Glitch continued to follow one illusion after another. He noticed these illusions were leading him toward the sides of the outer region, into a still-developing area filled with homeless people.
As he walked near this area, he felt many eyes on him. He looked around in confusion but noticed many slaves lying along the roadside, all in similar uniforms.
He saw this same uniform on many workers along the way. It hit him that these slaves were working here alongside the other human workers.
The leader of this construction site must be one of those noblemen. He stood on the road, waiting for the next illusion to appear, but at that moment, he heard a whisper in his ear, "Act normal and walk into the half-demolished house."
The slave who whispered to him walked past him, heading toward his fellow slaves with some food in hand.
