The appearance of the 5th S-Rank Gate in Bali is really surprising for Indra. It's not that he never thought of a possibility like this, but its location is just too close to his Guild.
Just like when other S-Rank Gates appeared before, the Government is evacuating the citizens. They evacuate the whole island, just as Indra asks right after the Gate appears.
It's not without reason Indra asked for the whole island to be evacuated. When he checked the Gate, he found out that the magic power coming from it was even greater than Kamish's Gate.
That's why he personally calls all the National Level Hunters who obviously are shocked when they hear that.
None of them doubt Indra's words because he has the highest level of sensitivity towards magic power among all hunters and he has experienced all S-Rank dungeon raids, so he knows all of their danger levels.
So all of them believe it when he says that this S-Rank Gate is even more dangerous than Kamish's Gate because it leaks more magic power.
"I need all of your help. Other than the reward money from the Government, I will personally reward you with items made out of this S-Rank dungeon boss's materials."
The other National Level Hunters are quite surprised by Indra's offer as they talk using a group video call. All of them basically can have everything they want, except for items made of S-Rank dungeon boss's materials.
Well, some of them have weapons and armor made out of the 2nd S-Rank dungeon boss that appeared on South Sudan. The country couldn't pay them money, so they received all the monsters including the boss as their rewards.
But because not all of them participated, only 5 of them ended up having weapons and armor made of an S-Rank dungeon boss's materials.
Even so, that boss can't be compared to Kamish the Dragon. And now a boss monster stronger than Kamish is predicted to be inside Bali's S-Rank dungeon.
"We didn't get anything from Kamish's body. So this is your chance to get something at that level. Well, I won't force you to come. I will understand if you are chickening in front of a threat greater than Kamish."
Everyone is speechless by Indra's childish provocation. But they ignore it and just say they will come to join the raid.
After making sure all the National Level Hunters will come, Indra contacts the Hunter Bureau Director to tell him about this.
"Ok, connect me with the meeting room."
Soon, Indra's face appears in the big screen in front of the meeting room filled with high-ranking people of the country.
"How is the negotiation with the National Level Hunters went, Mr. Indra?" The President asks Indra worriedly.
"Please rest assured. We will prepare the best treatments we can give during their stay." The President promises Indra.
Then the highest rank military General asks, "Mr. Indra, what should we do for the raid?"
"Will that really be fine?"
When Indra mentions average, he means the S-Rank Hunters. It obviously makes these normal people smile awkwardly. For them, even S-Rankers look like Gods already, but in a National Level Hunter's eyes, they are nothing.
Though they understand his point. Entering an unknown dungeon with too many people might cause a problem, especially if the place is too narrow for all of them to fight freely.
"Item too? Mr. Indra, aren't you being too generous for a porter job?" The parliament leader seems unsatisfied with how Indra wants to give that much to a "mere porter".
"F-fatty?! Mr. Indra, I am still much older than you, you know. Even older than your parents."
Indra is really pissed because even in the face of such danger, they were still thinking about losing too much money. They didn't want to use too much money and keep reducing the funds to hire the National Levels.
In the end, they even told Indra that just him, his sister, and their country's S-Ranks would be enough to raid the dungeon.
Hiring National Levels sure is very expensive. But Indonesia's economy has gotten much better since the rise of Moon Rabbit Guild. So they should have enough money to pay at least 5 of the foreign National Levels without ruining their state budget.
But because of corruption, their country lost a lot of money into the politicians pockets. And now they even dare to risk people's safety to put even more money into their pockets.
With Indra's threat, they finally agreed to hire all National Level Hunters and pay decent amounts of money. But because it's still not enough, Indra needs to pay them with items as well.
Indra cuts off the video call right after saying that. Everyone in the meeting room has a very gloomy expression now. They all know that Indra is very serious right now.
If Indra, Dewi, and Moon Rabbit leave their country, then the loss will be unimaginable. Not only do they protect the country, they also bring a lot of profit through their massive business.
A lot of investors also invest massively in their country just because of Indra's and Dewi's presence. If they leave, those investors will also leave.
Worse, high-rank hunters and even normal people might also leave to follow them because the safety of a country with and without National Level Hunters is different.
None of them say anything, but they all know this will be their last meeting together with all these people because the next time they meet, some of them will already stay behind the bars.
