Chapter 242 - Do you trust in me

Nand reclined in his hospital suite, the sterilized white walls enclosing him as he contemplated the predicament that weighed heavily on his conscience: whether or not to disclose his true identity to Venya. Thoughts of Venya filled his mind, and the burden of divulging his true identity weighed heavily on his heart.

As he made up designs on the bedsheet, he couldn't help but think of Venya's response, her father's approval, and all the possibilities that awaited.

A regular reminder of the life surging within him was the room's faint beep from the cardiac monitor.

"How ought to Venya adapt when she discovers the truth?" Nand grumbled to himself as he fidgeted with the blanket's edge. He thought of her, her eloquent eyes, and worried whether the trust they had developed would be destroyed by his admission.

Venya had turned into Nand's guiding light in life with her unflinching love and trust. However, the secret he carried, like a thorn in his side, threatened to undermine their delicate balance. Could she see why he was being so secretive? Once she understood, would she still gaze at him with the same fondness?

Another level of unease was raised by thinking about Venya's father. He was a strict and conventional guy, with hopes for his daughter's future that Nand felt he would not be able to fulfill. Would Venya's father embrace him in spite of his previous transgressions and background?

Nand's mind whirled with these anxieties, conjuring up images of failure and rejection. He yearned for Venya's consoling presence and her soothing words, which would always settle his restless heart.

Nand closed his eyes and imagined the crucial moment, the words he had to speak to Venya.Nand discreetly practiced, "Venya, there's something I shortage to convey to you." "You lack knowledge who I am. Our history and my family are not what they appear."

Imagined Venya's response, his heart raced. Would she comprehend, be able to accept him for what he really was? Or would his admission destroy the tenuous connection between them?Nand's thoughts strayed to Venya's father, a strong man whose approval appeared to be an impassable barrier, while he wrestled with these issues.

When he discovered the truth, would he ever accept Nand? Nand's determination was being torn by doubt, yet he knew he could not conceal his identity indefinitely.

Sitting next to him, Rudra has a clear view of what's going through his head at the moment.

"Son," Rudra spoke up, breaking the quiet, "love is a journey filled with difficulties, but it's also a source of strength." Do you recall when I first met my wife, Ambika? Although her family wasn't on board right away, love has its own ways and roads."

Nand cast a quick look at his father, his eyes brimming with wonder as well as worry. "But what if Venya's father never accepts me?" He muttered.

Rudra's eyes became gentler. "Every family has misgivings and worries. It is our responsibility to convey to them the breadth of our emotions and the sincerity of our goals. Although Venya's father may be concerned, love can overcome distances."

Nand groaned, his mind still racing. "Dad, I'm not sure whether I can pull it off. Everything is extremely demanding."

taking a long breath before carrying on with her speech.

"Dad, my main concern was Venya and how she would respond if she found out who I really was—I haven't told her."

Rudra felt a trace of melancholy because of him and was compelled to conceal his true identity from everyone.

Nand proceeded by saying, "I was apprehensive about his reaction; he was a police officer; would he accept someone who concealed his true identity like myself?"

" Do not be concerned about Veer; I am aware of how to persuade him; if he learns your real name and origins, he will personally approach you to request your hand in marriage for her daughter."

Nand was perplexed by the Rudra words and inquired in a perplexed manner, "How do you manage to say that?"

" Do you trust in me" , Rudra proceeded, shifting his comments to a somber tone.

Without hesitation, she said, "Yes, I do."

Rudra extended her hand and rested a comforting palm on Nand's shoulder. "You underestimate your strength, my buddy. Love has a way of strengthening us and bringing out the best in us. Concentrate on your love for Venya and what really counts; everything else will fall into place."

Nand felt a glimmer of resolve come alive as he heard his father speak. "You're correct, Dad. For Venya's sake, I will bravely take up this task."

Rudra grinned, his eyes shining with pride. "That's like My son . Recall that love is more than simply desire; it's also about tenacity, or the ability to remain steadfast in the face of difficulty. You have my faith, Nand."

Nand faced the obstacles ahead with resiliency and optimism, having discovered fresh strength and desire to follow his love for Venya with Rudra's support and direction. Furthermore, he is aware that Rudra's comments might sometimes seem cryptic, so he refrained from asking any more questions.

Rudra pondered about Veer, whilst nand mulled over Venya.

Abhi gestured to Sashi and said, "Okay, it's over. I won. Please return my financial resources card."

Sashi flashed Abhi a menacing grin while hiding the card behind her." No, dear, it is not often that I get to hold this credit card, but since it has arrived, you would think that I would blow this chance to others."

Abhi was slightly perturbed by his wife's remark, "but I simply provided it as evidence for myself."

"It is not sustenance, Sashi; please return it to me", inquired Abhi.
