When Adrielle saw the hesitation in Delaney's eyes, she gave a warning look to her friend then turning to Delaney she said, "don't worry, we all know the details. And don't worry about Keir either, this is a safe space and evven though these two are big gossips, they won't say a word to anyone."
For some reason, Delaney seemed to be more trusting towards Adrielle. Maybe because of her friendly nature, but her words were reassuring enough so she took a sip from her drink and reclined back on the couch. She related to them how she was living with Malcolm and Merikh was in a cave near Malcolm's house. She didn't tell them that she first met Merikh when she was seven years old and running away from home because she didn't think it was necessary.
