Yeah, the fanfic author's curse is definitely real, and I say that because my cat died, my cat that was with me for the last ten years just died, that's why I didn't post a chapter yesterday
It's not the first time something miserable like this has happened in my life, so you could say I'm used to it, but it doesn't make it any easier, I won't stop writing as it helps me keep my mind occupied
Rest in peace Dante, you will be missed
One last message, if you have a pet there or even a family member or companion, enjoy it while you can, as this could be the last moment you have together, anyway, enjoy reading and see you next time

[Pov: 3rd Person]
[Monday, seven o'clock in the morning]
In his house, inside his room, Micael was in front of the open window of his room, contemplating the view of the street behind his house.
With his elbows resting on the railing, he felt the light breeze touching his face, his eyes seemingly not focused on anything specific with a calm face.
He remained like that for a brief moment, simply staring into space, until he yawned.
"Uaahh~...man, I'm half dead."
He commented to himself, wiping the tears from his eyes from yawning, then, getting out of bed, he sat on the edge, starting to put on his sneakers.
Right after he finished putting on his sneakers, his smartphone vibrated with the sound of a notification, unlocking the screen and opening LINE, he saw a message from RIas.
[Rias: Good morning~ (>‿◠)✌ ]
"..."
Micael just looked silently at the message he received for a moment, then letting out a light laugh between his lips, he replied.
[Micael: Good morning to you too, Rias]
[Rias: Thank you very much, then~ how are you this morning?]
[Micael: As usual]
After sending the message, Micael placed the smartphone on the bed and got up to put on the rest of his uniform.
Hearing the sound while buttoning his shirt, he only took his cell phone back when he put on his blazer.
Opening LINE again, he saw Rias' message sent just now.
[Rias: So, what do you think of my surveillance system~?]
[Micael: For now, I'm satisfied]
After sending the message, he looked out the open window towards the blue sky, thinking about the barrier that now covered his house.
Yesterday, after finishing sparring with Koneko, he cleaned himself up, taking a shower there before changing his clothes, Rias invited him to have lunch with them but as he had told Myako and his father that he would be back at lunch time, he refused.
Arriving home, he rested for the rest of the day, only at night when his entire family was already asleep did Rias appear, with him summoning her to his room.
So, with the girl using magic to ensure the rest of his family continued to sleep, she used a scroll to set up a barrier in his home, saying that this barrier was almost as strong as the one at school.
This barrier, in addition to preventing certain people from passing beyond a certain mana level, also had a similar camera system and a kind of self-defense system.
And in addition there was also another barrier, much wider, weaker and less noticeable that served as a kind of sonar, sending image signals directly to his cell phone for him to see, it covered a radius of three hundred meters in total, unlike the first barrier which only covered the house.
And beyond these barriers, his family as a whole was under location and protection magic, in addition to the fact that when they left the house they would be watched by Rias's familiar, or other members of the peerage.
But the girl had already said that it was just a temporary setup and that she would contact a "professional" to take care of the situation.
She didn't say who this professional was, but that she was much better than her at magic and that he could rest assured, in Rias' words, that this supposed woman was like an older sister to her.
That this supposed older sister was Grayfia was obvious to him, now why the girl was making a mystery of it he didn't know.
Rias said that she had already contacted her, and that after school he should go to the old building and talk to her.
Furthermore, the girl also told him that she had contacted her brother and that the man wanted to speak to him.
Well, he's barely started in this supernatural world business and he's already going to have to talk to the literal Satan, yes, ironic for someone who wanted to be discreet.
Anyway, he already knew that something like this would happen the moment he made a deal with Rias, now, it's only a matter of time before his existence is known to everyone in the devil faction, after all, he is a literal human who has a deal with Satan's sister.
And in relation to the future problems that this will cause, the answer is that he becomes stronger and stronger to solve them.
While he was lost remembering what happened yesterday, his cell phone rang the notification sound of a message again.
Lifting his cell phone and looking at the screen, he saw another message from RIas.
