"About time you showed up, idiot! I was worried I'd have to leave without you. Bunny just felt the baby kick; I need to be there. Let's get moving," Remi responded, urgency lacing his words.
Arlo paused, then suggested, "Remi, I'd like to see Ulysses and Shaman before we depart. Perhaps you could go ahead, and I'll follow tomorrow, given it's already late."
