Mr.Nakayama would open his eyes, he would see Jun sitting next to him in an ambulance.
"Jun?" Mr.Nakayama said, Jun turned over to him and immediately wrapped her arms around him.
"OH DAD! I'm so glad your safe!" Jun said
"Wh-...ugh! Where is Brandon?" Mr.Nakayama asked
"Huh? Oh you mean the weird guy with the long hair. Yea he went after Kibe, but...neither of them came back after they went looking for you." Jun said
"What? Agh!" Mr.Nakayama grunted as he sat up. Jun grabbed his shoulder.
"The doctors said the bullet went clean through your shoulder, so you'll be alright. But you need to be careful anyway, don't get up too fast." Jun said
"What about Alice?" Mr.Nakayama asked
"The SAT came in and got her. She's in custody now." Jun said
"What about the other one? Mr.Nakayama asked
"Other one?" Jun asked confused, then Mr.Nakayama just waved it away.
"You should call your mother and let her know your alright. She was worried." Mr.Nakayama said as Jun nodded and left the ambulance. Mr.Nakayama watched her for a moment before he then laid back. His mind spinning from everything. His eyes were relaxed yet he could feel his heart racing. Hundreds of thoughts crossing his mind.
Someplace else, in a remote location. Kibe and Brandon would be tied up with bags on their heads, they were both in chairs back to back. Kibe was silent as Brandon was just mumbling to himself. Sounded like he was counting.
The place they were in was dark, nearly pitch black besides one light that seemed to go off and on. It was red. Illuminating the room in the same hue. Kibe's eyes opened. He had been thinking to himself too.
"So. This is Bo. A sort of hunter, a guy who knows how to catch his prey and trap them. I sure do attract too much attention.
I'll need a plan to lessen that." Kibe thought
"Psst, hey psst Kibe." Brandon whispered
"Why are you whispering, we're alone?" Kibe asked
"Because it's cool, duh. Have you never been a kid before." Brandon said with an annoyed tone.
"Of course. Just not a stupid one. Now be quite. I need to think." Kibe said
"Think of what? Do you think you can get us out of here?" Brandon asked
"I have that in mind, among other things." Kibe said
"Good. We'll need some of that brain juice, cause I think I overhead those guys talking about making Swiss cheese out of us." Brandon said
"So." Kibe said
"So; I like my body without holes in it. How am I supposed to eat my favorite fruits if it doesn't stay in my tummy?" Brandon said a bit pissed, Kibe shook his head dismissively. Thats when the two would hear the feedback of a mic.
"Hello there, this is your host speaking. Welcome! To my little two round test!
You see boys." Bo said as he kicked his feet up onto a table. He was sitting in a room with four other guys in there. All armed with weapons.
"I'm a man of principle and rules. I like to do things so I can get the most out of what I like.
Can you guess what I like to do?" Bo asked
"..."
"Stuffing large round objects up your ass? I heard thats in this year." Brandon said
"Heheh, thats a good one.
I'm a hunter.
Which means I like to catch things, but I have a specific taste for these things. I like my prey to be at their possible best. At their prime.
Otherwise I'm just hunting squirrels or some dumb shit like that. Now I hope that with these two test of mine, you'll be on your toes from now on. Showing me your best and true potential." Bo said
"Seems this psycho wants to fight us in a fair fight. Whatever fair means to him of course." Brandon whispered
"Theres nothing fair about this." Kibe replied, Brandon nodded.
"So if you two pass my test, then I'll let you go. However, fail, and well-
Let's just say I'll be getting my prey earlier than expected. So how's about we cut this crap and get right to the bone of this shit huh?" Bo said. Thats when the red blinking light would then stay permanently. The cuffs they were in would automatically open. Kibe and Brandon took off the cuffs and the bags over their heads. Both of them looked at each other and then to the red light. Underneath it was a steel door with bars on a window to look through. Kibe walked over to it while Brandon stretched.
"Wowza, its been a while since I got abducted into a weird freaky game show." Brandon said as Kibe went to the door and looked through the barred window. He looked through it and saw a man sitting in a chair. He was wearing a black and white suit. A light behind the two of them would turn on. They saw black gym clothes with white stripes on the right arm and left pants leg.
"Put those on." Bo said
"What are we dolls?" Brandon said
"Until we get out. This is his dollhouse, and he's choosing how we'll play." Kibe said, the two of them walked over and changed into the gym clothes. That's when the mic feedback would kick in. Kibe turned to look at the door while Brandon was loving his new outfit.
"Now, let me tell you how this first game is going to work.
This Test is...
Killer Alert
Killer Alert is about where two people go into a room where one senior and expert inspector/detective is present. The goal is simple, don't get caught. The two people are trying their best not to be suspected as being a killer to the inspector/detective.
