Chapter 3 - First incident

The first incident arises in Prince Siddhartha's life. Queen Mahamaya departed this life instantaneously seven days later. Her position was replaced by her younger sister Mahaprajapati, who took up the mother job of her older sister and she ministered to Prince Siddhartha with adoration and love.

At the time he hit twelve years old. The king once called his philosophers again to prophesy about the coming times of his son. They all give utterance that he is going to end up being a great monk, but only if he can discern the four signs that are: old, sickness, death or meet a monk.

King Tịnh Phạn also isolated Prince Siddhartha from anything that could raise the elicitation of becoming a monk. On the other hand, because of his father's rules and isolation from pain, and death. Prince Siddhartha takes pleasure in his luxurious life in his palace without any worries.
