A man with a glass-like baby face and white hair sat on a pure white floor as he worked on his ceramic tea cups, projecting his imagination in the form of paintings. As he focused on the cup in his hands, he heard a familiar sound of a cup breaking near him.
With an irritated look in his eyes, he turned to check which one of his cups had cracked.
".... the red cup... that's the one that had been the closest. To think that I'll have to wait for a thousand more years..." he muttered as he leaned forward to pick up the pieces of the cup. Just as he was about to touch one of the broken pieces, a red light blinded his eyes.
It didn't take him much time to recover from the blindness, but when he looked at the new person in the room, he frowned.
"Another failure or is this one of the heavenly secrets that I'll have to unfold to reach true godhood?" he asked himself as he looked at the full-grown bald man in front of him, "Hmm, a mortal... no... this thing is weaker than a mortal."
His frown deepened, but a few seconds later, he turned to look in a certain direction and stared at the absolute darkness that was visible to him.
'I swear... I felt something there...' he thought to himself as he stroked his long white beard and turned to look back at the man who was in front of him. But to his surprise, he couldn't see him there anymore. Instead, a dirty-looking man stood in front of him with thick black animal fur covering his private area.
His brown chiseled body emanated a pressure that even he, one of the Creator's children, was having trouble withstanding.
"Looking at the guy who appeared due to your idiotic experiments filled with flaws and mistakes?" the man asked, his voice deep but playful as he looked down at the white-haired old man.
"What? Those are not mistakes! They're the sweat and tears of my experiments and you dare to call them mistakes?" the old man rebuked as he glared at the foreigner who had taken the fruit of his experiments away from him.
"That doesn't change the fact that you're causing disturbances in multiple universes," the brown-skinned man said as he shook his head, "Really, I wonder why you guys go around causing trouble to people like me who are just doing their jobs. Anyways, I've talked to the creator, and he has sent me here to relieve you of your post.
From this second onward, you have been banished from this universe, and your post of this universe's guardian will be given to someone who I deem fit. So just get lost, you mentally retarded psychopath."
"You dare!!?"
The moment he finished speaking, the old man froze. A thin white strand wriggled out of his forehead like a worm but before it could do a thing, it was captured by the powerful man who was holding Ben on his shoulder.
"The soul of the Creator's child... seriously, just how dumb can you be? This body was given to you to keep you safe from harm. The fact that you willingly came out means that I can just snuff your soul or consume it.
Oh well, as tempting as it is, I have another job of giving the empty post of this universe's guardian to someone else, so I'll use your soul's divinity to give birth to another child of the Creator," he muttered and shook his head slightly like he was fed up.
"Anyways, the least I can do for you is to give you another chance at life... hmm? An artificial soul? No, it's not a soul... it's just consciousness. I guess I'll use this along with this troublemaker's soul to give you a gift or something like that," he said as he tossed Ben's body on the floor and looked down at him.
After he was done talking to the unconscious Ben, who was in no condition to listen to anything, he pulled out a reddish flame from Ben's torso and with a snap of his fingers, transformed it into a strand similar to the white one. He then produced a golden strand similar to the other two and used the three to make a braid.
With a snap of his finger, the braid transformed into a pointy needle and pierced through Ben's forehead.
"My job here is done, but I hope things stabilize soon," he muttered to himself once again and then turned to look at Ben's body that was slowly turning translucent in front of him, "As for you... I hope you live a good life, but I also hope that you can fulfill your destiny.
I've given you the necessary tools and also the instructions to ascend to the position that I'll be safeguarding for you so I hope that you can come and relieve me of my duties soon."
He continued to stare at Ben for a few more seconds and after letting out another sigh, he kicked him hard, blasting his body to smithereens while a translucent flame with a golden glow flew into the void and towards a bluish-green planet at incredible speed.
