After finding out that Nolan would be paying for the car all by himself, Liam decided to keep to himself and not get involved in the car matters. Instead, he let the girls socialize while he walked into his room and got to work.
There was one question plaguing Liam's mind: why weren't guns being used more frequently? From what he could tell, the speed of a bullet was higher than a high-grade human's speed, and he couldn't understand why the government spent so much money on serums instead of just using firearms.
It was only after researching late into the night that he found out the reason.
'Reaction time is the first reason... guns are only effective when the person wielding them can react to their target's movements. If the one holding the gun is a normal human and the target is a high-grade human, then the latter could easily just run around, and the normal person wouldn't be able to aim properly,' he thought as he stared at the screen in front of him.
