As a multireligious nation, the United States of Aurous could be described as having reached the pinnacle of freedom. Their newly established government did not hinder the entry of large religious institutions, yet they imposed strict control over smaller churches, levying exorbitant taxes.
This policy resulted in the United States of Aurous becoming fertile ground for the development of large religious institutions. The Church of the Three Fate, Church of Wisdom, Church of the Judgment God, and other such establishments built numerous churches within the nation, creating a complicated and intricate situation which was the exact opposite of that in the Romanov Kingdom, and successfully avoided war.
It was also a minor reason why Marvin did not choose the United States of Aurous as a place to settle.
