Chapter 2 - Chapter Two

Chapter 2

"What!" Sasha's eyes widen in shock. "How?"

"Well, if you don't know, then how am I supposed to?" Lina whispered.

"We need to clear this mess up quick. Currently, the world is curious about what the Alexander's are going to do with their just-released son-in-law, so get your husband dressed. Dad says he's coming to the party."

"What! Why? Andrea is going there too." Sasha eyes widen as she heard her sister statement.

"That we know. For now, I don't know what dad is planning, but I do know he wants Andrea as his son-in-law badly as you want him as your husband, so he's not going to blow things up." Lina calmly said.

"In the main time, keep Jamie away from him; she's still a young girl whose mouth doesn't close, and if he goes around bluffing any shit to her, then we are toast" Lina completed her sentence, before walking off.

"Don't forget, get him ready for the party." Lina said her last word as she left, leaving Sasha in deep thought.

Meanwhile, Justin was holding a glass of champagne.

He needed some air; he was getting tired of how the room was getting tight with ignorance, the air getting thick with accusing glares being thrown around against him.

He walked out of the hall, sighing, as he slowly sip the champagne.

He strolled around the ship hall, looking at paintings to distract himself from the entire evening.

"What!" He shouted to him in a low voice.

He saw Sasha holding the hands of another man.

He stood frozen, the pain he felt in his chest slowly bringing him back to reality.

He walked towards them with angry steps. He could see them clearly from the desk, but they couldn't see him, as he was still on the closer level of the ship.

"What the hell is he doing here?" He heard the man asked her breathlessly.

"Trust me, Andrea, I had no idea he was going to get released today; if not, I could have handled the situation better." Sasha said, stroking the man's chin.

Justin's hands coiled into a fist; he couldn't believe this was happening to him. He had sacrificed so much just for her to know the depth of his love for her, but this was what he got in return.

"What about your dad? Is he going to let him stay with you?"

"Andrea, you know dad never liked Justin; if anything, I was the only reason why Justin still stayed connected with Alexander's, but my eyes are opened now." Sasha placed her lips on Andrea's own.

"It's you; I want Andrea to be with, am done settling for less." She finished with a smile. The two wrapped their hands around each other, devouring each other lips.

Justin angrily came out of the spot he was hiding and clapped his hands, letting out a dark chuckle, placing the champagne glass in his hands on the table beside him.

"Waoh, I really am a fool." Justin yell in a bitter voice, looking at the two.

"So he's the reason Jamie looks straight at my face and says, Am I not her father, right??" Justin asked.

He was trying his hardest not to let the pain he felt in his heart flow down his cheeks.

"What are you doing here, Justin?" Sasha asked in a hard voice, ignoring his question.

"It's alright, babe; I think it's best he is here; we get to settle this once and for all." Andrea said, glaring at Justin.

"No, Andrea, remember, it's dad's business party; we can't screw this up." She said, pleading, holding Andrea's arm.

Justin chuckled. "Is this how you will treat me after everything I did for you and your family." His shouted in anger with a pained voice. "Like a trash."

"Justin, could you just act mature for a second?" Sasha stopped halfway through, screaming as Justin threw the champagne glass at her.

"Are you okay?" Andrea rushed toward her.

"Matured, you say? I fucking wasted three years of my life in jail for a family who saw me and still sees me as nothing," he yelled.

"My daughter doesn't even fucking know me; she looks at me like she disgusts me." He continued, this time he wasn't able to control the tears anymore.

"Shut the fuck up; how dare you hit her?" Andrea angrily took his suit off and walking towards him.

Before Justin could move, a punch landed on his face. He placed his hand on his mouth, wiping away the spit from the corner of his lip. He chuckled darkly, looking back up at them.

"Is that your best?" He asked darkly before rushing towards Andrea, throwing several punches at him.

"Stop it, Justin." Sasha yelled, getting in between the two men.

Justin looked at her before chuckling maliciously. "You are really protecting him." His words sound like a statement instead of a question, and the smirk at the corner of his lips makes him look more crazy.

Andrea got to his feet, running towards Justin. He pushed him hard, making Justin go over the ship into the water.

Andrea and Sasha stood there with their eyes wide open in shock.

"Help! " Justin called out as he tried desperately to paddle his arms against the strong wave.

Andrea ran towards the ship rail before looking around to find something to pull the young man back up.

"What are you doing?" Sasha asked, grabbing the hands of a now-shaken Andrea.

"We need to pull him out before he drowns." Andrea screamed in fear.

"No! No! Don't," She said, stopping him from helping Justin.

"What do you mean?" Andrea questioned, shaking in fear.

"Just let him drown Andrea; this will fix all our problems," Sasha explained with an evil grin on her face.

"But…" Andrea tried saying, but Sasha shook her head, stopping him.

Andrea looked at the woman in front of him with wide eyes, not believing what she had just said.

Sasha kept nodding her head, confirming her words, before pulling him with her out of the deck area and locking the door behind her.

"Sasha." Justin screamed in a pleading voice, hoping that she could at least help him out, even if Andrea refused to.

But no one came; his hands had started to get tired and his head heavy, and slowly he stopped paddling. After a while, losing hope of survival, he decided to let the waters consume him.

Some moments later,

"Boss, I think I see a body in the water." A voice shouted, pointing at the now unconscious man's body.
