"Hey guys" Mirabel called out to her friends as she met them at the school's gate.
"Hey girly…" Betsy smiled and ran to hug her.
"Why the mood?". Mirabel asked drawing back.
"I'm just so excited to hear what Emily is gonna say about your annoying crush "she giggled.
"Whatever she's gonna say ain't gonna be fun " she kissed her teeth.
"And how will you know that? He told you? "Betty asked.
"I'm wondering…Mirabel said with a pause,you both ain't talking at the same time? That's unsettling ".
"Um… we don't know! They both said.,or… maybe we've been freed from the bondage of talking together ".
"Hehe,Emily laughed.And I thinks you been bond again".
"Oooh,they both exclaimed. Whatever we are okay by it".
"I just wait for this term to be over,I wanna be in my final year so I can finally get to leave this place behind" Mirabel said with detest.
"Don't worry very soon uh" Emily patted her shoulder.
"Which university will you like to go?" The twins asked.
"New York's "she smiled.
"Uh nice,well for me I will like Harvard better" Emily said.
"We love Oxford!" The twins exclaimed.
"Really?all the way from America to England…you're both impossible to comprehend". Emily rised her brows.
"What about Jeremy?"the twins asked.
"Huh…?" Mirabel gasp.
"What's his choice of university?" They asked again.
"Hmm same as mine".
"Hehe Emily laughed,I guess the friendship never ends huh,after that you both might just end up as couples ".she said with a sarcastic tone.
"That's not gonna happened Emily". She said.
"And why do you think so?"She asked.
"He said we're better off as friends" she muttered.
"Really? What must have happened that he said that?" Emily asked with suspicions.
"He…he..he said he loves me" she stammered.
"He said he loves you …?".They all shouted that they got the attention of almost all the passers-bye staring at them and wondering the reason for such .
