Chapter 1 - Matoh

A bright and beautiful day in the middle of the wild desert, during the daytimes living beings often hide to avoid extreme heat and also to seek scarce water, indeed it is a difficult and harsh life, but while most areas in this large desert are quiet, there was a scream coming from a small hut that is so old that it is difficult to determine whether this is the sound of a living creature or a group of ghosts.

When getting a bit closer ,a little shadow can see moving inside the hut, obviously the shadow itself is the source of the noise, but the real question is why ?, does it feel pain? Or maybe it's already out of mind. Shadow form is for a young human boy with short brown hair and piercing red eyes standing in front of a bucket full of what appears to be water while...

"Come on again! Now!

While the boy yells at the bucket, he's also moving his hands into strange formations. After another round of screaming and messing with his hands like a real lunatic, something sudden happened.

"This is the fifth time in a row. Hmm. That's a good move... I think..."

In front of the boy, the water inside the bucket was rising and taking the shape of a snake before it left the bucket and started flying around the boy. Although the water seems to have gained some intelligence, the fact is that it's the boy who moves and controls it, which is what is known as the skill of incorporating intent into unliving concepts or in other words... Infringement.

"Grandpa said I'd learn water transgression slowly because it doesn't fit me, but isn't that too much?" I mean, I'm really good at earth transgression. Isn't that enough?*Sigh* at least I'm making some progress and soon when I turn 13 my grandfather said he'd finally let me visit the City! "

The boy carefully returned the water into the bucket before lying on the floor he considered somthing and then grabbed a book under his bed that looked new compared to the hut. He stopped a little bit, and then he started to flip the pages of the book, which was filled with pictures of buildings and strange products and pictures of handsome people, and the boy loved the part where beautiful women appeared.

"I can't wait to meet humans inside the main city, especially women's kind, even though my grandfather already warned me of them, but I can't contain my curiosity!"

The boy continued to browse the book for hours and hours, and even after he finished his browsing, he repeated this process many times until the time of Grandpa's return.

"How do you move forward with the water, Matoh?"

With heavy but powerful steps, the old man was making his way into the hut carrying a huge object with his right hand, while his left hand carried something like a rock, his clothes were simple and old, and on his waist his long sword was very clean, indicating that Grandpa was a thorough and professional hunter.

The old man's blue eyes were fixed on Matoh because he was waiting for his answer.

"Oh, that's... I'm definitely trying my best, Grandpa. I didn't even let myself rest all day."

Matoh's eyes were as innocent as a kid who couldn't lie, but Grandpa knew this naughty child very well. He put his booty on the rug first before he disappeared in front Matoh's eyes.

"You haven't been resting all day saying, huh?"

Grandpa showed up behind Matoh as he carried the book.

Matoh's got his eyes crossed, and he's smiling embarrassingly.

"Oh, that's...Mm-hmm.

I know how eager you are to go and discover the out world, but you have to take care of your education and training and build a foundation for you, and you must always remember that...

"Humans are filthy creatures and traitors."

"Humans are filthy creatures and traitors."

Both Grandpa and his grandson spoke at the same time, forcing Grandpa to look Matoh with simple smile.

"I've kept your word, Grandpa, and I know it's for my own good, and I'm really grateful for everything you did and do , but... Aren't we also human? Why do you hate them so much?"

the grandpa then decided to sigh and sit on the floor , and then he pointed to Matoh to sit next to him , and waited for moments without speaking

Finally, after moments of silence, Grandpa spoke.

"You're old now, and you deserve me to give you a piece of my history...You know, I was the leader of the Yukai attack force during my youth days before peace came, you know what was the hardest thing I had at the time, my grandson? It wasn't the power of the enemy, it wasn't their deception, it wasn't even their numbers... No, most of what was getting in my way were the ones they called themselves allies... I told you I got the scar in my chest for an attack, but I didn't tell you who did it ."

Matoh was looking at the big, ugly scar hanging on his dear grandfather's chest, and he always wanted to know the details about it, but he didn't want to force his grandfather to talk about something he didn't like, so he didn't care much, but finally his grandfather opened up to him, and that moved some feelings in the boy's heart.

This scar was made by the Commander's right hand, the second in command after me, my friend and... my brother, it was he who caused this scar during the enemy's siege of us, we were already half the enemy's number, and on top of that, I discovered that my brother had betrayed me in the most painful way... So I'm worried about you, Matoh, after your parents leaved this world you are the only one left for me, I don't want... I don't want you to end up like me... "Lonely and exiled in a country other than home."

He and his son were exiled after the end of the war to the earth kingdom, where he and his son lived in this desert far from the communities, until one day his son came home with a woman from the capital of the earth kingdom...That woman married the son, and that's how they became Matoh's father and mother , even though he didn't remember what they looked like clearly, but he certainly remembers the warm feelings and the protection he felt between them.

"Don't worry, Grandpa, I won't let you down! I certainly will makes you proud of me."

Grandpa smiled at Matoh.

"Come on now, help me make dinner..."

Okay!

The next morning, a herd of Oka creatures walking pass sand dunes while leaving to another place. From a distance, we can see two shadows, one long, one big and one thin.

"As you know, Matoh , I also won't get involved today, I'll just watch, but remember, if you screw up, I'll punish you!"

"Here's too easy, Grandpa. Just watch me!"

