"Ray..."
A voice that I remember, the deep voice...filled with hatred towards evil...
"Ray.... You should destroy..... every evil being."
I was watching the flames go higher and higher as I listened to that voice... Such hatred was acceptable....
"Man... These duo are great, huh?"
I broke out from the stones that covered my whole body.
"Ray! Are you alright!" said Kurt.
"I am fine, Kurt. Don't worry I will win this..." I said.
"Ray?"
I ignored him and turned towards the duo as I started moving forward in their direction while smiling a little bit.
"This is getting interesting, you know..." I smirked.
I rushed quickly towards Elena's mother, and before she could do anything, I slashed her and she was hit by the stone walls at a distance.
"This is the repay, haha. Justice will never fall down!"
Elena's father gave a powerful sidekick but I blocked it. The kick was strong as hell as I expected.
"But it's not enough!" I smirked.
Thanks to the voice that suddenly gave me the motivation, courage and bravery. That hatred never gets old afterall.
I grabbed his foot and I rotated myself at one point to throw him. When I did, he was also got hit by the walls and the some boulders fall on him.
"Did you like that?" I said.
Elena's mother stood up while in pain, however she was able to ignore that pain in no time thanks to the drugs she got.
"Heh, the drugs sure gives insane strength... I would have taken that drug too if it hadn't any side effects from small to large. Kurt, call them now..."
"U-Understood!"
He called two hellhounds and ordered them to knock out the duo. The man also stood up after breaking the boulders. Both of them were ready to fight with a lots of energy and strength flowing through their veins.
Both hellhounds used the flamethrower towards the duo. The duo made their weapons touch each other and set the spear in upwards direction making the arrow like structure and used the magic energy and combined it to enhance their strength. A dark blue sphere has appeared and they threw it towards the incoming attacks.
The sphere collided with flames and nullified the flamethrower as it rushed towards the monsters. The sphere exploded, expanding the powerful magic attack that was stored in the sphere and both monsters were badly injured by it.
"N-No way! I thought these monsters can atleast counter their attacks!" said Kurt.
"Thanks for your help Kurt but I am ready now."
I was gathering the powerful flame balland made a huge powerful flame sphere with so much energy.
"I believe you won't die with this attack due to high level of defence however, it is enough to knock you out! Who am I even talking to? You both don't seem to be in conscious state, nevermind just take this!"
I threw the sphere towards them with insane speed as to not give any chance for escaping from my attack. The duo got hit by the sphere and huge explosion occurred. When the smoke disappeared I saw them lying on the ground with heavy injuries.
"Atleast, they will not die so easily."
"What are you saying! We need to help them and let Elena healed them!" said Kurt with concern.
It was true if the duo get left behind them they would die however, it would have taken some time. Basically, we had enough time so there was no need to worry too much. However, we still carried them on our backs and hurriedly started moving towards the direction of village. We should never waste any time to avoid getting unexpected turn of events after all.
After some time, we arrived at Kraken village.
"Ah! You came- Oh no!" Chloe looked surprised when she looked at the injured duo.
I ignored Chloe and immediately called Elena.
"Elena, heal them please. These two came to Mystic Gorg Abyss and they are also the victims of the drugs."
"They are!"
Elena rushed towards them and took their heads on her laps. She used her healing abilities on them.
"Mom! Dad! I never wanted this to happen...I will heal you both... Just wait for a while!"
So they were really her parents.
"Here are the ingredients, now make the anti-drugs or whatever. Don't mess up or else..." I said while looking at Anti-Libra members.
"We will! Please give us some time!"
"Sure, but do it fast..." I said.
After few minutes later, the medicine was ready to be served. We gave the medicine to the victims of the drugs and made them swallow the medicine. In 5 minutes, everyone came back to normal. We locked Anti-Libra members in the storehouse and decided to take them with us after we successfully complete our quest.
"Elena? Is that you? My daughter..." said Elena's mother.
"Mom!"
She hugged her mother while explaining the situation and then she started crying.
"I am sorry for making you worry Elena...sob..."
"Thank you everyone, thank you for saving us all..." said Elena's father as he bowed.
"Hey, no need to bow down. As a Guildmaster, it's my duty to protect you guys and you guys should say thanks to Elena the most as she was the one did a great job."
"Even though it's true but I believe that everyone worked hard to protect us. I humbly thank you for your help."
"Uh..okay.." I awkwardly smiled.
"Are you the mayor of this village?" asked Chloe.
"That is correct, I am. I want to repay you for what you have done for this village. Though we don't have much money but we can try to give something else in return." said Mayor.
"No, we don't need anything like money but you know..."
"If you want to discuss the matter in my house then I invite all of you." He seemed to understand what Chloe wanted to say.
