My heart plummeted with fear upon hearing the dragon's voice. Once hailed as the great dragon vanquisher, I now quivered in dread, my diminished powers rendering me vulnerable to the ancient beast's might.
The dragon materialized seemingly out of thin air, its weathered form looming before us. Its massive wings beat with ferocity, creating a whirlwind around the car. Thankfully, the windows were sealed shut, shielding us from the full force of its gusts. Kai brought the car to a halt, his eyes wide with terror and his body trembling uncontrollably.
"Your Lordship, it's a dragon," he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper as he gazed at the giantic creature before us.
"Start the car and ram into it!" Alfred barked at Kai, but I shot him a withering glare. "Are you out of your mind? Do you expect him to use this small vehicle to take down such a massive dragon? How foolish can you be?"