He was using the land violation to turn the sand into a super-speed boat, within a minute only to reduce the distance of an hour, for the immigrant herd of animals only to see a sandshaft heading toward them at an unbelievable speed, panicked and started running at all speed, but no use because the dead had already reached it and made a sand barrier to escape and further disperse them at the same time; he was encircling them with a barrier from all angles before the 100-oca herd ended up in a dead cage.

Behind him was his grandfather watching quietly.

"Good, now... I need to keep half of them alive."

He closed his eyes and focused on the sand underneath him. He used sand like his eyes and ears. He felt the movement of every Oka creature in the cage, in order to divide them precisely, he needed to anticipate their actions.

I got it!

Matto opened his eyes and then raised his hands to create another barrier in the middle of the cage, and all of Oka's creatures moved as expected, even if their movements seemed random and only out of fear, but that didn't mean that they were unpredictable, in the blink of an eye, the cage was now measured in half, where each half contained the exact Thursday of Oka.

Now all that's left is...

Then Matoh got his hands together, and got the sand swallowing Oca's creatures in half.

"I'm done"

Matoh bearth while he feels the movement of the Oca creatures that have been planted most of their bodies under the sand, and that's to keep them from moving.

"I'm sorry, you poor creatures. I'm really sorry, but we need your flesh to survive."

Matoh was sad, but he wasn't stupid, he knew that the Oca creatures didn't understand what he was talking about, and even if it could, it didn't change the fact that the strong one eat the weak one, although he was just 12 years old, but he did realize that if absolute peace were a true concept there would be no wars and his grandfather wouldn't have been banished , and his father and mother wouldn't have been killed. It's either you would be the one to take or you would be taken out of .

After finishing the hunt, Grandpa took the remaining half of the Oka creatures to the city, and even that Matoh do not know the details about these transactions, but he only knows that there is a friend of his grandfather who works in the city and he's the middleman between his grandfather and the city, and the man takes what he and his grandfather hunts and, in return, gives them what they need from the city, so Matoh got the picture book as a prise.

"Hmm. That's good."

Standing in front of his collection of books that Matoh was satisfied, there were 30 magazines, 10 cultural books.

That was his fortune he collected over the past four years, and as he turned 12 since some months, he was less then one year away from entering the city.

Those ideas made Matoh's blood boil so excited that he decided to practice water transgression.

"I have to finish this training before I'm 13. I only wish my grandfather would teach me to fire transgression instead of trying to learn water transgression by myself in the middle of the desert."

Matoh was upset with his grandfather inside, but he knew his grandfather was wise, and he told him that the fire transgression was still difficult for him, also Matoh have no idea whether he had a connection to the air element or not.

"Hmm, I may have a connection to the element of light or darkness, but it's impossible to find out."

Matoh took the most important book in his collection, which he discovered contained the teachings of water transgression .

There is a worldwide knowledge that requires that there are three layers of elemental transgression .

The main elements layer, which consists of the element of water, fire, air, earth.

The layer of advanced elements, consisting of advanced elements of basic elements such as *lightning*, which is considered to be an evolution of the fire element , *metal* which is an evolution of the earth element, and at the top of the pyramid of the advanced elements, is the element of light and the element of darkness.

He learned from his books about the first and second layers, but he doesn't know there's a third layer, and it's the rarest.

The layer of ideal elements, consisting of elements that are considered to be the cap of the evolution of advanced elements, such as the *plasma* element, which is considered to be the ideal state of lightning, the *transformative* element, or also known as the secret element, which is the ideal state of the earth element, and the rarest element and most mysterious is the element of time and the element of space.

While Matho remained focused on his training, his grandfather was at the home of the man he was working with, he was once an intern in the ranks of the army led by the grandfather in the past, who is now the only one who followed the grandfather after his exile, the last of his followers, the most loyal of them.

"So, Captain Nolan, how's Matoh? "

"I told you not to call me captain anymore...i got rid of that nickname, Zachy."

Zachy smiled modestly without answering.

"Give me the most important information this month."

"Yes, sir, the city has experienced some recent fluctuations."

Huh? How?

"Sir, the son of the famous trader Suzu has announced that he will defeat the prince in the annual battle contest that will take place in the middle of next month, and it seems that the prince accepted the chalange, even though it seems to be a mere declaration of challenge among the talented young people in the city, this is only a superficial play, because the fact is that the traders want to overthrow the king and the king himself does not seem to know this, but he doubts it, and he will probably move in the future, I don't think this city will enter into an internal war because the trade union intends to end it quickly , but I can't tell either that we won't see a month or two without some trouble."

..

Nolan didn't answer for a second before he said it in passing.

"Matoh really wanted to visit the city, but unfortunately, it seems like things haven't changed since I came here with my son and his wife..... a bunch of idiots fighting"

"Yes, I doubt that's the truth, sir."

"Good job, Zachy. Keep watching things quiet... Uh, I remember. How's your student? "

"Ha ha, sir, I'm not a teacher. I don't even have any connection with any element!, how does a normal person become a teacher for a talented girl like her? Mmm and a little undisciplined, if you will."

"It's okay, just make sure you don't get your identity figured out or you know the consequences."

"Of course, sir..."

Nolan kept talking to Zachy for a while before he left, and on his way out of Zachy's beautiful house he met a little girl with short, bright red hair, pale blue eyes, sharp face, and thin body, the girl looked up in savage way. Ignoring the girl ,Nolan makes his way out, so the girl also continue her way, but then she stopped and turned around looking back at Nolan thinking about the person whose body was making this suffocating feeling of force.
