Lu Han had never visited Hua City Central Hospital before, but he knew the location and, without needing Tang Su to guide him, his strong sense of direction led them to the hospital.
At the Central Hospital, staff and family members' vehicles were recorded and entered into the access system at the entrance of the staff dormitories, but Lu Han's car wasn't.
As they approached the entrance, Tang Su rolled down the passenger window and greeted the guard proactively, "Uncle Deng, it's me."
"Oh, Su Su's back? Is this Comrade Xiaoye's new car?" The on-duty guard popped his head out of the security booth, greeted Tang Su cheerfully, and manually allowed them through.
"No, he's an honored guest invited by my parents," Tang Su explained.
"Oh, I see. Early this morning I saw your parents together heading to the market to buy groceries. Usually, it's just your dad doing such hard labor. Hurry on in then; they must be waiting for you."
