Chapter 17 - OPERATION H TOWER ! Equalizer

The BMH have finally arrived in Tokyo. All they need now is a base of operation. Kudasen and Jin wu were in charge of finding a base of operation while Isuki,Kenesai and Minusiya were to patrol the city.

"Back when i was little,i was friends with a real estate agent. His went by the name of Tylin and he lived right about the corner house next to my home." Kudasen said while leading Jin wu to Tylin's home. Meanwhile,while the others were patrolling,they stumbled upon a fight between a rich lord and a poor man. The rich lord's guards pushed the poor man down and mocked him with the crowd laughing at the poor man. The poor man filled with anger and hate punched a hole into the ground. A violet aura began to surround the poor man as his body began to transform him into a neglome who calls himself Equalizer.

Now kudasen and jin had finally arrived at Tylin's home. kudasen knocked." Hey Tylin! Long time no see!" Kudasen greeted. "Kudasen! Its been so long buddy! So how've you been?" Tylin said. "What about your long lost sis Minusiya? Did you finally find her?" He asked."Yup i found her and i been doing fine. Thanks for asking." Kudasen replied as Tylin noticed Jin wu starring at him." Oh, how rude of me not introducing myself, I'm Tylin. One of Kudasen's childhood friends and you are?" Tylin introduced. "He's my guardian,Jin wu." Kudasen said as Jin wu smiled at Tylin which made Tylin afraid of him.

Equalizer has the ability to turn anyone to look like him when he was not corrupted with a touch from his hands. Equalizer' had a white skin with blue stripes on his face and hands. An eagle mark was encrusted on his chest. He wore a blue blindfold on his face and on his back was the symbol of justice. Every time the balance of the symbol stopped he'd be able to use his powers. He began to cause chaos in the town. A nearby news broadcaster arrived at the scene." A neglome has been spotted in yuhan district Tokyo when will the hunters arrive. Stay in your homes until it becomes safe to come ou___-_-_!." She said before she got turned.

Isuki transformed into Hunter and stepped into the battle with Kenesai and Minusiya. Minusiya mimicked Isuki's enhanced speed. Equalizer noticed them and attempted to punch them but Minusiya and Isuki dodged while Kenesai made a psychic barrier which won't let his hand move. Minusiya then used her new HUNTRESS'S NET move on Equalizer which was to trap him for some time. Isuki at once dashed towards him and used his new sealing technique that's faster than the rest. He calls this technique, LOCKED STRIKE.

Everyone turned back to normal as a sign of Equalizer' defeated. "What is the name of your marvelous team?" The broadcaster asked isuki. "We are the Blood Moon Hunters!" Isuki replied.

Meanwhile,Tylin showed kudasen and jin wu all their options for a HQ. At the end, they chose to a tower as their Hunter tower or H-Tower. To make it look like a regular home, Jin wu used his light based powers to make it look like a story building. 

Now with that done they can focus on protecting the city from neglomes. Each member has their own personal room.
