Just as she was about to reveal the name, a loud explosion rocked the dungeon, shaking the very foundations of the mansion. The lights flickered, and Lyra's eyes gleamed with triumph.
" What the fuck was that?" Orpheus asked, his eyes scanning the dungeon as the explosion's aftershocks still reverberated through the walls.
Lyra's smile grew wider, her eyes gleaming with triumph. "You're too late," she sneered. "The plan has already been set in motion. And now, nothing can stop it."
Before anyone could react, a group of heavily armed men flooded the dungeon, surrounding Orpheus, Raymond, and Danny. A tall, imposing figure in black stepped forward, his eyes fixed on Lyra.
"You failed in your mission," he growled.
Lyra's eyes widened in disbelief. "No, the boss's plan failed! Khthonios weighed Orpheus' heart, and it was lighter than a feather!"
The man in black sneered. "Well, we're here to take him out. And you, Lyra, are coming with us."
