Last night was a daze, but I know that at some point I went to bed. I sat on my bed after a bath and stared blankly at the food brought to me, I didn't have an appetite.

"Eat something," Millie pestered but I wasn't in the mood for that.

"I'm not hungry," I said pushing it away. She didn't argue, she just carried and carried the tray to leave but stopped when I started coughing. I coughed hysterically and only stopped when coughed up blood. Millie's face went dry, she moved so fast I thought it was magic, dropping the tray and moving to my side in a split second.

"Rose," she called.

"I'm fine, it's probably nothing," I said trying to stand up so I can clean my blood stained hand.

"How is it nothing? You're coughing up blood and you said its nothing?" she asked pushing me back. She tried to sound calm but I could sense her fear. Is this the day I see Millie lose her cool composure?
