Chapter 34 "Parade"
Wilhelm invited his friends Jonas, Felix, and Lena to watch the National Day parade in the city. Lena was particularly excited as it was her first Swedish National Day celebration in many years. "I've always missed celebrating Swedish traditions since I moved to Switzerland," Lena said.
"We're glad you could join us," Wilhelm replied. "It's always more fun to celebrate with friends."
As they made their way to the parade route, they saw Swedish flags decorating the streets and buildings. Lena couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in her Swedish heritage. "It's so beautiful," she said, admiring the flags.
Jonas nodded in agreement, "Yeah, it's amazing how the whole city comes together to celebrate National Day."
Felix chimed in, "And the parade is always so much fun. I can't wait to see all the floats and performances."
As they watched the parade, Lena was amazed by the colorful floats and the traditional Swedish clothing worn by the performers. "I've never seen anything like this before," she said.
Wilhelm smiled, "That's the beauty of celebrating our heritage. It brings us together and reminds us of our roots."
As the parade ended, they all felt a sense of joy and pride in their country and its traditions. Lena was grateful for the opportunity to celebrate Swedish National Day with her friends and experience the culture she had missed for so long.