[Rias: My goodness, is that all you have to say?(ㆆ_ㆆ)]
[Micael:...Wasn't it you who said this was just temporary?]
[Rias: Well, yes, but shouldn't you be more excited?]
Looking at RIas's message in silence, he realized that she was right, after all he now had more ways to protect his family but...he knew that wouldn't be enough.
[Micael: Yes, you're right, I'm happy with it, but I know it doesn't guarantee anything]
[Rias: Sheesh~ you have to change this negative mindset, come on, be more positive~]
[Micael: I don't have a negative mindset, I'm realistic, it's different]
[Rias: Yeah yeah, if you say, anyway, I'm going, I need to have my breakfast, bye, bye~]
[Micael: Bye]
Sending the last message and saying goodbye to her, Micael threw his cell phone on the bed, and with practiced steps leaving the room and a few more going down the stairs.
Approaching the table, he began to prepare his breakfast as usual, this time coffee, bread and eggs.
Pulling out the chair and sitting down after finishing, he began to eat in silence as he went into life reflection mode.
Taking a sip of hot coffee after biting into a piece of bread, he watched in silence as his father approached the table.
"Uaah...good morning."
Arriving at the table, the sleepy looking man pulled out a chair for himself as he sat down.
"Good morning."
Micael responded between chews.
After that, a silence enveloped the two, with the only sounds coming from Francisco preparing his own breakfast, with Micael just eating in silence.
Father and son remained like that, eating in silence, both apparently uninterested in starting a conversation, until the silence was broken by someone.
"Good mornig."
Myako appeared walking towards them passing through the other entrance while tying her hair in a bun, already dressed in office clothes for work.
"Good morning."
"Good morning."
Micael and his father responded almost at the same time.
With the woman arriving at the table, she walked over to Micael on the other side, then, when she finished tying her bun, she placed one hand on her waist while the other went to Micael's shoulder.
Patting him lightly on his shoulder, she spoke.
"Our conversation from yesterday isn't over yet, okay, little man?"
Upon hearing her words, Micael turned his head, looking at her with a raised eyebrow as he said.
"What conversation?"
Crossing her arms, she spoke.
"The conversation where you explain to me exactly what you were doing yesterday."
Realizing what she was saying, he walked back to the front and resumed eating while responding.
"I already told you, I just went to see a girl from school like I said yesterday, nothing big."
He responded calmly, thinking about how suspicious she was when he arrived, even though he had no injuries and seemed fine, his tiredness was undisguised, so she ended up noticing.
She asked about it, but as he was very tired, he just gave a simple excuse before leaving for his room after finishing his lunch.
Obviously, this only made her more suspicious, which led to the current situation.
"It's not a big deal? How can you say it wasn't a big deal when you looked like a zombie, like someone sucked all your energy out yesterday, don't think you can fool me."
Still with her arms crossed, she continued in an accusatory tone, raising an eyebrow.
Continuing to eat without looking at her, he responded in the same calm tone as before.
"I already told you it wasn't a big deal."
"Yes, and I still don't believe it."
Exhaling deeply through his nose, Micael spoke to his father.
"Dad, tell your wife it's okay and she doesn't need to worry, okay?"
Francisco, upon hearing his son's words, raised his head looking at him, then looked away at Myako as he began to speak.
"My dear, Micael said that-"
"I know what he said, I'm right here."
Rolling her eyes at her husband's childish behavior, she interrupted him before he could finish.
Smiling slightly, Francisco went back to drinking his coffee while reading a book as he spoke.
"You know him well enough to know what he's like, if he's saying it's okay, then it's okay."
Upon hearing Francisco's words, Myako uncrossed her arms with one resting on her waist while the other gestured to Micael as she responded.
"That's not the point, he's clearly hiding something, if nothing big happened like he says, then why is he lying?"
Without taking his eyes off the book, Francisco replied after taking a sip of coffee.
"And I'm telling you to relax, if he's saying it's okay then it's okay."
Frowning slightly, Myako spoke in an accusatory tone after hearing his words.
