Gowthami wasn't convinced if Abhi was aware of Rudra's identity either. Her eyes darted to see what Ram is getting into.
Sashi is aware that Abhi won't withhold anything from her; if he had known that Rudra was still alive, he would have informed her earlier, but he chose not to.
Ram is aware that Abhi would tell her spouse everything. However, he was so busy with work emergencies that he was unable to confess to Sashi regarding Rudra.

"I assure you that it won't get to that degree, and if it does, I'll resolve everything". With a solemn tone, Ram stated, "I will personally kowtow to both of them as well as elucidate the circumstances."
Ram also feels that Sashi and Abhi are his family at heart, hence he doesn't appreciate the argument between them. How he intends to cause discord amongst them.
Gowthami helped Ram throughout this period as she was aware of him. "Okay, I'm in, but just for now. If it gets too serious, I won't let it continue."
With great gratitude, Ram remarked, "You are the best."
Given the absence of anyone in the vicinity, Nandini inquired in his original tone, "That means you may now make your amends?. ."

It's easy to infer the playful tone in the ram words.

Ram did in fact say so to nand. Nand was decked out like a female at that point in time.
Ram purposefully spoke such things to nand this moment due to the fact that he recalled how Nand had startled him when they were at the Gowthami residence and mentioned Vyaaghra.
Nand, who had a short fuse, took out his little knife right away. He carried it with him everywhere. He pointed his knife at the ram and screamed, "Don't make me annoy ram ."
