By the time Liam walked out, the sky had turned a reddish-orange, signifying the last few minutes before night arrived. He walked out with his new friends, whom he had come to like quite a bit.
As far as he had seen, they were quite supportive when it came to guiding him and Toby. Although it was Toby who asked most of the questions, some of which were absolutely useless, Liam felt it was a good thing since Toby would inevitably ask the questions that were on his mind.
"I'm going towards the west, so if any of your apartments or dormitories are in that direction, I can give you a lift," Tania said as she patted the pillion seat on her sports bike.
Toby excitedly raised his hand. "Me, me! I live six kilometers to the west from here."
"Oh... wait, near that big park?" Tania asked, raising her brow as a smile formed on her face. Toby nodded, and Tania's smile grew wider. "Nice, we share the same dormitory then. Well, what are you waiting for? Get on."
