[Anthony's POV]
"Well, let's have a talk."
I said casually, teleporting to the place from where the soul's call had originated.
Seeing the connection between the Self, the soul, and the body was simple.
It turned out to be the roof of one of the buildings where a young woman stood dressed mostly in dark clothes with a hood over her head.
She tried to hide it, but strong demonic magic was coming from her and not the usual demons, but something akin to Trigon.
"...,"
She tensed at my sudden appearance.
"You wanted to talk?"
I asked.
"... yes. My name... you can call me Raven, and I must say that Earth is threatened by a danger named Trigon, and I need your help."
Raven's voice was cold yet captivating as she removed her hood.
She had dark purple hair, a charming face, pale skin, and an extravagant outfit.
"Earth faces threats every day, Raven. Why did you decide to come to me?"
I inquired.
"... The Phantom Stranger said that you might be able to help because he himself is powerless. I feel... in you, a force opposite to HIM... but also a powerful dark side, how is that possible..."
She spoke as if peering into my soul.
"Ah, he dumped the problem on me and walked into the sunset."
I rolled my eyes for a moment.
"You do realize I sense a demonic power in you, right?"
"I'm not lying... and I want to protect Earth and the people."
She said firmly.
"Trigon is evil and must be stopped."
"Alright, let me gather the entire League, and you can explain the danger in detail,"
I suggested, and she nodded eagerly.
Gathering everyone wasn't difficult, and naturally, the meeting place turned out to be... Olympus.
We could have gathered at LuthorCorp, but Olympus seemed more suitable for now.
We really should establish some kind of space station.
Zatanna was the first to arrive at Olympus upon hearing about the demonic threat while quickly teleporting here.
Followed by Diana with Kara and the second Kara, followed by Clark, whom I teleported here, along with Shinoa.
"Why is a demon here?"
Zatanna immediately asked, pointing towards Raven with the hood pulled over her head.
She seemed to relax a bit upon arriving here.
"I'm not... an enemy."
Raven replied, clearly not appreciating the accusation from Zatanna.
"Yes, yes, the famous words of all demons."
Zatanna rolled her eyes.
"Are all demons bad?"
Clark asked.
"I mean... should we let her speak?"
"Earth is threatened by Trigon, a conqueror of many worlds and dimensions. He is evil incarnate and will stop at nothing to take Earth and its inhabitants."
She stated firmly.
"Wonderful..."
Shinoa muttered when glancing between the blushing Kara and me.
She quickly realized there was a connection between us.
"Nothing wonderful."
Raven retorted.
"He is so powerful that gods of other dimensions were nothing before him."
"And why are you telling us all this?"
Zatanna asked, still skeptical.
"Because Earth is also my home."
Raven said, removing her hood.
"My mother... she's from Earth. She joined a cult when she was young..."
"Wait, are you against it?"
Diana slowly raised the Lasso of Truth, and while Raven might not have liked it, she agreed to hold onto it during her story.
Raven's story wasn't particularly long but quite clear.
Angela Roth joined a cult when she was young where they summoned a creature of angelic beauty, Trigon who turned out to be a powerful demon.
After Trigon violated her, Angela realized the horror of the situation.
She tried to find a way out even tried to end her own life, but eventually heard a call from the neighboring dimension of Azarath.
Azarath is a dimension inhabited almost entirely by pacifists.
They welcomed her and her child from Trigon without hesitation.
Azar decided to take them in who believed that this child might be why Trigon would come to Earth and threaten the entire universe.
This was an outcome she was determined to prevent.
Therefore, when the girl was born, they named her Raven even though her mother also called her Rachel.
She has had a lot of power and the freedom to control and manipulate feelings since she was a child.
Thus, Azar decided to raise her while sealing her powers and keeping her emotionally detached for her own good.
However, she recently met HIM... her father in the Temple of Azarath, and she was curious to learn about him.
This awakened Raven's soul Self, and she realized what he wanted... to use her to conquer Earth, Azarath, and ultimately the entire universe.
Raven began to resist her father who only laughed at her.
As a result of this encounter, Trigon himself decided to make a move... nearly killing all her people with his mere presence for a moment.
She then arrived on Earth seeking help to protect what remains of Azarath, Earth, and the entire universe while feeling Trigon slowly corrupting her.
She needs to keep her emotions under control and meditate often to stop this from happening.
"Wonderful, now we're supposed to believe the daughter of a super demon."
Zatanna scoffed.
"Her story sounded convincing especially the part where she resisted her father."
Clark shook his head.
"She couldn't have lied, so this Trigon poses a threat to us... and he wants to reach us through you."
Diana concluded, looking at Raven.
"I am his gateway to this world, but he will eventually find a way here even without me. He has other children, but they are not here yet. I don't want this, and that's why I came seeking help."
Raven explained.
"Tch, it would've been so nice and easy to deal quickly with the gateway issue."
