When Logan woke up, he found himself lying down in the backseat of a moving car. His eyes struggled to adjust to the dim light filtering through the windows, and he panicked.
He tried to sit up, only to realize this his hands were tied. Logan's panic intensified as he looked down to see that his legs were also tied. His heart pounded in his chest when he noticed his bag, containing all his weapons, was missing. Betrayal and fear surged through him.
Breathing heavily, he struggled against the restraints but the he paused and glanced towards the front seat to see Aisha driving fully focused on the road.
"What the hell is this?" Logan demanded, his voice cold and filled with anger.
Hearing his angry voice, Aisha glanced back. "You are awake." She said and then shifted her attention back to road. "I had to get you out of there. You were…dying."
