Liam sat at his table with a small notebook in front of him. Nolan walked towards the door, putting on his shoes before looking at his roommate, who appeared on the verge of passing out any moment.
"Yo, I'll be going early. Don't forget that we'll have to shift today after classes are done," he said. Seeing Liam nod his head, he closed the door behind him and walked away.
Meanwhile, Liam let out a sigh of relief before employing his cloning ability. With a simple thought, a clone of himself emerged from his palm and stood in front of him.
"Yeah, I'll go to the campus," he said, changing clothes before walking out. Liam's clone locked the door once everyone was out and then returned to the chair.
Turning the pages, Liam found most of them covered in scratches and a big "WON'T WORK" written on almost all of them. Only the last page looked neat and tidy, with just a few words written on it.
