Even with this, Whitney wants to work with any company apart from her family's.

Having graduated in the marketing field, Whitney joins the largest business empire in the entire country V - Vista Grande Empire.

After many weeks of restlessness and being on edge, Whitney was given the position of a marketing director of the Vista Grande Empire.

Karris Grande the only heir to the Vista Grande Empire is an arrogant and prideful person. He has a savage look with his ginger red hair, cold marinate eyes, pointed nose and a fair skin too perfect for a man, lashes so thick that makes girls and even ladies jealous.

He was the CEO of the empire with his father Mr. Grande as the chairman. Karris has always been the best brains of the empire and has always been trying to please his father .

Whitney's POV

It's been weeks since I applied for this job and finally I've been given the position. I couldn't have imagined what would have happened to me if I had lost this opportunity. My father has been trying to convince me to come work for him but no I can't do that. I don't want special treatment I just want to work like any worker, why won't he just understand that.

Am to start working on Monday and I don't know what to wear. Gosh! I need to look professional.

Omniscient POV

Whitney has been going about looking for a dress to look professional, finally she settled for a red colored jacket with a black inner crop top, the same colored high waist leather shorts with a black classic over knee boots and nets. She hurriedly combed her hair and run downstairs to have breakfast. She ate like the devil was after her and made her way to her white colored Mercedes Benz.

Minutes later she drove into the grande parking lot of the empire. She descended the car with a pair of leg after the other. Heads turned her way as she cat walked to the main entrance. Men stared wide eyed and ladies stared jealous of such a heavenly beauty. Murmurs filled the once quiet atmosphere as people began to ask who she was and what she was doing there. It wasn't rare to see such beauties but hers was so heavenly they couldn't detach their eyes from her.

Whitney's POV

When I entered the building I could feel a lot of eyes boring holes to my back . What is wrong with these people don't they have work to attend to? I walked to the receptionist asking her for the direction to the CEO's office and I was glad she was kind enough to answer me. As I headed towards the elevator, I kept thinking of my life here and the benefits I'll derive from working here. When I reached the CEO's floor I saw two equally large offices and decided to knock on the one with a desk opposite it. After several knocks I received no reply and just barged in, only to meet eye to eye with the CEO in all his glory and some other workers who looked new. He scanned me from head to toe with a sharp cold eyes and I couldn't help but shudder. Gosh! his eyes were so cold I thought I was in Greenland. I hurried to take a place beside the other workers. After a lengthy scolding from the boss we were directed to our area of work . I was directed to a desk outside the CEO's office. Wasn't I a marketing director? So what was I doing here? Is this the office of the marketing director in this company? But I thought marketing director's get their own offices, even in my dad's company they have so what's wrong here? Do they not know the position I applied for?
