Chapter 26 - House With No Mirrors

* Long Chapter Alert!

[KIYOMI]

"I'll kill her," Kiyomi said when she woke up. Her mind was filled with Sakura fucking orgasms out of her more than she thought was possible. She had been expecting to wake up with a hurting groin, but she was surprised when her body was normal.

She could have assumed it was all in her head, but the fact that she could see Otaru standing in the distance, while Sakura was watching her intently with a smile on her face, was enough for Kiyomi to know that this wasn't just something that she had dreamt of.. Thankfully.

"What. Did. You. Do to me?!" Kiyomi asked as she got up and fisted Sakura's shirt like it was supposed to make the psycho scared of her. It was a nice attempt really but even Kiyomi knew that the fates wouldn't be as kind either way.

"I gave you a good time. You seemed stressed with the events of the past few days and the orgasms I got out of you were proof of how worked up you were. Look at you now, glowing so beautifully petal, even if you're glowing with hate for me.

"Y'know Otaru tried to stop me but I wanted to give you the best experience. So, tell me, did you like my tongue in your cunt or my fingers?" Sakura asked excitedly if you could see the glow in her eyes.

Kiyomi wasn't sure if this was the time to play games with Sakura, but the longer she stared into Sakura's addictive eyes the more she realized this psycho was dead serious about her question.

Oh, this woman was insane. It was the only other response to the madness that lingered wherever she was. How the hell was she even supposed to make all of this make any sense to anyone?

"You're crazy, you know that, right?" Kiyomi sighed as she freed Sakura from herself. As much as she wanted to stay here and bicker with Sakura Watanabe, she had a friend to look out for and to make sure that things were alright with her.

"You're deflecting… So, was it my tongue that got you off well or was it my fingers? I could try again if you want to be sure?" Sakura said and Kiyomi glared at Sakura intently. This couldn't be what she was reduced to after all the times she tried to survive.

What part of the word was this that she didn't even have to breathe right before Sakura Watanabe was in her face with memories that she wanted to not think of at the moment? Kiyomi knew Sakura affected her in ways that she wouldn't say just yet.

She knew the woman had not just forced her to comply but that somewhere along the way, she had stopped fighting and let her have her way with her body. It was something that Kiyomi would forever remain ashamed of, but also the one thing that she refused to engage Sakura in.

This woman was a sicko and encouraged her to end up being the craziest of everything out there. That was too hefty a source for anyone to pay, even Kiyomi.

"Where is Elif?" Kiyomi asked ignoring her erasthais' demand for impossible answers.

Maybe Sakura was losing her mind because there was no way that this woman who was staring at her with a smile was also the same bastard that had kidnapped her and abandoned her in that hellhole with the Russians, right?

This woman had caused her life too much peace that Kiyomi was more than willing to fuck her up, but what if instead of messing Sakura up, she needed to be under Sakura, writing in pleasure like she had been in Sakura's chambers?

"You're reminiscing… So, it was both of them, hmm? I'll keep that in mind. Anyway, Otaru will take you to the room where Elif is. I don't know what you hope to achieve by letting the human in your life but now that I can only ever protect you, and not the people around you, Petal.

"You're the only important thing in my life, at least at the moment, and if Elif is a risk to that, I will eliminate her myself. So, decide on what you want with her, before I make the decision for you," Sakura said as she got up to leave.

She had been watching over Kiyomi for the past two days, and had been having her way with the woman in the process too. Maybe that had been a lot of time, but then if had been in Yena for that time too, there was nothing that she could do about it even if she wanted to.

Her friend had been unconscious for that long, and she was about to wake up, on Sakura Watanabe's command, which the doctors would always follow. And Kiyomi had to deal with that too.

"You say I'm important to you and yet you're so cruel to me, Saki," Kiyomi mumbled slowly, right as Sakura opened the door.

