"What happened?"
"I don't know" Bella sniffed as she ran her sleeve over wet face even though Anna couldn't see her over the phone.
"I think you should talk it out before you make a rash decision" Anna sighed from the other end. "I don't know him personally, but I could see he really liked you"
"You didn't see his face" Bella shook her head. "He didn't even flinch seeing me cry"
Anna stood there silently, her eyes running over the patterns on the wall. She really didn't know how to comfort her friend right now.
"But you can't quit. You can't just leave your job before the contract expires"
"I don't want it anymore," Bella shook her head. "I'll pay him back another way"
"B-but I really don't understand. He said you were gonna stay together even after the contract expired. So why his sudden change of heart?"
