Three days later, the Heirs Group of companies released an official statement amidst the rumours already making rounds; Ashley Heirs was stepping down from her position and was being relieved of her duties to focus on raising a family with Lucas Orton after their wedding in two weeks.
The official statement raised an uproar.
Ashley had a team of fans who loved and admired her so much because of her position at Heirs Hotels. They loved that she came from a rich family, was brilliant, a hard worker, beautiful and had a great fashion sense.
A lot of people loved her charisma on stage and her warm smile. A few staged a protest, asking the Group to call Ashley back to her position in the company.
Another group felt that Ashley was being discriminated against because she was a woman, therefore, they chose to remove her so she wouldn't be an obstacle to her older brother's succession since she held more presence than him.
