After turning past a peak, Maxton James saw Carson Flores ahead.
Carson Flores was sitting on a rock as if resting, and Maxton James no longer hid his presence, leisurely revealing himself as he walked towards Carson.
Upon hearing the footsteps, Carson turned his head and, looking a bit surprised, said, "Mr. James, what are you doing here?"
Maxton laughed and got straight to the point, "I have a good relationship with Shane Fox."
Carson suddenly understood, "So you're saying, you've followed me here to help Shane kill me?"
Maxton's gaze fell on Carson's backpack, "You've made quite a haul this time, five Spirit Pills that could create five Great Masters. However, I've heard they also work wonders for a Great Master himself, and who knows, after using all five Spirit Pills, you might just break into the Innate realm."
Carson asked, "Do you know about the feud between Shane, Gunner Tate and me?"