Both parties will be given a card. They all will not know this though. One card is a killer card, the other is a innocent card.
The Killer card, the killer card allows the killer to dimiss any accusations that the inspector may pin on them and pin it on the other person.
The innocent card, the innocent card does the exact same thing as the killer card.
The test ends when the killer is pointed out or when the inspector fails to guess who is who." Bo said
"Cool, so it's like a liar's game. I like the sound of that." Brandon said
"..." Kibe looked at the doorway and then saw it open.
"You don't seem all that concerned about our situation. You been to many dark places before?" Brandon asked while inching closer to Kibe. Kibe's eyes looked to him. Still unchanged and still showing no reaction.
"Do you think that you're going insane? That your about to pop like a ballon?
Makes me curious of you. Ever since I saw you, you gave me this energy...this aura of aliennss, no. Otherness. You have this thing about you that I can't come to terms with.
Something that calls. Yet I don't think I should answer, what do you think?" Brandon asked
"I think, you should leave the psychiatrics to doctor Nin.
Now let's go. If we want to escape we'll have to escape." Kibe said, the two began to walk forward.
"He won't let us go you know." Brandon said
"I'm figuring that part out. You just need to keep being yourself." Kibe said. The two then walked inside the next room with the other man; inside they both saw two boxes on a table. Kibe and Brandon looked at them. They both opened one box. Each one having a black card and not showing it to them. Brandon then looked at the box and bent over giving it a whiff. The scent smelled of leather and tough fabric. Yet it was overwhelming.
Brandon would be transported to a dark place, there he could see multiple silhouettes. He counted them in his head before he was brought back to reality.
"Around several armed men are in here with us. The scent from the box...its too much for one person." Brandon whispered. Kibe looked to him and then to the man. They both then walked up to him.
"So, would it be too much to ask you which one of you is the killer?" Asked the Inspector.
"Yes." Kibe said
"Alright then. I use to be as Investigator, a damn good one too. I will found out which one of you is the killer. I will get my freedom." Said the Investigator. Kibe and Brandon side eyed one another before facing him. The inspector circled the two looking at each of them.
"A slouched posture, ragged hair, and a lack of sleep from what it seems. It would appear you may deal with some sort of mental illness, something along with insomnia and probably some sorts of schizophrenia." Said the inspector
"Am I being psychoanalyzed?" Brandon asked
"Yes you are." Said the inspector
"Ah how lovely. Next we'll be doing each other's hair." Brandon said
"Childish attitude, a sign of trauma." Said the inspector, Brandon looked at him.
"It would be in my best intrest to see you die here Mr.Wright. unfortunately...
Mr.Nakayama has made you my subconscious, responsibility." Kibe thought as he then looked at Brandon and then to the inspector who stood in front of him.
"So, whats your story?" He asked, Kibe just looked at him.
"My story isn't going to help you find anything.
I'm a fairly ordinary person. Nothing too interesting about me." Kibe said
"Yet here you are. Why is that?" Asked the inspector
"Why do killers kill? Why do kidnappers kidnap?
All because of the one feeling, because they can." Kibe said
"This is supposed to help you?" Asked the inspector
"I'm telling you that I'm here because Bo is a lunatic, classic psychopath. He has fantasies of gander and grandioseness. Hes looking for the ultimate hunt, someone to make him feel like he hasn't been wasting his life away hunting sheep.
Though he fails to realize that when you go looking for trouble; it very much is always more than you bargain for." Kibe said, Bo was listening to the audio. His feet up as he played with his hunting knife. His eyes focused on it as he heard those words. Bo couldn't deny them, yet he wouldn't accept them either. He continued to listen.
"So why are you the inspector? Why can't I be the inspector? You better than me or something?" Brandon asked
"I'm not. Just the position." The inspector said
"But why? Your grass can't be that much greener than ours. Besides you are here with us." Brandon said
"...I'm...not saying that. Nor should you be questioning me on my stance." Said the inspector
"Uh oh. Weewoo weewoo, killer alert, killer alert. It seems without even having the card, we can all tell who that killer is." Brandon said
"If your trying to make a case for yourself to be innocent your failing at it. Which is why I'm going to, pick you. I think your the killer." Said the inspector looking to Kibe next.
"I use my card to dimiss that as evidence against me." Kibe said
"The-"
"And before you say anything stupid, both the killer and the innocent card do the same thing." Kibe said
"What kind of evidence are you dismissing anyway? I haven't said anything yet." Said the inspector
"And neither have I, which brings my conclusion to, my silence. You believe because I'm quite and dimissive. Must make me the killer.
Well it doesn't, otherwise all introverts and anti-socialist would be put into a padded cell.
