The next day, Indra & Dewi have a meeting with the President, some ministers, and members of parliament. Basically, those who fill their pockets with the country's money a.k.a people's tax money that should be used for people.
As Indra thought, they are here to talk a lot of nonsense. But their main point is both of them need to follow the rules as the citizens of this country. It means one of them needs to move to another province because of the rule, 1 S-Rank for 1 Province until there are more S-Ranks than the number of provinces.
These politicians even have decided that the one who moves will either go to West Java or Banten which are beside the province of Jakarta. They'll even provide an office in a city that's at the border with the province of Jakarta.
Basically, they want another S-Rank hunter to stay quite close to them so they will be safer. But obviously, Indra doesn't want that because once he agrees to their rules, then he will need to keep agreeing, and he doesn't want to.
"Are you done talking?"
"Huh? What are you-."
"I asked, are you done talking?"
"S-SUCH INSOLENCE!"
Obviously, they are angry that a teenager is talking to them rudely like that.
"DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WERE DOING, BOY?"
"What you said might cause trouble for you in the future."
"Trouble in the future, is it? How do you plan to do it? You want to send soldiers after us? Or you want to forbid us from raiding dungeons? How do you plan to make trouble for us?"
They just look at each other for a while before the Minister of Economy speaks up.
"Boy, you want to build a Guild, right? You will need our consent to build a Guild, you know."
"Hmm, anything else?"
"What?!"
"Well, I'm sure your shrewd minds know how to trouble whatever we'll do from now on. But do you also know that we can simply leave the country. Do you think there's any country that will refuse 2 S-Rank Hunters joining them?"

His simple statement stuns every one of them. All of them surely have thought of such a possibility, but they never thought that someone would really say it directly to them.
"W-what? Don't you love your country, young man?"
"I love my family more than my country. A place is only precious because our loved ones are there. Our father was from Australia. It will be easy to move there with our family because I doubt they will refuse to receive 2 S-Rank Hunters for free. I also heard that the USA and Russia are actively recruiting S-Rank Hunters from all over the world. They also give good treatments to the S-Rankers they recruit."
He silences all of them easily with that.
"And if you want to try doing something funny to our family, then just bear in mind that we have the power to easily destroy this whole place. I'm sure you've heard that my sister has defeated Mr. Doni in the test yesterday and she was still not used to her power yet. Furthermore, while I'm just a Healer, it doesn't mean that I'm powerless. I am still an S-Rank, I'm different from an A-Rank Healer. My physical power is on par with A-Rank fighters. I've tested it with the help of some A-Rank Hunters that took the 2nd test with us."
Indra says it while turning a metal spoon into a metal ball with his Ruler's Authority.
"Not to mention, I can buff my sister's power and make her even more powerful. Do you think you can stop us?"
They are getting silenced once again, then the President finally talks.
"Mr. Smith, can you tell us what you want from us so you will stay in our country?"
"Easy. Just erase the rule that demands S-Ranks to move so each province can only have an S-Rank until we have more S-Ranks than the number of our provinces. It might sound good to have at least an S-Rank in each province. But you also need to understand that S-Rank Hunters are different from other Hunters. We can be great assets to the country but we can also be great threats to it. At least we are willing to talk with you. There might be those who won't even talk to you and just leave the country because some people love freedom or money more than anything. Then we will lose powerful forces to protect our country because other countries can offer more of those things than us."
"B-but what if a dangerous monster outbreak happens and there's no S-Rank in that province?"
"They have A-Rank Hunters, right? You need to believe more in those A-Rank Hunters. Director, I'm sure each province has a number of A-Rank Hunters, right?"
"Yes, the lowest number of A-Rank Hunter in a province is 8, and they have a lot of B-Rank Hunters."
"What's their chance of clearing an A-Rank Gate by themselves?"
"So far they never failed any A-Rank Gates' raids. They mostly collaborate with another Guild from another province when they raid an A-Rank Gate. Aren't those better than forcing the S-Ranks to leave their home and possibly anger them?"
Once again, these politicians are speechless because they never thought an 18 year old boy could say all those things. It's not that no one never thought and told them those things. But they were too self-centered and only thought of their benefits.
They thought the S-Ranks would simply follow the rules they made too because they have the authority. But they forget that the S-Ranks have power far beyond common senses. Restricting them too much will only anger them and if they retaliate, then the consequence will be too big to bear.
They've ignored those suggestions before because the ones saying those weren't the S-Rank Hunters themselves. But it hits differently when Indra, an S-Rank Hunter said those things. It's like they didn't believe it would happen until an S-Rank Hunter finally said it to them.
"Well, whether you will accept my suggestions or not is up to you. Just know that you will at least lose 2 S-Rank Hunters if you decide to ignore it. I will send my Guild's application once I gather the necessary requirements. If by then this rule still exists, then we will excuse ourselves from this country, and maybe a few S-Ranks in the future will too."
What makes Indra very worried is if some S-Ranks really leave, then this country will be put in a grave danger. Indonesia is very wide. It's the size of several European countries and it has nore than 250 million citizens.
That means almost 4% of the world's population is in this country and he's sure there are many people with great potential here. South Korea only has 10 S-Ranks and Japan has 20. Those are already big numbers compared to their countries' populations.
So it's possible for Indonesia to have a lot more S-Rankers. But unlike America, China, or Russia, they don't have enough money and facilities to maximize their Hunters' abilities. They already fall behind and will fall even deeper if they lose some S-Rankers.
To make sure they can face the real calamities in the future, the Earth needs to have many powerful Hunters. For that, Indra needs to help them and he needs to start from his country that he can affect easier than anywhere else.
Indra and Dewi then leave the meeting even though it hasn't been closed. They've done what they wanted to do here, so there's no need to stay any longer and hear them talking about politics.
"Indra, what's the plan after this?"
"What else? We go home."