Zatanna said with a smile, looking at Raven who remained unfazed.
"Stop intimidating her. She's not lying and genuinely hates her father."
I asked Zatanna who isn't particularly fond of demons.
"How do you feel right now? Is he still trying to possess you?"
"Constantly. My mind is always on a battlefield, and I know I will eventually lose."
Raven nodded but looked at me with curiosity when I removed my mask and transformed my hero attire into everyday clothes.
"But here, I feel... lighter."
"Of course, I've encountered Trigon in a parallel reality before."
I said while pulling out the cube containing the soul of that Trigon from that world.
Raven's eyes widened as she felt the power emanating from the cube when she recognized the soul... a soul very similar to Trigon's.
"I knew her version from my Earth, where she was our ally. She was part of the Teen Titans."
The older Kara added.
"I wasn't close to her, but I heard she saved the League several times, along with the Titans."
"Parallel reality?"
Clark blinked, still pondering my words.
"I told you about it."
Kara nudged him.
"They got there somehow, along with Lena and the others. Did you even listen? Thinking about your Lois?"
"Impossible..."
Raven grasped and focused on the familiar emanation.
"Yes, it's Trigon's soul... not your father's, but from a parallel reality. He was powerful there, but I managed to deal with him. I just want to show that we have a chance."
I said as Raven approached me closely. She could clearly sense the soul trapped inside the cube.
"Then I'm at ease."
She smiled momentarily, but she quickly regained control of her emotions.
"Can I... stay here?"
She raised her eyes to mine.
"Of course, make yourself at home. There's nothing wrong with leaving a half-demon in the sanctuary of the gods. Tony... is this all because of her appearance, huh? If she were ugly, you wouldn't be helping her like this."
Zatanna caught on with her lips pursed unhappily.
"Alright, I think I'll go... where's the exit around here?"
Clark stood up when realizing it would be better for him to leave. He had seen Zatanna angry before, and he didn't like it.
"Take care of yourself, Clark, and say hi to your parents. Lena and I will visit them soon."
I waved him off and opened a portal.
Clark had already indicated his willingness to trust her especially since there was no immediate danger.
This magical stuff wasn't his thing.
"I'm more interested in the fact that our Kara seems to have gotten a taste of... white, sticky love."
Shinoa smirked mischievously.
"What are you talking about?"
She asked again, with her gaze darting around the room.
Old Kara just smirked.
"About Administrator-kun's attachment to you. The newbie won't be left out either... the competition is getting fiercer and fiercer."
Shinoa said, shaking her head.
"And here we have your older version with huge... assets..."
"..."
Zatanna glanced at Kara and the second one too.
"So... what about this demon?"
Diana tried to steer the conversation back on track.
"He's not a problem right now. I have a couple of plans to deal with him, but we'd better wait it out for now. Raven, can you wait a bit longer?"
I asked.
"Yes, I'm feeling better now. If it's necessary to destroy HIM... I can wait."
Raven nodded.
"So, your human identity is Anthony Luthor?"
She decided to ask, and I nodded.
"Shinoa, stop bothering Kara, she's already embarrassed enough."
I tapped Shinoa on the backside.
"How long have you been on Earth?"
I redirected my attention to Raven.
"Not long, just about a month."
She admitted.
"Did you manage to adjust to society?"
"Somewhat..."
Raven nodded.
"I'll show her everything and tell her everything!"
Shinoa volunteered eagerly, a sparkle in her eyes that seemed to make Raven... well, not exactly retreat or recoil, but I felt she was a bit nervous.
"You're planning to go to your world,"
I interjected.
"That's tomorrow; today, I'm free. Raven, I'm Shinoa or the Night Huntress from Gotham."
Shinoa approached Raven.
"Do you want to know something specific or..."
Raven clarified a few points for me with her story, but the most important thing was that the Trigon here is more powerful than the one from that other reality.
It's best to continue studying the technologies from Apokolips and the Mother Box and spinning the gacha for now.
Gacha Points: 58
It hasn't been a month since the last spin, but I had enough points to spin again, so I went for it.

After reading the descriptions, I found the most useful item to be the first one.
[Deconstruction: This allows the ability to break intermolecular bonds, literally destroying objects on a molecular level.]
I already could do this with my alchemy skills early on in my journey, but it's good to have.
[Answer Card: It answers any question.]
I decided to leave it for later since I don't have any pressing questions right now.
Tears of Magic are useless for me right now.
"But the cake is delicious."
I couldn't help but say after trying the cake.
I also treated my girls and Lena who was busy stocking up on various essential goods.
After seeing how people live in a world still healing from a disaster, she wants to help them even more.
Meanwhile, Raven spent the whole day meditating in one of Olympus's rooms... accompanied by Shinoa who bombarded her with questions.
Raven managed to endure it, either staying silent or responding with short phrases.
Overall, they were having a good time...
