Sylphiette, the wind spirit, barged into Dan's office with a serious expression. He looked up from his desk briefly, then continued his work.
"Hello, Dan," she said, closing the door. He stopped what he was doing and looked at her.
"What do you want?" he asked, and she shook her head, taking her seat on a couch in the corner.
"I want you to stop acting like a child," she said, crossing her legs.
"You have to be clear," he said, and Sylphiette frowned.
"Don't joke around with me, kid," she spat, crossing her hands over her chest. "I happen to be fond of that kid now. It's funny; I ended up getting attached to another human even after telling myself I wouldn't," she lamented. "After everything that happened, I decided it's best to tell her the truth. I don't like how depressed she is now," Sylphiette stated.
"We had a deal, Sylphiette," Dan said, holding his pen tightly, almost snapping it.