"Thanks, we would appreciate it." said Ryuji.
We had helped the villager with some repairs as a way to apologise to them for this mess. They told us that they will do the repair work themselves and they didn't seemed offended rather they were grateful for what we did for them, but we still helped them to wrap it up quickly.
"Thanks for helping us in this work as well, we really appreciate your help. Please stay here as we will prepare dinner for you guys and let you stay here to rest. I believe you guys must be tired and need some help so, I will listen and try to help you if it's within my limits." said Mayor.
"Thank you, we would appreciate it." said Voila.

Part 2- It was dinner time and everyone was ready to eat-
We were invited to mayor's house for the dinner as well as for trying to gain some information on White Tear. Elena's parents were also present here.
"Woah, the food looks delicious!" said Ray.
"I hope you all like this, we made it with natural ingredients."
"Crunch... Wow, it's crispy!" said Ray.
He was eating the crunchy fried meat. I also took a bite, not the meat but instead it was one of the veg food. I prefer to eat veg meals after all. I eat non-veg only when I don't have any other options to eat.
"....It's really delicious..." I said.
"I know right, please don't hesitate at all. Eat all you want, this is our way of thanking you all for what you did for our village."
Ray was eating as if he never got any chance to eat something good but he was the one who had exhausted so much energy when he fought with Elena's parents to save them. I smiled while watching over the happy crowd. I also enjoyed eating the foods available.
"Isn't it good Chloe." said Elena with a gentle smile.
"Yes, it is." I replied back.
"Elena, you have grown now. I am glad you have changed yourself and improved so much since last time."
"Mom..."
"Yeah she is changed thanks to that young man named Orion. I still remember how he helped our village from bandits and took Elena with him to train her and give her independent skills." Elena's father spoke.
"Yes that's right. So, where is Orion, Elena? He is not here?" said her mother.
"Uh, he is on his own duty right now... And why did you revealed it! I wanted to hide it..." She spoke while blushing as if she didn't wanted them to reveal.
"You are still shy but there is no need for hiding anything I think, you have such good comrades and friends. You can rely on them and express yourself." said Elena's father.
I felt a little bad for Elena but I don't think it's a big deal. I had also wanted her to express her feelings even more so that we could understand each other.
"Ms...uh"
"You can call me Riley and you can call my husband Mr. Joseph, so, what is it?"
"Actually, could you tell me more about Orion?" Ray asked.
"Hmm, well... alright then."
Ray was looking serious for some reason, it was as though he had been wanting to know some particular information.
"Oh! So it's about Orion. Interesting, listen it carefully Chloe!"
She looked at me as though something seemed funny but I ignored her and focused on what Mrs. Riley had to say.
"It was few years ago, when Elena shut herself in her room because her experiences and interactions with villagers or outsiders. We had been living our casual life as usual. However, one day, a group bandits came to the village and started raiding on our village for loots and kidnapping the girls to sell them in foreign Kingdoms secretly for profits."
"....."
Everyone listened silently as she started telling what happened.

Part 3
As my mother started to tell about what happened, I had started to repeat those events in my mind.
A few years ago-
"Elena, do you want to go with us for hunting some monsters?"
A voice came from the other side of the door.
"No I don't want to..." I said with a low voice.
"Okay, but please eat your breakfast. It is on the table, so do forget it dear. Alright, I am going with your father. Take care." she said and left.
I peeked through my window as my parents were headed towards the nearby wasteland, where people usually go hunting for strong monsters for some practicing. My parents are Expert Duo. They won so many tournaments in Duo Team. They were rewarded with best duo partners, both in terms of relationship and battle skills. They also defend the village from monsters.
"Why is it, that I don't have any good skills just like my parents? Why is it that I can't do anything at all?". I thought while looking at my palms.
My belly started rumbling as if it wanted some food. I went to the dining table and started eating my breakfast as I was watching the scenery of beautiful flowers through my window.
"These flowers always looks lively as if it grew a little while ago." I muttered.
"Can I also grow and become independent while showing my parents to make them feel proud?". I thought while eating.
"Heh, what a silly question....I cannot do anything at all..." I said while laughing at my own useless questions.
"I am just a burden, everyone also says that too...".
I finished my breakfast and returned to my room. I had not any work to do since I already did it before breakfast and so I was preparing to sleep again. It's not like wanted to but there was nothing else to do except for going outside, however, I wanted to stay in the room. I slept quickly.
"....B....a...its.....som....eone....hel."
When I woke up while half asleep, I heard some voices outside. I peeked outside and saw-
"W-What is happening here!" I said with a loud voice.
The whole area of village was covered by flames and everyone were running here and there to protect themselves.
