Jules walked out of the bathroom and looked at the wall clock.
Less than 25 minutes left for the meeting.
He glanced at the empty room. Mark had already left with Boss Bruno while Jules was still in the washroom.
If Mark had not rushed to the bathroom first, he would have been ready by now. A single washroom delayed Jules. His sore body made things even harder for him.
Not wasting more time, he rushed out of the room and headed toward the canteen. He didn't want to starve during the meeting.
Along the way, he saw similar situations happening in other rooms, where whoever used the washroom second was cursing their partner.
Suddenly, the first door opened. Jules paused and cursed his luck.
Soon, the Vice Leader walked out wearing sunglasses. Jules froze, hoping to go unnoticed, but the vice leader spotted him immediately.
The vice leader waved, "Hey, kid," and started walking toward him.
Jules bowed, "Good morning, Bhai."