Which is why I will use my card to dimiss this." Kibe said, the inspector looked at him and curled his hand into a fist. He then looked at Brandon who shrugged with a smirk.
"Guess its you and me old timer. I hope you don't mind. But I have a feeling we'll make for great friends you and me." Brandon smiled, but the inspector was tired of these games these two were playing. He backed away, the stress getting to him. Her put his hands in hair. His eyes were shaking.
"How the fuck can you two live with this?! You realize that winning will get me killed?" Said inspector, his hands were trembling, somehow Brandon just being himself made himself too likely to be one and Kibe being who he was did the same. Both of them could be perfect killers. Yet somehow were manipulating the situation so that the inspector would not be able to tell the innocent from the guilty. Or supposed guilty.
The inspector sat down aginst the wall. In all his years, never had he been confronted with such acting, such deception or evasiveness. He had seen killers who could be putting on a act on a play, and still be caught by him. Yet he couldn't get a lick of a read on the two men in front of him. Brandon looked at the guy and tilted his head while Kibe was ever motionless. He hands behind his back. He seemed totally cool, calm and unfazed as usual.
"I'm going to go have a word with him. You don't mind do you?" Brandon asked, Kibe simply looked to him and he then went back to looking forward. Brandon smirked for a moment and then walked over. He sat next to the inspector. The two got to talking with one another. Kibe just watching. That's when he heard voices enter his mind, old memories.
"2-14-17-1-4-13, c'est Chester." Said the teacher. Kibe was sitting down in front of this computer screen. Its screen almost bigger then the young Kibe's head. He was sitting across from it. Kibe's eyes darted around the room. It was peachy white. Small drawings on the wall from other children; his eyes saw the massive engine and cables behind the computer. There was another teacher, a woman. Kibe's eyes looked at her. She had brown hair. Her eyes were a dark green. Her lips rosey and body not sexualized by genetics, but instead was average. She was writting on a clipboard.
Then his eyes to the other, the man's hair was a combed back black, wore glasses and had a scar on his nose. Yet his face showed no expressions. He was blank, blank as a sheet of paper.
"I was there, not for many a time, but I was there. I could hear the sound of single file lines. The sound of of emptiness filled every room there.
These memories. Its as if my mind is trying to fight back aginst whatever they did. I didn't graduate from the pale palace." Kibe thought.
In his memories he saw as the both the man and woman teacher looked to him. Their faces were of worry and almost a bit concerning, but they were small signs. Nothing anyone could pick up unless you looked at their eyes.
"They were scared of me." Kibe thought
Asked the female teacher
"Oui" Kibe said, he leaned forward as the male teacher turned on the computer. Thats when a green smiley face emoji would appear on the screen. Kibe looked down and saw a screen on a table. One half of it was for Chester and the other for Kibe. Kibe looked to see a pen. He grabbed it.
"Vous commencerez par un jeu symétrique / asymétrique, puis un jeu à somme nulle / non nulle, puis un jeu bayésien et nous partirons de là." Said the man. Kibe looked at the screen. Thats when the game began. Instantly Chester and Kibe began to play aginst each other. Both starting at the same time.
"Kibe!" Shouted Brandon, Kibe's eyes opened as he looked to see Brandon standing by the open door. Kibe's eyes looked down to see the inspector, his eyes gouged out with Brandon there. Clean.
"I take it, he couldn't handle the truth on the matter?" Kibe said as he walked over. Bo who was listening was in shock as he saw the other guards who were around him nearly shaken up from what they had heard, and seen Brandon do to the inspector. In the end, the inspector never could pin point if it was either Brandon or Kibe. Both were too deeply beyond the grasps of the human condition. Kibe and Brandon walked out of the room and towards the next.
"Only one person may next the next room." Said Bo on the mic. Kibe and Brandon looked to one another before facing forward.
"I'll go. You stay." Kibe said, Brandon looked at as Kibe walked ahead.
"If he really is the White Rabbit, if there is even a small possibility, he plays the cards he has well.
Even though his personality or lack there of should be proof of his inability to feel compassion or empathy. It isn't. Instead he has made it appear as though he is reserved. As if he is held in a tight suit.
One that only someone who knows him well can take off him. If such is the case. Then I'll need to be the one he can feel the most trusted for him to take it off around.
I must become friends, with Nori Kibe." Brandon thought as he watched Kibe enter the door and close it. Kibe looked to see he was in a cage. Grated fence aginst the door, but enough room for Kibe to breath and stand. He looked to his sides and saw it was blocked off. Lights then shined on him. Kibe looked to see multiple men. Several men. Just as Brandon had suggested. All holding heavy artillery. All pointed Kibe.
"Welcome to the final game!
The Fireing Squad also known as, Fill in the blanks." Said Bo.
