"Let's get right to it and have some fun, my love." Tina said, baring her already elongated teeth at Aurora, threateningly.
"Tina, you should know I don't want..." She was trying to back out of the challenge but nobody was ready to listen to her.
"Dante has spoken! The words of the future Alpha are more like the words of the Alpha. You must obey!" Gracie stated.
"Dante love, there are no rules for this challenge, are there? You know I love a no rule challenge so dearly." Tina said.
"Can we at least have one rule? That, there should be no shifting into wolf?" Aurora inquired but was ignored again.
"No rules! Just fight... May the best woman win!" Dante stated, mischievously.
"Great! Just like the way I love it!" Tina squealed and trotted to the fighting arena, with her girls hailing her behind. She was all geared up for training already so she went in, waiting for Aurora to join up.
Spectators including Dante walked in, to watch the fight.
"Raise your head high up, girl. You've got this! You can do this, go show them what you've got." Aurora said, bracing herself up.
"Should I just say I'm not taking up the challenge? Even if I say so, who would listen to me? Those mischievous brats would definitely not even hear a word from my mouth. And that would surely hurt my pride! Let's just go try our luck. I'm not a wuss! I can do this!" She braced up herself.
"Do the both parties accept this challenge?" Simon, one of Dante's friend, acting as the moderator, inquired.
"Yes, love. I'm all in." Tina said in her best ladylike manner.
"This is more like a coercion!" Aurora muttered under her breath but nodded in affirmation.
"On the count of three... One, two, three! Fight!!!" The moderator yelled.
Tina snarled and started attacking immediately while Aurora struggled with defending herself against her brutal attacks.
"Don't shift into your wolf. Let's fight fairly." Aurora protested as she saw Tina turning her neck, about to shift.
"Don't worry, my love. I'm not shifting fully. Of course, you won't understand since you haven't been there but this is partial shift. I'm a very fair person, my love." Tina stated, smirking. She had done the partial shift. In addition to her elongated teeth, her fingers had turned to claws, hairs had appeared on her cheeks and her eyes were pure blue.
"Bring it on." She screamed and slashed her arm with her claws.
"Oh shit! Shit!" Aurora screamed in pain.
"I told you I'm going to crush you, didn't I? I love hearing you scream, my love." Tina said and chuckled wickedly.
"You dared to challenge me? You? You are not up to the task, my love. I feel sorry for you." She added, slashing her further on different parts of her body.
"Oh my God! Shit!" Aurora kept wincing in pain but never stopped trying to defend herself.
"What the heck are you kids doing?" The chief warrior shouted at them, as he entered and saw what was going on. All activities halted.
"Chief warrior, we're just testing our abilities by challenging each other." Dante quickly replied.
"Testing your abilities to the point of someone getting badly hurt like that, huh?" The chief warrior asked.
"Dad, it's not a big deal. It's just for fun, don't mind us. We're catching fun." Tina maintained.
"Aurora doesn't look like she's catching fun, though. It's like you're the only one catching fun to her own detriment." Tina's father, the chief warrior, bellowed.
"It's time to stop the fun, alright. Everybody should go back to what they come to the training center for... Go and train! And somebody should help Aurora to the clinic right away." He commanded them.
Dante glanced at Aurora who was in a terrible condition and smirked.
"I'm a bit satisfied to see you badly hurt. This would be enough to massage my ego for now." He muttered before walking out of the training center.
Aurora who had been trying hard to stay upright, slumped and Katie quickly ran to her aid.
"Thank God I took the initiative to go and inform the chief warrior on time. Any minute later and something really terrible could have happened." Katie muttered.
"Oh, God! You're really injured. These injuries are going to take a while before they heal. Why would you agreed to that deadly challenge when you know how fierce Tina is? Look at how she dealt with you! Are you trying to get yourself killed?" Katie lamented bitterly as she helped Aurora stand on her feet.
"It's okay, I'm fine. I will be fine." Aurora said, trying to be strong.
"Stop saying you're fine when you're clearly not. You're nowhere near being okay. You're badly injured." She pointed out to her. Aurora gave her a small smile.
"At least, here I am, still standing." She maintained, smiling.
"You dumb, crazy girl, you're leaning on me not standing by yourself." Katie stated and chuckled softly.
Tina moved closer to the duo, with a smug smirk.
"You lost, my love. Now, here's the part where you listen to what I want you to do for me, as the winner." She informed Aurora.
"There's a stake? Oh, no! Aurora you shouldn't have made a deal with the she-devil." Katie muttered, feeling sad for her friend already.
"Awwn, this is so fun! My kind of fun!" Tina turned to her friends and squealed.
"So, what do you want me to do for you? I hope you won't come up with a ridiculous idea." Aurora said, frowning.
"My love, you shouldn't be a weakling and go back on the agreement. Weakling that go back on their words, disgrace their family and the community at large. Don't be boring, let's catch some fun!" Tina said, trapping her in with her choice of words.
"Here comes another disaster!" Aurora gritted out.
"What mischief could she be planning?" She wondered.
