"Layla and I do have strong binding spells and we could mix them like how we did earlier against Arakaali... So perhaps, the Grim Reaper can give us a terrain to perform in?" offered the Brine King, smirking at the Ankou.
The poor Sander widened his luminous eyes before figuring out what the Brine King was hinting at...
"Are you sure you want me to perform that stunt? The last time I did it, you were begging for mercy..." laughed the Ankou.
"That was because I was against you! Now that we're on the same team, you'd be giving us a buff while also debuffing the enemy. Unless you've still got a bone to pick with me after all this bonding..."
"Make no mistake for my friendliness towards you. I only care for the body and soul that you share, not yours. If anything, I would like to pull you out from my darling Dragoon's body..."
"And since when am I his darling?! I belong to no one but myself, thank you!" yelled Layla, shouting at the top of her voice while facing towards the grey skies.
"Would you mind telling the rest of us what spell you're going to use? So I'd know what to expect and not get a heart attack," quizzed the Loplin.
"All I'm going to say is Tartarus. I ain't going to spoil too much for you. However, I can guarantee that it won't affect you since I consider everyone here to be on my side. What it does is it would change the terrain in favor of all of us," explained the Ankou.
"That can suffice... So, with all that's being said, shall we all head back to our chambers to get the rest we need? We will head out just before the slither of dawn," commanded the Felidae, standing up from his chair.
The rest of the room nodded and Teemo grabbed the file from earlier. The Brine King had rescinded control back to Layla and the Ankou wanted to spend some more time having tea. But as the Loplin tried to head back to bed, he was abruptly halted by Teemo.
"Oi, bunny man! Come with me for a Tick, I've got something to pass to you," asked the Felidae, dragging Matt by the arm to another room.
"Why do you have to yank my arm so hard that it's about to fall off?! Isn't my dying legs enough already?" exclaimed the Loplin, as he followed the cat into his workroom.
The area was lined with different materials and ores that brightened the room. Matt stood in the room in awe as he circled the room. The apparatus in that place was ahead of its time; even the Royal Guard didn't possess such machinery!
There was a loom that could turn solid objects such as Crystals and Ores into cloths while another melted down and mixed with other liquids and gasses. The poor rabbit was so drawn into the room that he failed to hear the Felidae ranting about materials.
"Oi, are you hearin' this?"
"Hm? Sorry, I got a bit too engrossed in this room... Things..."
"I said, I've got you a new outfit and I think you would love this..." stated Teemo, dragging the poor rabbit towards a wall.
"I don't see anything..."
"Sometimes I honestly think that you're the only Marksman with poor eyesight..."
"My eyes can see far, not in the dark. What are you trying to show me? Because it looks like a regular long coat with a belt and pants... Cool boots though," commented Matt as he pointed to the set of black long boots underneath the outfit.
With the Felidae ready to punch the Loplin's soul out of his rectum, Teemo took down the outfit and handed it to the rabbit.
"Try this on and see how it feels when you use your powers. I've used the best grade of Fire Elemental Ores I could on such short notice. Now then, time to work on the Dragoon's leggings and boots," said Teemo as he urged the rabbit to get out and try the outfit.
With a slam of a heavy door behind him, poor Matt was left standing in the hallway holding a piece of clothing. The Loplin shrugged as he went towards his chamber to change.
"Why was that old thing so eager for me to try this thing out? It doesn't look too interesting to me... It's just another Gunslinger outfit. What's so special about this?" asked Matt, looking at the mirror in confusion.
"Perhaps you'd need to use your power with it? I heard some armors activate upon the user's usage of powers," chimed the Dragoon, who was sitting comfortably on the foot of the bed.
"AH! Where do you come from?!" yelled the Loplin, jumping from his spot.
