Wilhelm sat down on the bed in the cabin and decided to share his camping memories with his family. He sent a video call and some pictures of his activities with his friends to his mother, Inger.
Inger was delighted to see her son and his friends having such a good time. She asked, "How was the fishing trip? Did you catch anything good?"
Wilhelm replied, "Yeah, we caught some Bream, Perch, and Roach. We roasted them for dinner and they were delicious."
Inger smiled, "That sounds wonderful. I'm glad you're having a good time. When are you coming back?"
Wilhelm replied, "We're coming back tomorrow. We're planning to gather again in two weeks to celebrate Midsummer's Day. Can I bring my friends to celebrate at home?"
Inger nodded, "Of course, you're always welcome to bring your friends. Your grandmother is bringing your grandfather to our house to celebrate, so it will be a big family gathering."
Wilhelm was thrilled, "That sounds great, Mom. I can't wait to see everyone again."
Inger smiled, "We can't wait to see you too. Have a good night, Wilhelm. Love you."
Wilhelm replied, "Love you too, Mom. Good night."
Inger hung up on her oldest son and then picked up her young son, Nathaniel, who was sleeping in her lap, to carry him to the bedroom. She couldn't help but feel grateful for her family and the memories they were creating together.
