"Betrayal sting cuts deeper than any blade, but it's in the darkness that we find the strength to rise again"- Anonymous

As Gravill's eyes struggled to focus on the mysterious figure behind him, his exhausted body betrayed him, and he crumpled to the ground, unconscious. The Alpha sneered, signaling his minions to drag them away to the dank, foreboding dungeon. Elsa's worry for Gravill simmered just below the surface, but she was powerless to resist their captors. Rosa's deception still stung - she had played them all like pawns in her twisted game.
Nicholas, once a beacon of strength, remained eerily silent, his eyes fixed on some invisible point, his mind consumed by thoughts of failure. He had been sent by the Core Elders, Poseidon's trusted advisors, to protect Gravill, and yet... he had failed. The weight of his responsibility crushed him, making his usual stoic demeanor seem like a distant memory.
The journey to the dungeon was a blur of muddy roads, heavy with the stench of blood and death. Gravill, still unconscious, was oblivious to the horrors around him. The shape-shifters tossed them into a dimly lit room, the air thick with the scent of decay. Elsa's gaze fell upon human bones scattered across the floor, a grim reminder of their precarious situation.
Gravill lay motionless, his body limp, while Nicholas sat with his back against the cold stone wall, his eyes fixed on some distant memory. Elsa's frustration simmered, but she knew she had to think, to plan, before their captors returned. She surveyed their prison, her mind racing with possibilities. The room was small, with stone walls and a low ceiling. A faint glow emanated from torches mounted on the walls, casting flickering shadows around the room.
"Nicholas, Nicholas," Elsa whispered urgently, her voice barely audible over the creaking of the old wooden beams. Slowly, Nicholas turned, his eyes locking onto hers, a flicker of recognition sparking in their depths. Elsa's gaze held his, willing him to snap out of his trance-like state.
"We need to get out of here," Elsa whispered, her voice laced with determination. "We can't let them win." Nicholas nodded, his eyes clearing as he focused on Elsa. Together, they began to formulate a plan, their whispers hushed and urgent.
As they spoke, Gravill stirred, his eyes fluttering open. He groggily took in his surroundings, his mind foggy from the faint. Elsa rushed to his side, helping him sit up. "Gravill, we need to get out of here," she urged, her voice low and insistent.
Gravill nodded, his eyes scanning the room. "Where's Rosa?" he growled, his voice laced with anger. Elsa's expression turned grim. "She's not here. She betrayed us, Gravill. She's been playing us all along."
Gravill's face darkened, his jaw clenched in anger. "We'll get her," he vowed, his voice dripping with determination. Nicholas nodded in agreement, his eyes flashing with a hint of his old spark.
Together, the trio began to formulate a plan, their whispers hushed and urgent. They knew they had to escape. Their survival depends on this and get have to succeed.
