Arthur felt increasingly irritated by the vulgar behavior of the pirates at the Mermaid Coffee Shop on Fish-Man Island. While enjoying the unique coffee and good service, the presence of these rude and disrespectful pirates soured his experience.
Observing the arrogant and harsh behavior of the pirates, Arthur's annoyance grew. He reflected on how many pirates in the One Piece world were genuinely ruthless and harmful, contrasting with the romanticized image often portrayed in stories.
As one of the pirates, sensing Arthur's discontent, approached him with a confrontational attitude, Arthur contemplated whether to deal with them forcefully. The pirate, noticing Arthur's demeanor, taunted him with a challenging tone, unaware of Arthur's true capabilities and intentions.
Arthur was puzzled to see certain individuals at the Mermaid Coffee Shop. Shouldn't they be at the bar instead of a coffee shop? Why were they here?
Noticing Arthur's silence, a pirate arched his eyebrows and smirked. "Is he deaf?" He chuckled, prompting laughter from the other pirates.
The mermaid waitresses nearby grimaced, fearing a brawl in the shop but feeling powerless to intervene.
Arthur tasted his coffee, nodded in approval, and gestured towards the mermaids, complimenting, "The coffee here is excellent!"
"It's just these troublemakers that ruin the mood!"
"Thirty million volts, discharge!"
A surge of electricity surged through the cafe, targeting only the pirates in an organized manner. There was a sudden jolt, and some pirates were charred, losing their lives and collapsing.
In the shocked and alarmed gaze of the mermaids, Arthur calmly left the cafe. After a thorough investigation, there were no high-ranking marines on this island.
Discovering the pirates' accomplices, Arthur grinned wickedly. "Your journey ends here. Apologies, but I can't let you cause trouble for my future allies."
"One hundred million volts, God's punishment!"
Arthur's left hand vanished suddenly, replaced by six beams of light that streaked across the sky above Fish-Man Island, each landing in a different location.
At those spots, mermaids and fish-men were horrified to witness pirates, just returned to their fold, being struck down by these celestial beams.
Inside the Mermaid Coffee Shop, the mermaid attendants gasped, covering their mouths in shock as they observed a man's hand transform into thunder and shoot into the sky.
Soon after, six beams of light descended, leaving the patrons bewildered. Though they couldn't grasp the events, they sensed that those who had been peacefully sipping coffee might have caused more deaths.
They promptly reported the incident to the cafe's owner, Mrs. Shark.
Subsequently, the royal army arrived to collect the bodies. The three princes of the Dragon Palace then personally visited the coffee shop, inquired about the situation, and hurried to the port.
Upon hearing of Arthur's actions, the third prince learned that he had vanquished a group of pirates. While it seemed Arthur hadn't overstepped with Mermaid Island, his aid to the mermaids attracted considerable attention.
However, by the time they reached the port, Arthur had already set sail from Mermaid Island.
Over twenty kilometers away from the island, small boats continued to bob on the water. Sensing the powerful aura of the three princes who had been in Dragon Palace City on Mermaid Island, Arthur realized they must be the trio.
"You need not search for me. Upon my return from the New World, I'll personally seek an audience with your father, Neptune. I am the king of the Sky Island," Arthur transmitted this message to the third prince using his thunder abilities.
At the port of Mermaid Island, a sense of unease gripped the crowd. A mysterious message appeared in the air briefly, leaving them startled as no one could be seen nearby.
The third prince remained composed but vigilant. Finding no trace, the Grand Prince Shark, known for his steadiness, quickly returned to Dragon Palace City with his siblings and reported the incident to Neptune.
Meanwhile, Arthur had already surfaced in the New World.
"Excited for the next adventure," Arthur remarked, gazing at the serene, cloudless skies of the New World.
"Hmm?" Arthur suddenly noticed encroaching shadows, and as he looked up, an enormous hailstorm materialized unexpectedly.
"This weather changes faster than even the gods can predict," Arthur muttered about the New World's erratic climate, summoning a thunderous pillar into the sky.
Boom!
The colossal hail shattered, seemingly influenced by Arthur's actions. The sky swiftly darkened, thunder echoing across the expanse.
"New World... Incredible!"
