolished by a man whose quirk made him hungry.
