Rank System

(-) : Rank generally given to new skills that have not been trained signifies that they do not yet have a rank and are not usable for combat because they are too poorly mastered.

(F-) : The <-> is a modifier indicating that a skill has just reached a rank and is not fully mastered. In the case of talents, it signifies that it is fluctuating and its rank can decrease under unfavorable conditions.

(F) :  When a rank has no modifier, it means that the skill has been mastered, and it can be used optimally.

(F+) : The <+> is a modifier indicating that a skill is on the verge of reaching the next rank and can be used to its maximum potential within that rank. In the case of talents, it means that the rank can temporarily reach the next rank under favorable conditions.
