Adam sat on the couch while sipping hot quality tea from his favourite tea set. He was quite relaxed than usual and his noble air filled the grace.
Kimberly sat opposite him, sipping her hot cup of tea from the tea cup as slowly as she could, not wanting to show he nervous side to a royal.
"So… I've delivered your package, and it is about time to take my leave. I really enjoyed your tea. Thanks!"
Kimberly said whatever came into her head while still sipping from her tea. She continued to take her brew without mentioning anything else, or even standing to take her said leave.
It was a tradition to sit whenever a royal says sit, and don't stand until the royal permits your standing. Kimberly feared angering this royal before her, so she decided to sit and wait for whatever he was going to say.
"You can't leave just yet. I'm not permitting your leaving my presence. I still have something you need to help me do."
