As Terra Carne arrives above the Mountains, the others looks over to see the rust orange flames spreading to the forest as well as nearby Elven village.
"Alright Wilderness, listen up. Prioritize the Elves. If they are killed, we fail this mission. I on the other hands, will be punching through the mountain."
"Why? What good will that do?"
"I have a feeling I know what is causing this...."
Polaris jumps from the dragon and fires himself at the mountain range. As he picked up speed, the heat he built up allowed him to melt a hole though the top of the mountain. Terra Carne landed outside the Elven village.
"I am Archimedes! Evacuate the village! Hurry!"
None of the Elves moved.
"Allow me Master Archimedes...."
Fog cracked his skeletal neck, and summoned bones to his body allowing him to build himself a bigger and stronger body. He removed his reading glasses, then slammed his fist into the ground clean a patch of forest. The Elves ran towards the heroes of wilderness as the massive skeleton made a circle around the village.
Meanwhile Polaris had burrowed into the old dwarven capital. As he hovered above it, a loud roar followed by orange dust was heard. As he searched, he came upon something unusually. There was a dragon, that much was normal, however, it was an undead dragon, spewing fire rust everywhere, trying to break free from the mountain.
"What a foul beast."
"HERO! I LONG FOR YOUR FLESH!"
The undead dragon blasted Polaris with its breath, however, as the cloud settled, Polaris remained unharmed.
"WHAT?"
"You clearly underestimate the kind of being I am.... For I have no flesh for you rust away."
"What are you?"
"I am Polaris Winters, the North Star Celestial and you are making a mess of the forest."
"I am the Great Calamity Rust Dragon, I am the killer of golems and heroes alike... SADRASERUS! I SHALL BE YOUR DOOM NORTH STAR!"
The Calamity Dragon tried to crush Polaris, however, Polaris stops his massive arm and cleaves it off with the flick of his sword.
"I grow tired of this. That village is depending on me to end this quickly.... Dragon, face your death with honor, undead or not.... Die well."
The air became super heated, so much so that the abandoned city became lava. Polaris smiled as he lunged at the undead dragon. "Unto you, I shall end you like Mercury, be stripped down to your soul and may that soul be devoured by the wrath of a star."
The remaining flesh and bones of the dragon were stripped away by the heat. Solar flare bombarded the entire mountain. Above ground, the heroes and elves watched as the mountains began to glow, cracks forming all over the mountain's surfaces.
"N-no, I shall not die!"
Polaris realized it would take far more than his Stripped Mercury ability to end this. He began compressing vast amounts of hydrogen inside his body's core, superheating it, then subjecting it to an escape point of his fingertip. The mountains erupted in a massive explosion, leveling them completely. Hovering in the crater, his fiery gaze watched the soul of the dragon shatter like glass as he ascended back to the surface.
"Our village..."
"I apologize for the mess."
"What is the meaning of this?"
"Calm down. I know you are upset, but your village was doomed from the start."
"Huh?"
"The Great Calamity Rust Dragon is to blame. His rust flames would've consumed this village and the forest, so I made the decision to destroy him, the mountains and unfortunately the village. No water or magic could put out his flames. Only he could stop it. So I made certain to remove the air from the area so it put itself out."
"I-I understand now. But great hero, where will we go?"
"If you don't mind living amongst other races, the port city of Berban is a good place."
"Well, only if we can bring our dragon. Terra there has been with us for quite some time."
"I'll smooth it over but yes, the dragon can come."
The villagers cheer and gather what little they had. As the dragon flew to Berban, Polaris went ahead and smoothed everything over with the city leader. As the elves made their new home more livable, those from Wilderness returned, only to be ambushed by hooded figures.
"As of this moment, Lord Archimedes, you are to return home."
"On who's authority?"
"On the counsel's authority! HAVE YOUR FORGOTTEN YOUR PROMISE?"
Polaris, clearly fed up with the whole ordeal, broke free of his restraints and took a hoodies figure hostage.
"Release them or this one gets it. I don't want to go this, but you aren't making this easy."
As the restraints are released, Archimedes walks over and pulls down one of the hoods.
"Wait, you are elves! Why are you attacking us?"
"Lord, our orders are to bring you home to fulfill your promise."
"WHAT PROMISE!?!?!"
"Lord Archimedes, you are to be married on the eve of the fourth moon."
"M-marr...."
"MARRIED!?!?!" Shouted the others as they turned to Archimedes expecting an explanation as to what this elf had just said, only for him to shrug and laugh nervously as the sun began to set.