Otaru, who had been in the room, looked at Sakura and then at Kiyomi who was now seated on the bed, almost like she was inviting Sakura over for a conversation. It was confusing and meeting at the same time, but what else could Otaru make of this?

"I think you need to work this out, Sakura. I'll take care of Elif," Otaru said and the Lycan queen just nodded as Otaru walked out, before she walked back into the room. The mad woman wasn't sure if she had heard Kiyomi well or if this was just another ploy.

"What did you say?" Sakura asked, her tone soft and earnest as she stared at the women on the bed. She hadn't expected Kiyomi to say anything really and now that the woman jihad, she was very interested.

"You have a kingdom to run. Don't let one rogue Lycan you despise ruin that for you and your Russians. Who knows, you can tell the Bogdan Lycans I'm over here if they still want to take me out," Kiyomi said, her tone stiff and unmoved.

She was slowly getting sick of the back and forth that involved Elif. She had promised to protect her best friend and yet each day she was raising that everything would always be dependent on Sakura Watanabe.

The Bogdan Lycans probably already knew that Kiyomi was best friends with Elif and were on their way to find the weakest link that Kiyomi had so they could cripple her.

Funny how that was all she had left when the Lycan queen was promising to help her safe and not the woman she had always wanted to keep safe.

"Careful, Petal. I doubt you want a blood bath here," Sakura reminded and Kiyomi just sighed.

If she was going to lose Elif, then she could as well let everything go, right? Besides what was life without the one person who had taken care of her when the world had shunned her?

"It won't be the first one for you anyway. Get on with it then," Kiyomi said, only for Sakura to move closer and sit beside Kiyomi on the bed despite knowing that there was a chance that Kiyomi would throw a fit again.

"Is she that important to you, petal?" Sakura asked earnestly, almost like this was the first time she had seen Kiyomi truly upset. She had seen the chaotic Kiyomi, the unhinged Kiyomi, and in all those times, Kiyomi had always wanted her dead.

That was something that Sakura had considered their love language, and she wasn't even bothered by the threats that came from her erasthai. However, seated here this was the first time that she was seeing her this kind of upset.

"It doesn't matter what I say. Your decision is final, isn't it? Besides, aren't you the queen? Why would you ask me what I think lie you would care anyway?" Kiomi asked, her shoulder slumped as she looked at the wall in front of her.

Everything was so confusing for her and she wasn't sure what the hell she needed to do anymore to make it all better, but the fact that Elif was in possible danger too was something that broke her heart.

"I care what you think. I just… With everything she has seen, I figured she would want to blame you for what she went through. And to avoid hurting you—"

"You wanted her to hate you for coming between us," Kiyomi concluded as she turned to look at the psycho queen.

"Well, if you put it like that it makes more sense than it did in my head,'' Sakura admitted softly, her voice tugging at Kiyomi's heartstrings for the first time since they had realized they were doomed and bound by a damned contract.

This wasn't what Kiyomi had expected, and she was having a hard time processing the fact that Sakura Watanabe actually cared about what would happen to her. The woman was complex but this was the first layer she had truly shed beside Kiyomi.

"I'd rather have both of you hate me, than have her look at you with empty eyes devoid of the affection you hold of each other. Maybe I was just overthinking, but like I said, I care about what you want, petals.

"If you don't want me to do this, you can let me know. And if not, I will do it to protect you, even if it makes me the monster in both of your stories. I don't care about what anyone thinks of me. I only care for what is important to you," Sakura added earnestly.

"You're crazy," Kiyomi said.

"Is that a yes?"

"No. Don't sacrifice yourself for my friendship with Elif. She is upset, but she will come around eventually."

"Friendship?"

"Yeah… wait you thought… oh goodness, that's gross."

"If it's just friendship, I can work with that. I can fix that mess. I'll see you later, Petal… Just friends," Sakura said excitedly as she kissed Kiyomi's forehead, before she rushed out of the room, leaving Kiyomi confused as hell.

Was the queen jealous by any chance?
