I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease as I went about my day. There was a new Alpha in town, one who was desperately searching for his missing children. I had heard rumors of his arrival, but I hadn't expected to feel a pang of worry. After all, our pack's children were also missing, and we had yet to find any leads.
But it wasn't just the fact that our pack's children were missing that bothered me. It was the memory of Rohan's kiss, the way my heart had raced when our lips touched. I had tried to brush it off as a moment of weakness, but deep down, I knew it was more than that. I had felt a connection with Rohan, a spark that I couldn't ignore.
And now, with this new Alpha, Helios, joining forces with Rohan to find their children, I couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation. What did it mean for our pack? For our children? Would we be able to find them before it was too late?
