Diane confirmed that Christian wasn't angry with her about last night still she wasn't settled.
She didn't know if she was thinking too much, but she felt something was off about him. Maybe she was actually reading too much meaning.

After half an hour, Diane's hair and makeup were done and she got into her first outfit for the day.
When she stepped out of the room and walked into the garden where Christian was, she saw his eyes light up and the corners of his lips curved. Immediately, he reached an arm out to her.
"You look gorgeous like a flower fairy," he complimented her as his gaze raked her body from the flower tiara on the top of her head to the fancy slippers made of poplar wood on her feet.