"That's not how it works, Francisco, you can't give that kind of freedom to a child to do whatever they want without questioning them, that's not how I educate our son, don't you think you're being too soft on him?"
Upon hearing the words she said, Francisco looked up, looking at her without moving his head and responding in a calm tone.
"I've known our son longer than you have, and believe me when I say that you being so direct and incisive will only have the opposite effect to what you want."
Turning his eyes to the book, he continues in the same calm tone.
"If the situation is really important and he believes it requires our attention, he will eventually talk about it, like I said, no need to worry."
He finished his sentence by taking a sip of coffee.
Frowning completely, she looked at Francisco as she said in an indignant tone.
"So? I'm the villain now? Just because I'm worried about my son who is clearly hiding something?"
Unaffected by her tone, Francisco responded calmly after taking a sip of his coffee.
"I didn't say that."
When Myako opened her mouth to speak, she was interrupted by the sound of a chair scraping on the floor.
Getting up from his chair, Micael walked away from the table in silence.
Seeing him leaving, Myako spoke.
"Where do you think you're going, I'm not done with you yet."
Without turning towards her, he continued walking while saying.
"Brush my teeth."
Being left speechless by his behavior, Myako spoke while crossing her arms.
"Since you want to do it like this, then I will be direct."
She continued, a more serious tone in her voice as she kept her brow furrowed.
"Did you have sex yesterday?"
As his words fell, a silence filled the place.
Francisco, who was drinking his coffee while Myako spoke those words, ended up choking, the poor man was coughing in the corner while beating his chest trying to breathe.
Micael stood still after hearing this, then, slowly turning around, he looked at Myako with a face that said 'Huh!?'.
Seeing his expression, crossing her arms and looking at him with a serious face, she spoke.
"Don't make that face at me, little boy, so, did you or not?"
Seeing that she insisted on the matter, Micael's expression changed to a blank face as he raised his hand, pointing at his own face as he said.
"Does this look like the face of someone who isn't a virgin?"
Upon hearing what he said, she responded while maintaining a serious expression.
"No, you still look like a virgin baby, but…"
Uncrossing one arm, she pointed at him toward his body as she continued.
"That's not a virgin baby's body, at least many teenagers or even older women would be attracted to you, so don't lie to me, did you do it or not?"
Upon hearing what she said and wondering if she was making fun of him, Micael just stared at her in silence with an expressionless face.
Seeing that the boy was just looking at her without saying anything, Myako spoke again
"I know you Micael, the only time I saw you so tired was when you caught the flu and spent three days in bed."
Still looking at her with an expressionless face, he spoke.
"And your first thought was that I had sex? What? You think me and this girl I met yesterday did that until she dried me off or something, like she was a succubus?"
Shrugging her shoulders, she replied in a simple tone.
"I don't know, maybe because it was your first time you ended up getting too excited and overdoing it, or maybe you did it with two or even three girls at the same time."
Raising both his eyebrows at her words, he spoke.
"Really? Three at once? You think so highly of me?"
Snorting as she closed her eyes, she responded to him.
"Humph, I know you kid, I saw how strong you are and how even when you fought for several minutes you didn't seem too affected, sleeping with three girls at the same time should be within your capabilities."
Opening her eyes, she continued.
"Besides, I know you are more than capable of convincing a woman to do this, you may be a good boy but I also know how smart you are, let alone a naive teenager, you can easily fool a grown woman."
With his lips twitching in a bitter smile, Micael spoke.
"Damn, I don't know whether to feel flattered or offended."
Still looking at him, she continued.
"So, you still haven't explained to me, was that what you were doing or was it something else?"
Seeing that his attempt to change the subject had failed and how insistent she seemed, he realized he couldn't get away with it without a proper excuse, so he decided to tell a disguised truth.
Then, sighing and putting his hands in his pockets, he began to speak.
"Sigh, like I said, I went to see a girl yesterday and no, I didn't have sex, the girl in question is the president of a club at my school, she wanted me to join her, but I refused and offered another agreement to help each other."
