As Max opened his eyes he saw himself surrounded by darkness barley understanding where he was he looked up and saw a dragon looking down on him with its wing spread out and its head looking down right at him
~you are you the one who had killed me~ the dragon spoke with a grumble
"yes i am sorry i was miss lead and was tricked into killing you" Max said in response
~LIES YOU COULD HAVE LEFT YOU COULD HAVE RUN SO WHY DID YOU KILL ME!!!~ the dragon roared at him
"i- i am sorry i panicked and felt that i had to kill you to survive i now understand that was stupid please if we want to live we must work together" Max pleaded to the dragon
~why should i believe the person who worked together with the man that killed me!~ the dragon responded annoyed
"because i was betrayed by that man to and if we want to get revenge and kill that man we need to work together please" Max said to the dragon as a last hope
~hm fine i shall work with you my name is Yukimikô let us kill that man~ Yukimikô responded while touching Max head causing him to fall unconscious

Max shot up from the voice he had heard looking around Max saw that he had been put into a room and laid on a bed with his wound had completely healed turning his head to the window he clicked the button to compress it

"Oh umm hi sorry about that im Max could i please ask where am i" Max said as he tried to get words out
"Oh its okay your in the infirmary at Ripeth oh i forgot my name is Adlara Valrieth and the boy with the blonde hair is Rawfire Valrieth my brother and the other one is Rey mekit my boyfriend" the blonde girl said as she leaned over and helped him up
Max got up while saying "thank you and sorry for all the questions but what should i do because im not from around here so i-"
he was cut off as Rawfire grabbed him and said "you are from the other side we shall bring you to the principle to first find out what magic you can use and second to get you a dorm and enrolled into this school"
As Max was being dragged through the school he noticed that everyone had their name and level above there head but as he stopped thinking about that he heard a knock and realized they had arrived at the principle office
"come in" they heard from the other side as Rawfire opened the door Max saw that in the room was 2 people a woman and a man "hello my name is Mr Ripeth and this is my wife Mrs Ripeth we will be here to get your story and help you get enrolled"
So Max recalled everything that had happened to him the past day and how his encounter with Zack went but excluding the system and the dragon merger he did
"Ok i understand it is surprising you met Zack and survived he is an other sider like you but he is a commander in the demon kings army" Mr Ripeth said "but that ok please look at my wife she shall look in to your soul and find out your magic affinity and anything else we need to know about your magic"
So Max turned and looked into Mrs Ripeth eyes watching as her eyes glow and tattoos appear on her body Max start to have a creeping feeling as he get pulled into a snowfield getting confused he started to walk looking for something anything he found a darkness and abyss going far into the distance as he looked out he felt like their was multiple things starring back at him
Until was ripped out of that world and was back in the office as he opened his eye he saw that Mrs Ripeth looked terrified and speaking in coherent speech as she started to calm down she was able to get out "five there were 5 pairs of eyes and none of them were his what!? what are you"
"Dear calm down please tell us what happened what did you see" Mr Ripeth said worried trying to calm down his wife as his wife started to calm she started to talk again "it was a field full of snow that as i walked through i found a end a void and as i looked at it i saw multiple pairs of eyes 1 looked like a woman another a dragon and the rest were men from what i could tell but before i could fully process the void it started to grab me trying to rip me apart a voice screaming that i shouldn't be their and then i was here again"
"what there are multiple eyes does that mean he contains more than 1 soul also how is a dragon there unless he was a dragonkin he shouldn't have that and also that could all make sense but h- h- how can he control the void unless those souls were in perfect sink it would run wild when it appears" Rey said confused to how this was happening
"but that the thing he wasn't the one who used it i saw a dude he was obscured with window type things putting his hand up causing it to rip at me" Mrs Ripeth said shacking from what she saw this caused all of their eyes to turn and look at Max trying to figure out what he is
"this is a new circumstance for all of us but we still need to get Max enrolled and a home so everone please we need to calm down and finish this talk" Mr Ripeth said as he went back to his chair after his wife started to calm so they sat confused while also getting max a home.
