[KIYOMI]
"She killed a hundred of my men," Bazyli said defiantly.
"Which one? The feisty cat behind my petal, or my petal? I'm having a hard time believing that you, the leader of the Ivanov mob, were bested by a girl who hasn't eaten in over seventy-two hours.
"You must have weak men or you lot are just stupid, don't you think, Bazyli?" Sakura asked and Kiyomi looked at the woman like she had gone a little bonkers; it was the only other explanation she could think of at the moment.
This psycho had left her alone out there and now she was with her before Kiyomi could even catch a breath. You would think that the queen was obsessed with her, but what if that was the case? What would Kiyomi do about it then?
"What the hell do you think you're doing?" Kiyomi seethed as she looked at Sakura who was nonchalantly smiling at her like the sun was high up and Kiyomi's word hadn't already crashed because of her.
Elif looked at the Lycan queen, the power the woman was doing enough to let her know who was who, and the anger in Kiyomi's voice a confirmation of the possible crazies this woman carried along.
She had never thought she would see this woman right here, after all the crazies Kiyomi had told her about the woman and if she was being hornets, Elif had expected the devil to reincarnate to be the queen.
The woman before them looked like any other woman she could meet on the streets, and if Bazyli's squirming hand told Elif of how powerful the woman was, Elif would have simply assumed that she was here to run her mouth.
However, even that realization was not enough to keep Elif's mouth shut, because she looked like she had suddenly remembered the kind of hell the woman had put her Kiki through and frankly, she wasn't about to let Sakura go free.
"Elif, no," Kiyomi said when she realized what her best friend was about to do. She knew Sakura Watanabe loved challenges and if Elif spoke, she would just be another challenge for the psycho and Sakura probably would ruin her life.
It was already bad enough that Kiyomi had been forced into a contract with the psycho. She didn't want her best friend to go through the same because Sakura Watanabe was the kind of devil that even the devil had long left hell for.
"So… It's you, huh? The woman is ballsy enough to ruin lives and have fun while at it, yeah?" Elif asked, the spite in her voice amusing Kiyomi. Hell, even Bazyli who had come to cause chaos had taken a step back from the couch he had sat on.
He had seen Sakura Watanabe in action and this woman scared the living daylights out of him. Maybe that was also why Bazyli had always wanted to be her ally, because there was no life if he made an enemy of Sakura Watanabe.
"Elif… Please don't," Kiyomi begged her friend but Elif was raging. She was daring the Lycan queen, eyeing her up and down to see what was so unique about the woman who ruined so many lives.
Elif was mad that her best friend had had to lose everything in a span of days because this psycho here couldn't keep her pets in control; and the fact that she had also lost colleagues because of Sakura was insane too.
Oh, but there was an underlying hatred for Sakura Watanabe in Elif's voice, anyone would think that Elif was a victim of Sakura's cruelty. Perhaps that was what life was like for people like her and Kiyomi. Or was this her trying to get a quick pass into hell?
"I see you've been talking about me, petal," Sakura said with a smile as she looked at Kiyomi, her eyes softening for a split second before she turned to Elif, her eyes hardening at the sight of the human.
"You're not that interesting, Saki," Kiyomi said angrily before she realized what she had just called the mad woman. Oh, she was a dead woman this time. When the hell had she decided to give the psycho a new name?
"Saki?" the queen chuckled as she looked at Kiyomi's red face. It was obvious the woman was scared of her and Sakura loved that. But right now, there were other important matters for her, like the way Kiyomi had sounded that 'Saki'.
"What do you want? Bazyli and I were talking when you walked in. Didn't nobody teach you basic mannerisms, or you like barging in where you are not wanted, huh? Then again, I can't blame you since you enjoy forcing people to do your dirty work.
"You should get your head checked if you want to interact with people, Sakura," Kiyomi said defiantly as she glared at the queen who was simply watching her like the good doctor was the prettiest flower in the room.
Perhaps Sakura Watanabe was truly unhinged and wanted to fuck things up, or maybe, just maybe, this time she had come to Elif's house because she wanted to save Kiyomi from Bazyli. But was that it really?
"I like it," Sakura said earnestly as she sat on one of the spare couches, while Bazyli's men watched in wonder, given they didn't know what the fuck they needed to do, now that the craziest woman in Odanera city had finally made their acquaintance.
"Huh?" Kiyomi asked.
"I like the name you gave me," Sakura said and Bazyli sighed.
"Listen here, 'Saki'. We didn't come here to have your little show or whatever. This woman killed our friends and we are here to do the same to her. Tit for tat is a fair game and you should already know that,'' one of Bazyli's men said and Sakura growled.
Kiyomi stared at the man who had spoken before she looked at Bazyli as if to tell the man that they could do this some other time, if they wanted to leave with their bodies intact, or even their lives, for that matter.
'Go! Take them and go!' Kiyomi mouthed and Bazyli smirked at her, as he folded his leg as if to tell Kiyomi that he was not going anywhere until they were done. This was a terrible idea, but they were adamant.
Kiomi looked at Elif who had taken a step back when the yen had growled. She had read the stories and learned the myths but hearing an animalistic growl like that, got her moving to the farthest end of the room.
This was definitely not her scene today.
"Take that back," Sakura casually said to the man who had just spoken to her.
"Take what back?" The man responded arrogantly and Kiyomi face-palmed.
"You called me 'Saki'… Take that back," Sakura clarified.
"You fucking serious right now?"
"I am."
"I won't."
"C'mon dude, take it back, it's whatever," Kiyomi said as she reached him, hoping to reason with the goon, but then the man pushed her roughly to the ground, making Kiyomi stumble and hit her arm on the table that was close.
"Fucking hell," Kiyomi cursed when she saw her arm bleeding, and before she could even say something else to the man, he was dangling in the air, screaming, as his body slowly got wrapped in hot metallic fluid.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" the man asked and Kiyomi watched in defeat because she knew what was bound. The only thing she could do now was pray for the man's soul, given he had defined the psycho.
"You seriously can't kill a man because he called you 'Saki'," Kiyomi tried to reason with Sakura.
"I wasn't going to kill him for that. I was simply going to break his voice box and render him mute for the rest of his life, because only you can call me 'Saki'… I like it when you call me that," Sakura said and Kiyomi stared like she was waiting for more information.
"I am killing him because he dared to touch and hurt you, petal. No one hurts you, and lives, my beautiful flower," Sakura said before she dropped the fully wrapped body on the floor, before blasting it to ashes.
"See, you're safe now… right, Bazyli?" Sakura asked and Bazyli nodded insistently.
"Gods help us all," Elif said as she fell unconscious.
"Are you happy now, Saki?" Kiyomi asked angrily.
"Never been happier," Sakura said as she walked over to Kiyomi, kissed her forehead, and stepped out like she didn't just cause more chaos.
