"I'm sorry if I've asked the wrong questions. Goodnight." Audrey drew herself away from him but he immediately drew her back to his side, spooning her.
"No, not that, kitten." He put his nose on her neck and sniffed her.
He was starting to scent something different from what he did before.
Each time he sniffed her, it always felt like there was a repressed scent hidden beneath the flowery scent of hers. She intrigued him.
He wanted to know everything about this mysterious human in his arms.
"Catherine?" He called quietly behind her.
"Yes?" Audrey answered, wondering why he needed to say her name; she was right in front of him, gummed to him.
"I'm a wolf." He said calculatelively, gauging her reaction.
"Yeah, and I'm a witch and a wolf too." Audrey said calmly.
She knew he wouldn't believe her, but, at least, she felt like saying it to get the secret off her chest.
